They did our flat roof in January 2021 and am really pleased with their work and professionalism. They did it for two days. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. John, a very nice man, came to inspect one day, and then he explained what needed to be done, sent me and agreed on a quote, then booked the date. Two nice men came on the day and did everything including clearing. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Excellent service all throughout.

John and the team were super helpful and responsive to some issues we had with our roof. The team were really professional and were able to fix some slipped tiles and replace some missing tiles from our very old roof. This is the first winter of owning the property, so it's always the litmus test for seeing the condition of the roof and guttering. They also cleaned our filthy gutters, which looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the house was built! The drone footage at quote stage was also really helpful to demonstrate the issues! This review pertains to the work of a brand new roof being constructed. From the first moment of contact with Ben, I was kept well informed, and even received phone calls to further explain any queries I had. His team of Roofers were polite, well mannered, and helpful, in addition to keeping me informed per evening after their shift of what work they had carried out on that day and who was going to take over the work for the next day, so I always knew who to expect. They kept the worksite around my home as clean as possible given the nature of the work. This also extends to the scaffold team, dismantled the scaffold and ensured that any debris was cleaned up. Overall, very happy with the service and work provided by this company.

We had a new roof and gutters installed, it looks amazing! Aman and team were so lovely, very polite and hardworking. They were quick to start and finish. The old roof was completely removed including the wood, which was all over 50 years old, maybe longer. So, they had to start from scratch. Very happy with the repair Aman did on a leak near a chimney. He guaranteed all the work and came back to check all leaks were sealed. Always reliable, efficient and gives honest options. His team work speedily and are courteous. I would have no hesitation in using him again.

Highly recommend James and his team. We had a pretty bad leak in our recently purchased home. James came out the same day I called him to take a look and immediately advised on necessary repairs. As he carried out the repairs he found numerous issues with our roof that our building survey had completely missed. James recommended options for us to resolve the issues without ever being pushy or trying to sell us on unnecessary work. We ended up using James to completely repair our roof (front, back and on a flat roof and a badly done loft conversion). Throughout he was reassuring and made sure we understood exactly what work needed doing, how much it cost and how quickly it would be done. The communication was great throughout and he replaced our entire roof in just over a week. Everything was done to a really high standard and left perfectly clean afterwards. All the positive reviews are accurate, James is a real professional who knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

Really pleased that we brought James and his team in for our flat roof renovation. He's an honest, humble guy who really knows his stuff. As well as the quality job which James did, what I especially appreciated (and what I think differentiates James compared to the other contractors we spoke to) was that James very clearly understood who I was as a customer (i.e. a bit clueless with all things roof-related!) and was able to explain things very clearly, answer all my questions and reassure me about the job and the (lack of) damage which the leak had done. We recently had the pleasure of working with Louie and the team at LH Roof Services, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they were an absolute delight to deal with. Louie and his team were incredibly respectful, always arriving on time and being mindful of both noise and our neighbors. What really impressed us was that they left the site spotless and the whole project took them 3 days (1 day to remove the old tiles and 2 days to lay the new tiles and clean up). Louie shared some drone photos with us and you can see that the roof looks immaculate from every angle! Easy to contact, came when they said, charged exactly how much we agreed, 10/10. Also very polite and professional, and they clearly are very good at what they do. Our roof above the bay window was leaking, and the found some poor workmanship and weird solutions up there, which they undid and fixed properly. They also helped me with other issues on the other side of the house, and I felt like they went the extra mile to help me fix the issue as a whole. Couldn’t recommend them more.
