We had a dodgy light fitting that had a burning smell coming from it one lunchtime last week. I managed to get hold of John easily and he organised for Edward to come over and fix and replace it later that afternoon. Aziz arrived an hour after I called and from start to finish he was courteous, diligent, professional and knowledgeable. He explained every step and answered all of my questions with great patience. Aziz arrived on time and was very helpful and polite. He and his colleague fixed my bathroom light switch and installed 2x sockets just as I wanted and ensured everywhere was left tidy. Highly recommended and I will be using his services again.

Satisfied customer. Lounge refurb. Lights, switches,sockets. Wiring, chasing in. Walls already very bad so patresses were sometimes less than completely horizontal. Morrocan sourced pendants needed reworking. Abdul did it all. Came back at short notice to fix one pendant and eventually sourced to a faulty bulb. Reasonably priced and went the extra.

Excellent work from Luan. He tidied up some wiring in our loft and installed wired and battery powered smoked detectors with a wifi link. He was thoroughly professional and respectful and really friendly. I'll be happy to use LT Electricial again anytime and would highly recommend to all.

I contacted THS Electrical to repair a light sensor and replace a LED in my cupboard. I appreciate how easy it was to get in touch with the company and get a fair quote. I was very happy with Certified Electricians London. This is the second time I used their services. David was very friendly and fast to reply to my email to replace a ceiling light. The booking was arranged promptly and the work done on time by Luke. The process was very efficient. I recommend them for electrical work and I will use them again in the future.

The first visit was from David and he got part of the lighting working for us within two hours; however, due to time constraints a return visit was planned for 8am the following day. The second visit was by Marlowe and he spent 4 hours fault finding and rectifying the issues. Marlowe was very thorough and got the lighting working properly for the first time since we moved in 7 years ago. This is the second time we have used this company and I will definitely use them again. Lloyd and his team did an absolutely fantastic job at our property. The booking system is extremely easy to use and you have full transparency on who is coming to do the work and how they are getting on with the journey. Communication with Lloyd was excellent throughout. He was very quick with responses at all hours of the day (including weekends) and always went out of his way to provide very detailed explanations of what kind of work needed to be done, why they were recommending it be done a certain way, etc. He gained our trust from the very first interaction and we were never disappointed. In terms of the actual work carried out, we first had an EIRC done which highlighted a lot of remedial work required, as the property we recently bought had been somewhat neglected in that respect. We discussed the results with Lloyd and got a very fair and practical recommendation on which items were important vs nice to have. In the end we decided to take him up on most of the work and that required multiple visits, but all was carried out seamlessly. The finished work is to a very high standard and we are overall very happy and would wholeheartedly recommend Lloyd and his team.
