I was so pleased that I went with House Rescue for my solar install. The planning and communication was great and made complete sense, the instal itself was remarkably quick and smooth, Jack hand his team were professional, punctual and very hard working. The handover documents were complete and detailed. Overall an incredibly well organised, efficient and stress free job. I am actually looking forward to having Jack back to install the EV chargers!

Excellent service, yet again. The extraction fan in our bathroom had stopped working then a wall heater did the same thing. Appointment made promptly, electrician turned up on the dot, the price was very reasonable and the job was done to a high standard. The fan was replaced and the heater fault fixed. Frankly it is such a relief to have found this company. Though I’d rather not have anything go wrong with our electrics obviously at least I know that if they do I have a completely trustworthy source for repairs. Highly recommend.

Arrived really quickly after i called late evening as I'd lost all power in my flat. Turned out it was a mains supplier problem so nothing he could help with but he refused to accept payment for his time. Not many tradesmen like him around!

Fantastic electrician - highly recommend. After my emergency late night electrician had completely overcharged me and failed to fix the problem, Julian had identified where the fault was and had 90% of my electricity back on in less than 30 mins, coming back the next week to work through the sockets and get it all back and running. Thank you - I won’t be paying emergency call out rates ever again!

He has always been professional, efficient and very pleasant to deal with (and very patient, coming back multiple times to finish a job after I kept ordering the wrong type of light!). Great, professional service from JKP Electrical Services. I contacted Julian to carry out an electrical inspection of my rental flat. He was efficient booking the job in and very polite to deal with. The report concluded that some remedial work was required for which Julian provided a thorough and detailed quote in a timely manner and subsequently carried out the work to a very high standard. Overall, Julian provided an excellent service, great communications, is prompt and knowledgeable with very reasonable rates. Highly recommended.

Daniel did a great job fitting a new boiler in quite a challenging domestic environment. The old boiler and flue arrangement created obstacles which he overcame. He also managed to fit the new boiler in a very tight cupboard in a brand new utility room without creating any visible signs. He then encountered several issues which not of his doing but were a legacy of the old system. He stuck to getting the job done returning to ensure everything was done properly. We now have a working system and a warm house throughout which we never had before. Daniel was respectful and courteous. Highly recommended.

Steve replaced the broken 20-year-old MEV unit in the flat we just moved in with another model. He was very punctual when showing up to the appointment, did an excellent job with the installation, and troubleshooted several issues that came up, communicating with me in the process. Definitely would recommend & ask him to come back if we require an electrician in the future!

Steve professionally upgraded my halogen infrastructure to an LED one with minimal fuss. Replaced some obsolete switches too. Additionally troubleshooted several other electrical issues. All options are considered and alternatives discussed. Can thoroughly recommend and will use again.

Really pleased with the service from Steve! We had a new oven to fit which needed a new and a handful of other small jobs. Steve was very communicative to book in the job, with super quick responses to my emails. He arrived on time and worked quickly, checking with me when he needed to and talking me through what he was doing. He finished the job to a high standard, tidying up after himself and working round our cleaner who we forgot was coming! And top it off, very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be looking for Steve to come back for further electrical work when we need to do it!
