We are delighted and relieved to have connected with SES Electrical Contractors, which has systematically sorted out a number of overdue issues with electrical installations including emergency lighting, fire alarm systems and most recently adding motion-sensor lighting for the communal staircase. I can’t thank Byron and the SES Electrical Contractors team enough! After waking up to no electricity in the house, I spent hours calling other electricians but couldn’t find anyone available. Thankfully, I was recommended SES Electrical, and from the moment I spoke to Byron, the service was amazing. He kindly offered to troubleshoot the issue over the phone before arranging a visit, patiently guiding me through a few steps and helping me resolve the issue myself! Byron visited us to help diagnose a fault we've been having with our oven. He was courteous, efficient and communicative throughout explaining his findings in an easy to understand way. He has provided consistently excellent service in the past helping us diagnose a problem with the electrics of our boiler over the phone and assisting in the sourcing and installation of a range hood. I contacted WES for an estimate and quote for a replacement storage heater. I chose them specifically because they were local to my location. They responded very promptly and shortly after I was then booked in within a two-week appointment slot for a Friday. On the Thursday they gave me a heads-up that they had an engineer free for that afternoon, and if I'd like him to come around to do the job. The engineer turned up on time, was very professional and a gentleman. He did an excellent job on the installation, provided a new socket, cleaned up and gave a comprehensive tutorial on how to operate the heater. A week after, I received the invoice, paid and job closed. The overall service was particularly good and recommend WES indeed. A++++++++++++

I had my old Economy 7 Storage heaters replaced with Aeroflow Electric heaters on the 3rd October. The advice given by Anthony was thorough to allow me to make a decision on the new radiators and also to answer any questions I had prior to the installation. I contacted A.M.P Electrical for some advice regarding my current EV Charger installation, which recently has not been working properly. The engineer was very helpful. We had our back garden lights, front sensor lights and new electrics done in our shed. Ali showed great professionalism and attention to detail. He was very patient, efficient and tidy with his work. I called Stanley as I'd tripped something putting in my new washing machine. They said they'd be happy to come out, but I should check for an isolation switch and change the fuse first. Found it changed the fuse, job done. So this review is a 5 Star because they could have easily taken my money, but they didn't. I will certainly be calling them again in the future.

What can I say. I had an emergency electrical issue in my house and called Stanley Electrical Services. Brandon was here in under an hour and travelled from Gatwick to get to me. The level of service was very professional and I couldn't have asked for a better electrician to get things sorted. Our extractor fan needed replacing and our dishwasher inspecting - the new fan was installed efficiently and is working perfectly and Brandon was honest and very helpful about the dishwasher, which we will need to replace due to discontinued parts. I contacted THS Electrical to repair a light sensor and replace a LED in my cupboard. I appreciate how easy it was to get in touch with the company and get a fair quote.
