John and the team were super helpful and responsive to some issues we had with our roof. The team were really professional and were able to fix some slipped tiles and replace some missing tiles from our very old roof. This is the first winter of owning the property, so it's always the litmus test for seeing the condition of the roof and guttering. They also cleaned our filthy gutters, which looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the house was built! The drone footage at quote stage was also really helpful to demonstrate the issues! From beginning to the end, John Ryan was a pleasure to work with. His team were polite, professional and punctual. They did our flat roof in January 2021 and am really pleased with their work and professionalism. They did it for two days. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. John, a very nice man, came to inspect one day, and then he explained what needed to be done, sent me and agreed on a quote, then booked the date. Two nice men came on the day and did everything including clearing. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Excellent service all throughout.

the guys from ryedale are exceptional they leave no stone unturned and always made sure i was aware of what was happening and treated my property with respect i had problems with my guttering had them converted for new upvc and done some repairs to my roof that a company before didn’t manage to fix thanks again guys

Lee and Ben did an absolutely sterling job after some builders put a very poor flat roof on my extension last year. Just seeing the detail that went into it vs. how it was done last year made it clear to see how much more professional they were. He explained what was done wrong the last time and showed me each stage of the process as they re-did it. And the finish is so much nicer than before. Really pleased that we brought James and his team in for our flat roof renovation. He's an honest, humble guy who really knows his stuff. As well as the quality job which James did, what I especially appreciated (and what I think differentiates James compared to the other contractors we spoke to) was that James very clearly understood who I was as a customer (i.e. a bit clueless with all things roof-related!) and was able to explain things very clearly, answer all my questions and reassure me about the job and the (lack of) damage which the leak had done. Made contact with John, as there was issues with chimney causing leak into the house. He gave me very sound advice with options. After deciding what I wanted to do, appointment made and John attended with crew. Chimney removed and retiled. All work was completed within the time given. We called John when our roof started to leak in the recent wet weather - turned out our (at least 40 year) old felt needed replacing and John fit us in as quickly as he could to minimise any further water damage. He communicated clearly with us about the extent of the work needed, costs etc and made sure everything was done quickly and with no mess left behind. Did a brilliant job. We had a previous roofer come and fixed the wrong issue (looks like they sent someone quite junior initially to take a look). John came spotted the issue, sent his guys to do a temporary fix the next day, until he could return the following week. Then replaced my roof in 4 days in middle of winter. Charged me what they quoted me, builders were tidy, quick and polite, and - as is a flat(ish) roof - managed to do it without scaffolding saving me some cost. Would recommend them again.

Great service from the JBS team. Suspected broken guttering turned out to be a blocked down pipe which led to damp on a interior wall. It was dealt with in less than 30mins with no hassle at all. The JBS team is honest and reliable. Will defo use them again if needed.

Max and his team have done an excellent job repairing mistakes of the previous roofing company and doing an overhaul repair of the whole roof. The experience with them has been great. They did a very thorough initial inspection paying attention to tiniest details. Max explained every step of the project in a comprehensive manner showing me photos of the wear and tear of my roof. The whole job was planned out very well and they were punctual, polite, reassuring, fast and very tidy . The price was competitive and they did some small extra repairs out of decency and with no extra charge. We had a number of leaks in our roof, so emailed the MBA team to see if they would take a look. They were super responsive and came round at the nearest opportunity. We have been impressed and delighted with works done by Max and the team at MBA roofing in past months. We first had a leaky skylight, and Max quickly diagnosed and explained the problem and booked us in for a repair. We then found another leak on a different part of our roof. Max again came and gave a quote, took photos and explained the issue and proposed solution, and completed the job within a week.
