I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. I will absolutely be recommending this service to anyone I can, and hope this review has helped you decide this is definitely the right company to call. 🤝

I'm incredibly impressed by the speed and quality of work. I called in the evening asking to fix my electric heaters and Andrew was happy to fix them early in the morning the next day. Its a very trustworthy person, I left the key with him, and when he finished he was happy to drop it off at my work place. Andrew takes time to make sure everything is done properly. Very highly recommended. Brilliant service!!!

Beautifully installed boiler. Now every time I open the utility door I am happy. Absolutely beautiful. The team stayed till 2 AM in the morning to finish the work, it is unheard of in this country.

Outstanding service from Andrei and colleagues who installed a Joule unvented cylinder for me recently at very short notice. I needed someone to do a pre-tenancy EIRC check, and to switch out an induction hob. Jonathan was very communicative in terms of his own availability, and even let me know when other appointments had been cancelled in case I wanted him to do the job sooner. When he arrived, he was very personable and nonintrusive, and gave me some good advice on various small issues to keep an eye on in the future. He provided the certificate promptly. After he left I promptly recommended him to 2 other people, which I think it always the best 'review' one can give!

Lloyd and his team did an absolutely fantastic job at our property. The booking system is extremely easy to use and you have full transparency on who is coming to do the work and how they are getting on with the journey. Communication with Lloyd was excellent throughout. He was very quick with responses at all hours of the day (including weekends) and always went out of his way to provide very detailed explanations of what kind of work needed to be done, why they were recommending it be done a certain way, etc. He gained our trust from the very first interaction and we were never disappointed. In terms of the actual work carried out, we first had an EIRC done which highlighted a lot of remedial work required, as the property we recently bought had been somewhat neglected in that respect. We discussed the results with Lloyd and got a very fair and practical recommendation on which items were important vs nice to have. In the end we decided to take him up on most of the work and that required multiple visits, but all was carried out seamlessly. The finished work is to a very high standard and we are overall very happy and would wholeheartedly recommend Lloyd and his team.

I needed an electrical timer on an immersion heater uograded, and a switch elsewhere replaced. I was on a tight deadline and they went out of their way to help me get it resolved in time. Communication was great from start to finish, Alfred who came to complete the work was very friendly, polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will use them again in future.

From my first interaction, Lloyd and his team have been responsive and helpful. They were able to take on my job of replacing a kitchen strip light really quickly and offered a competitive rate for the repair. Mosi was very efficient and reliable. He fitted three new light fittings, one of which needed a channel making in the ceiling which Mosi did very neatly. Subsequently, he replaced an obsolete fuse box and gave us clear information on the options for replacing it. He was always on time, polite and friendly and was good value. Jaber did a great job renewing sockets , testing circuits, removing old alarm socket and most of all removing a plastic fuse box which was very dangerous and installing a new metal fuse box. Gave me a Certificate for 5 years covering 6 pages. He is thorough, professional, friendly and entirely trustworthy.

Byron visited us to help diagnose a fault we've been having with our oven. He was courteous, efficient and communicative throughout explaining his findings in an easy to understand way. He has provided consistently excellent service in the past helping us diagnose a problem with the electrics of our boiler over the phone and assisting in the sourcing and installation of a range hood.
