A really good experience from start to finish. We had our flat roof replaced along with other repairs needed. There was excellent communication throughout the project from getting quotes right through to completion. We were promptly sent all the verified certificates. The team were hard working, polite and courteous and Andrew (project manager) is a true gentleman - a person with manners from a different era. I would highly recommend this roofing company for the quality of their work and for the excellent communication.

I have used McDonald Roofing Contractors for three separate roofing jobs on a rather complicated roof - firstly replacing a box gutter and associated drainage, secondly replacing some lead work, and finally replacing half of the roof following my realisation that a previous roofer had only done half of the work paid for. Given all the cowboys out there it is reassuring to know a company who is professional, expert, tidy and efficient. I echo the praise of Kerry in the office, too! Kasim came out in the pouring rain on a very wet Sunday to help me with a leaky roof. He created a temporary fix which was a great relief. Kasim and his team returned to fix it properly and they were super efficient, courteous and tidied up! We had a range of quotes for the job and after seeking advice from a surveyor decided on K&M, it was a good choice!

John and the team were super helpful and responsive to some issues we had with our roof. The team were really professional and were able to fix some slipped tiles and replace some missing tiles from our very old roof. This is the first winter of owning the property, so it's always the litmus test for seeing the condition of the roof and guttering. We contacted John after finding JPR online, we had issues with our roof in our London town house. I already had 2 quotes from different contractors but I wanted to have another one before deciding. John was very reactive and came on site quickly, we identified all the problems and he provided me with a quote under 3 days. His price offer and warranty was the most competitive, before signing the quote I asked if I could take some references from his existing clients. This was no problem, after calling everyone I signed the quote and a week later the works started. His team was very organized and discreet. They finished the repairs on time and provided regular updates on the works. John always communicated rapidly and clearly. Replacing a roof was made painless by the London Roofing Specialist team. I had been dreading it and met with a number of companies before finally going ahead with LRS. The process was seamless from the erection of the scaffolding, removal and replacement of the flat roof, the installation of a Velux skylight, coping stones on the parapet walls and a new deep flow guttering system. All was done well within the 10 day period, they were professional, punctual starting at 8am each day, hard working, well mannered which came as a surprise 😂 and they left the site clean. Last but not least there were no hidden extras when I received their final invoice .. to be highly recommended 🤩

Thank you Team Darren It all started with a leak from our roof terrace into living area below. Enter Darren and his team to the rescue. Turned out to be a major operation as tiles were so old, but now all good. Brad and Max who dealt with upper and lower roofs worked non-stop and are super nice and totally professional.
