Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Something that we didnt experience speaking to other wedding experts. Dita's help and knowledge was invaluable and the staff she brought for the event were also so so lovely. We couldn’t speak highly of them enough. A lot of our friends and family complimented the staff saying how helpful and accommodating they were! Overall, the wedding was amazing and we couldn't have done it without Dita!

When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

We cannot recommend Chenai enough!! As soon as we found her website we knew she would be the perfect person to plan our wedding. The team were on top of everything the whole way through the planning process which meant that we were completely stress-free. Chenai has an amazing way of knowing what you want better than you do and brought all of our vague ideas to life! Even down to having some Ghanaian flare at our otherwise traditional, English wedding. We had the pleasure of having Chenai, Tariq and Aaron with us on our wedding day meaning that everything went off without a hitch and we knew that everything was taken care of, enabling us to relax and enjoy the day.

I reached out to Chenai to help plan our wedding this summer with a relatively short lead up time and we are so happy that we found her - she pulled off a wedding beyond what we ever expected, and we, our friends and family all had the absolute best day. I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions. I fell in love with planning the wedding again, and felt confident that everything was going to look beautiful without the worry that things may not work the way I had imagined. Chenai eliminated all the stress. Our wedding was perfect. My only regret is not finishing ByChenai Events sooner.

I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. Hopefully we can use her again one day, we are planning a 1 year anniversary party!

We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

Marsha’s partial planning service was exactly what we needed to make our dream day happen, we couldn’t have done it without her and her team! From the beginning we had regular meetings with Marsha and she helped us set out themes and realistic expectations according to the budget we had to work with, along with helpful tips to make our money stretch. She gave us the creative control in the process that we wanted and ensured that logistically all of our plans could be made reality. This involved liaising with our venue and multiple vendors, and also carrying out multiple site visits to uncover finer detail. As the wedding day approached and nerves increased she pulled out all the stops to finalise arrangements with our vendors and made a detailed plan for the day so that we could have peace of mind and (try to) relax. On the big day itself Marsha and her team were excellent, splitting their time between our getting ready hotel, church and reception venues. When we inevitably ran late, Marsha adjusted our schedule on the fly so we could save time without missing or rushing any important moments. Choosing Marsha as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made in ensuring the smooth running of our wedding day and I can't thank her and her team enough for their services. From the first call we had with Marsha, we really felt like she understood us so well as a couple, understood what we wanted from a wedding coordination service and was very personable and professional throughout. Marsha really got to know who we were as people and made sure she provided the service that she knew we wanted. It was so nice to work with someone who paid such close attention to detail. During the lead up to the wedding day (4-5 months ahead of the date) she was on hand to support with all aspects of the wedding, via zoom or phone-call depending on our preference, to discuss elements we had questions on or needed a sounding board for. She would always have a an agenda for us to discuss on these calls and this usually consisted of elements I hadn’t considered or hadn’t even thought of as part of the wedding planning process. She was also very thoughtful of our wedding budget and often suggested ways in which we could make cost savings in a creative way, but still achieve the look and feel we were going for. On the day itself, Marsha and her team were invaluable and I genuinely don’t think our wedding would have run as smoothly as it did without her. My bridesmaids also found her and the team to be extremely helpful throughout the day and I have had similar feedback from some of my immediate family since the wedding too. After the wedding, she reached out to me once I was back from honeymoon to schedule a debrief which I found was a nice way to conclude things and again is another example of her going above and beyond. Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. He is the only person I would turn to when needing a party planned as I know he would remove stress and add a certain something to make it an event to remember.

Henry and his team ensured we delivered a seamless evening for over 200 guests attending our very special HOPE Ball - a fundraising event for our local hospital charity, which raised c£75,000. Henry's professionalism and attention to detail is second to none and we hope to work with Henry and his team again in the future.

Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. I very much look forward to working together again.

I would highly recommend Jessica! I had the pleasure of working with her earlier in the year where she planned the whole event, I couldn’t fault her attention to detail and professionalism.

Although we had already booked most of our suppliers, my partner and I wanted a wedding planner to bring it all together - we felt we lacked the experience and time! We wanted someone who could bring to life a high-end and well thought through aesthetic for the big day - we are quite particular and wanted a very distinctive and unique look (avoiding classic and traditional style). In addition we wanted someone who had wedding experience that we could lean on for guidance and advice - we had two ceremonies in one, which was outside our experience and meant we had distinctive cultures to balance and intertwine. We also wanted a planner who would be able to coordinate and plan the details on a day to day basis, which I was struggling with given my job and personal commitments. We decided to go ahead with Jessica for wedding planning, on the day coordination and take down. We found her online and were really drawn to her portfolio on Instagram, which showed her amazing ability to design and style to a really high and unique standard. When we connected, Jessica provided us a proposal and a moodboard which really excited us and helped us confidently decide to go ahead. We also enjoyed speaking with her at the first call - she is very chilled, friendly and made us feel like calm and in control. I liked her confidence! I also liked how flexible she was in ways of working and was willing to adapt the management style so it worked for us. We started off with a simple colour scheme and Jessica was able to take that and develop it into a far more complex and superior colour palette that was very modern. I would’ve never been able to do this myself - I often second guessed the palette as I found it so complex but Jessica would reassure me and talk me through it and she was 100% right. I am SO GLAD I trusted her. Throughout the process Jessica was very easy to plan with. She was really friendly, approachable and understood what we wanted throughout the process. We had a Whatsapp group, we spoke on email, we used a Google Doc/ share drive to co-ordinate a to-do list. She was always contactable and communicative. I am quite detail orientated and often got bogged down on these bits, Jessica seemed to take it all in her stride and had it under control. She would listen to me, reassure me and action what needed actioning. Being Mauritian (me)/ Martinique (my partner) and having a duel wedding (civil and Hindu ceremony) meant a lot of cultures to factor - Jessica didn’t break a sweat! She easily understood and embraced our cultures, which I really appreciated. She took time to attend calls with the Pundit and understand the Hindu ceremony. She was super flexible in joining meetings and calls with suppliers in general. Finally, on the day it all went amazingly. Jessica and her team were in their element and were so calm and positive on the day. They had it all under control and they didn’t look stressed! We ended up with a successful day and I have Jessica and her team to thank for that. I will say the events of the day was quite behind schedule due to late family members, something I didn’t expect or think about - tip for future brides to watch out for if you have family like mine! I got so many compliments from guests that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. Final note, after the wedding Jessica and her team gifted me and my husband a video reel of the day. This was priceless! It captured so many moments and all the small details that I didn’t get to really take in on the day. Words cannot express how amazing this was to receive! I would absolutely recommend Jessica!!! She will make your dream wedding a genuine reality!

So i got scammed by another marquee company that stopped all communication on the day of my daughter’s party. I contacted MK events on the day of the party and they were amazing! They confirmed they could help me at such short notice and set up a marquee in my garden in an hour! Professional, punctual and go above and beyond for a customer. I will only be using them from Now on. They really know what they are doing and have everything you need for any event. Please do not Use anyone apart from them! 10 stars !!!
