We're landlords that live a fair distance away from our property and over the years, it's been hit & miss for me to find tradespeople that I've can trust on the basis of quote and work honesty, professionalism and reliability. Our positive opinion of THS Electrical Services started with being impressed with the reviews on this site, but has only been cemented through our own personal experience now. I appreciated the thorough communications and the extra after-service that was provided which clearly demonstrated their work ethics and pride in doing the job at a higher standard. I contacted THS Electrical to repair a light sensor and replace a LED in my cupboard. I appreciate how easy it was to get in touch with the company and get a fair quote. I easily booked online and the work was done the day after. The engineer explained clearly what needed to be done, even though I’m a noob in all things electricity. They did a smooth job and cleaned after it was done 👍

We want to thank Steve from A Sparks Electrical for doing and incredible job in our home. Not only was he professional, but his demeanor was calm and patient which is something you don't quite expect. He was more than happy to share his knowledge with us and explained why many of our issues were occuring. He reiterated that his work was guaranteed and if we continued to have these issues arise then they would come back out. Here's what we had done. We've had most of the recessed lights redone with the appropriate transmitters replaced so the flickering would stop (throughout the entire house). In addition, he replaced the recessed fittings with a sleeker version where the light sits flush allowing for more light. An additional socket was installed behind our TV unit to allow for a more even electrical distribution (for safety measures). Installed an outdoor outlet to our front garden and ran an electrical wire from out attic (closest power source) to connect to out outdoor security system. He also replaced our decorative lighting above the kitchen counter. It's been a few days now and everything has been working beyond our expectation.

I have used A Sparks Electrical on many occasions and I've always been very impressed. Some of the jobs they have carried out include replacing some lights, installing extra sockets and replacing my bathroom extractor fan. They have always been very polite and professional and they've always explained everything at each stage and in simple terms so it has been easy for me to understand. I cannot rate Frank highly enough! I had an emergency with a plug socket smoking and my mum is on oxygen so not a good combination! Frank kept me calm & arrived very quickly to help. Not only that, he helped sort new fire alarms. Thank you Frank, you are literally a life saver. I shall be recommending you to all.

Frank installed internal and external lighting in my garden office. He also completely rerouted my telephone line in the house, to connect a router for internet access. All of the electrics have been isolated in the house, running from a separate fuse box. He has done an absolutely fantastic job and I would recommend him to anybody in the local area or beyond. Brilliant standard of work and no messing around. Thank you Frank!

After seeing Frank’s reviews, I gave him a call, and he kindly offered to come by the same day to install a light and plug sockets in my daughter’s bedroom. We've had a gentleman by the name of Luke Mitchell working at our property in SW16. He was incredibly hard working. More than that, he explained everything whilst he was doing it. We are delighted and relieved to have connected with SES Electrical Contractors, which has systematically sorted out a number of overdue issues with electrical installations including emergency lighting, fire alarm systems and most recently adding motion-sensor lighting for the communal staircase. The managing director, Byron Sanders, went the extra mile to ensure that this latest installation was the best it could be. We have now met several SES technicians and they have all been professional, capable and personable. I have no reservations in recommending the company.

I can’t thank Byron and the SES Electrical Contractors team enough! After waking up to no electricity in the house, I spent hours calling other electricians but couldn’t find anyone available. Thankfully, I was recommended SES Electrical, and from the moment I spoke to Byron, the service was amazing. He kindly offered to troubleshoot the issue over the phone before arranging a visit, patiently guiding me through a few steps and helping me resolve the issue myself! Byron visited us to help diagnose a fault we've been having with our oven. He was courteous, efficient and communicative throughout explaining his findings in an easy to understand way. He has provided consistently excellent service in the past helping us diagnose a problem with the electrics of our boiler over the phone and assisting in the sourcing and installation of a range hood. Great experience of MK from start to finish. My initial enquiry was responded to quickly, Mike came as agreed to quote and whilst they’re clearly busy guys, they scheduled our first and second fixes asap. Peter and son always do a great job for us ranging from rewiring, changing mains board, to small repair jobs and also our landlords safety certificate.
