Mr Richard and the team were extremely professional and diligent with the services delivered. The works included a mixture of decommissioning / new circuitry, main / niche lighting and extraction fans related to a new bathroom installation. Subsequent to the main project, additional works were commisioned related to our main fuse box and electrical car charger. Richard and the team were very responsive, efficient, good attention to detail, fairly priced and very pro active in helping with various electrical solutions across our house. Mr Fuse Box is also supported by a strong administrative team (Ms Taylor) which meant all queries, bookings, quotes were responded to very efficiently. I would strongly recommend Mr Fuse Box for any future electrical works.

We engaged Impulse for an old office rewiring in Blackheath. As our fuse box kept tripping when heating or under heavy load. Charlie was very up front and professional throughout clearly explaining what works needed carrying out. His team were tidy and courteous, they worked around us time wise to minimise disruption to our business. The quality of work was spot on with no nasty surprises. Honest traders are hard to come by, glad we used them. Would recommend without question.

Can’t praise Impulse enough we was having a new kitchen fitted. From start to finish they required the whole kitchen, adding extra sockets , arranged a plasterer to smooth over the horrible arterx ceiling and fitted down lights. Recently had my house fully re-wired with a new board and breakers and some extra lights in the garden and can’t be happier with the service. The lads from impulse were friendly and tidied up as they went which really helped with young kids in the house, would definitely recommend.

They did a fairly tricky job for me (lighting fault, which was down to wiring but difficult to diagnose). They were punctual and polite and charged the reasonable price compared to other quotes. I thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service. Responded promptly to a call out request, and visited next day. Provided clear charge out rates. Persisted with a difficult issue and made a special effort to revisit next day to complete the work when it took longer than expected due to complications. All now working fine and no issues since. We required a new fuse board and contacted Diligent Electrical Contractors. It was installed to a very high standard and were extremely happy with the service. They were efficient and definitely took pride in the work that they do. We would highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services going forward should we require any further electrical works.

Pretty happy with the service. Diligent installed a new bathroom extractor fan and works perfectly. There's no more mould. I had to wait 3 weeks before writing this review to test it. I also had a problem with my oven which kept on switching off after 60 seconds. I asked 2 electricians beforehand and they kept telling me my oven is broken even though it was only 2 years old. Diligent replaced one of the boards on the electric box and explained the actual reason. The oven works perfectly fine now.

Ishmael was so helpful when he came to look at my electrics in my flat. He clearly explained everything to me, was tidy, efficient and quickly came back the next day to fix it for me. So great! I'll defo be using Diligent again and recommending Ishmael!

Simon did an EICR, after I wanted to double check what my builder / his electrician had done when rewiring my whole house. My electrics failed the ECIR so I got Simon to come back and investigate the issue.Simon quickly sorted it out. Super fast, honest and excellent communication! Simon replaced all the electrics in my parent's house. They are both in their 90s so was a big ask. Simon carried out the work with very little interference to my parents and the job was done very quickly. Very pleased.

Moved house and lost the number of the old company I used to use and trust, I after using Kent Electrical I have now found a new company that I will use and trust for all future electrical work.
