I don’t think we can put into words how much Camilla has done for us! She gave us the best wedding ever - we are over the moon. She thought of absolutely everything, her for detail is outstanding, she has incredible taste and vision. Our wedding was perfect, she made it hassle free and knew exactly when to bother us with details and when to take charge. Of particular note is the presentation for cutting the cake, she transformed the area into a dream-like sequence with floating candles, an arch and a neon sign with our new surname. She had a vision and executed it brilliantly - this was all her and was the most beautiful thing to behold! Additionally, Camilla and her assistants are so lovely - we think of Camilla as a lifelong friend after only knowing her through the last 9 months as our planner extraordinaire. Camilla’s greatest strength is that she cares so much and you can really feel it. She made the whole experience (which was very daunting for two people who are not remotely organised) amazing! Her military precision planning meant everything came off seamlessly. We are delighted and the photos show her excellence! We cannot recommend her enough!

Camilla planned our wedding from A to Z and it was literally our dream wedding. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to details and hard work are remarkable. She poured her heart into organizing the perfect wedding for us. It felt to me as if she was organizing her own considering the amount of efforts she put into ensuring that everything would be perfect and going the extra mile. On D Day, there was a storm just before the ceremony, everything had to be moved inside suddenly. I was extremely disappointed. But seeing that the meteo cleared out, Camilla went above and beyond and with the help of the hotel staff, arranged for everything to be moved back outside quickly. I was amazing! Throughout the process, Camilla and her assistant Giulia were a calming force. Because of them we were extremely relaxed on wedding day as we knew we were fully taken care of. We hired Camilla to be an ‘on the day co-ordinator’ for our wedding - I needed a right hand woman who I could trust to hand over the reigns and make sure all my planning and preparation came to life the way I imagined. Camilla was there for me throughout the whole wedding process to bounce ideas off, but most importantly, she gave me the confidence to relax on my wedding day (I’m a control freak!) - she was a pleasure to be around, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure any hiccups were dealt with. Henry and his team ensured we delivered a seamless evening for over 200 guests attending our very special HOPE Ball - a fundraising event for our local hospital charity, which raised c£75,000. Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. I very much look forward to working together again.

We are so happy that we chose Jessica as our wedding planner. It’s been just over a month now that me and my partner got married in the beautiful country of Italy. When looking for a wedding planner based in Italy, we came across so many barriers. It was a nightmare! and we just couldn’t click with any of them. From the very first conversation we had with Jessica, we instantly knew that she was the planner for us. Jessica is bubbly, funny and reassuring. Her eye for detail is amazing, and she’s so easy to get along with. One thing that we found with a lot of the other planners, is that they would not respond for weeks! Although we had already booked most of our suppliers, my partner and I wanted a wedding planner to bring it all together - we felt we lacked the experience and time! We wanted someone who could bring to life a high-end and well thought through aesthetic for the big day - we are quite particular and wanted a very distinctive and unique look (avoiding classic and traditional style). In addition we wanted someone who had wedding experience that we could lean on for guidance and advice - we had two ceremonies in one, which was outside our experience and meant we had distinctive cultures to balance and intertwine. We also wanted a planner who would be able to coordinate and plan the details on a day to day basis, which I was struggling with given my job and personal commitments. We decided to go ahead with Jessica for wedding planning, on the day coordination and take down. We found her online and were really drawn to her portfolio on Instagram, which showed her amazing ability to design and style to a really high and unique standard. When we connected, Jessica provided us a proposal and a moodboard which really excited us and helped us confidently decide to go ahead. We also enjoyed speaking with her at the first call - she is very chilled, friendly and made us feel like calm and in control. I liked her confidence! I also liked how flexible she was in ways of working and was willing to adapt the management style so it worked for us. We started off with a simple colour scheme and Jessica was able to take that and develop it into a far more complex and superior colour palette that was very modern. I would’ve never been able to do this myself - I often second guessed the palette as I found it so complex but Jessica would reassure me and talk me through it and she was 100% right. I am SO GLAD I trusted her. Throughout the process Jessica was very easy to plan with. She was really friendly, approachable and understood what we wanted throughout the process. We had a Whatsapp group, we spoke on email, we used a Google Doc/ share drive to co-ordinate a to-do list. She was always contactable and communicative. I am quite detail orientated and often got bogged down on these bits, Jessica seemed to take it all in her stride and had it under control. She would listen to me, reassure me and action what needed actioning. Being Mauritian (me)/ Martinique (my partner) and having a duel wedding (civil and Hindu ceremony) meant a lot of cultures to factor - Jessica didn’t break a sweat! She easily understood and embraced our cultures, which I really appreciated. She took time to attend calls with the Pundit and understand the Hindu ceremony. She was super flexible in joining meetings and calls with suppliers in general. Finally, on the day it all went amazingly. Jessica and her team were in their element and were so calm and positive on the day. They had it all under control and they didn’t look stressed! We ended up with a successful day and I have Jessica and her team to thank for that. I will say the events of the day was quite behind schedule due to late family members, something I didn’t expect or think about - tip for future brides to watch out for if you have family like mine! I got so many compliments from guests that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. Final note, after the wedding Jessica and her team gifted me and my husband a video reel of the day. This was priceless! It captured so many moments and all the small details that I didn’t get to really take in on the day. Words cannot express how amazing this was to receive! I would absolutely recommend Jessica!!! She will make your dream wedding a genuine reality!

Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. We cannot recommend Chenai enough!! As soon as we found her website we knew she would be the perfect person to plan our wedding. The team were on top of everything the whole way through the planning process which meant that we were completely stress-free. Chenai has an amazing way of knowing what you want better than you do and brought all of our vague ideas to life! So i got scammed by another marquee company that stopped all communication on the day of my daughter’s party. I contacted MK events on the day of the party and they were amazing! They confirmed they could help me at such short notice and set up a marquee in my garden in an hour! Professional, punctual and go above and beyond for a customer. Events by MK provided wonderful service for a funeral reception. The event was large with hover 200 people and they were able to decorate with the required specification in time to a high standard. They are competitively priced and I would recommend this company. I found the staff to be respectful of the occasion, thorough and hard working. My partner and I decided to get married in Tuscany as we had dreams of a fairytale wedding in the Tuscan countryside. Carolina made this dream a reality for us and worked tirelessly to ensure our wedding went ahead without any issues. From day one, Carolina won us over as our wedding planner of choice as she listened to our desires with meticulous levels of detail and really understood our vision for our special day. The entire process of planning a destination wedding during Covid was a breeze, with Carolina's exceptional organisational skills keeping us on track with key milestones. We were provided with multiple options for every aspect and she provided us with great levels of support and detail to make our final choice on venue, caterers and entertainment remotely. Getting married during a global pandemic was never going to be straightforward but Carolina navigated us through the highs and lows (including rearranging the date of our wedding at the last minute to cater for quarantine requirements) and the day went ahead without any hiccups. Our wedding day was more beautiful than I could imagine. Carolina really focuses on the finer details (which you can see in the pictures) and everything from table settings, flowers through to the choice of caterers and organising everyone was perfect. When my partner and I decided to have our dream wedding in Bologna, Italy we begun by trying to find out the type of ceremony we could have as Church of England Christians (Christened but not religious) As Italy is run by the Catholic Church this was harder than we thought. We then tried to find a venue we could be married at, again not so easy, we could only legally marry in Bologna’s beautiful Town-hall or a venue in another town by the Major. After much research we felt we needed some help and guidance. We spoke with five wedding planners in total, Carolina was the last and only choice for us. She explained all the legalities so clearly and had a wonderful range of venues to choose (legal and symbolic) Her percentage fee worked for us and her services were worth every penny. Most importantly, we simply wouldn’t have had the wedding of our dreams without her. Carolina had advised us to visit Bologna before we picked a venue. Stupidly we didn’t and paid a deposit for a beautiful venue we had seen in photos. When on a rainy day in November we finally visited the venue we didn’t feel it was where we had imagined the wedding. On a Saturday morning I messaged Carolina with my concerns and within two hours she had organised for us to visit another venue the following day!! This was incredibly stressful day but Carolina sorted it out efficiently and calmly which is exactly what you need when planning a wedding! Venue of dreams sorted, she then gave us three quotation for catering, this was an easy choice because all the menus sounded delicious. We went with the mid range costing menu, since the wedding the food and venue are the highlights with our guests constantly going on about how the food was so delicious! Carolina works with a spectacular florist, again good value and most importantly we were delighted with the flower arrangements especially my bouquet. Like the catering we were given three quotations for the photographer. All similar prices so it was a case of picking our favourite style. Really happy with the outcome, they captured the day beautifully. A couple of months before the wedding we decided to get a videographer and again Carolina sorted this our immaculately. We had some special requests: Parmesan wheel, craft beers, extra material to decorate marquee, lighting, dance floor and an opera singer that Carolina arranged wonderfully. On the day Carolina was there to orchestrate all the moving parts which meant my husband and I could enjoy the day without any worries. The only glitch we had was the very lengthy speeches (not in Carolina's control) which could of ruined the food but somehow this was completely unaffected by her amazing organisational skills. Only negative which is also a positive we wished the wedding could have been longer as everyone was having such a fabulous time. Best wedding EVER and we couldn’t have done it with Carolina, she is a super star wedding planner!!!

My (newly wed) wife and I asked Carolina to help with our wedding earlier this year in Bologna. Carolina was nothing short of superb - from start to finish - navigating a wedding in Italy without Carolina would have been problematic to say the least; she was able to help us navigate the red tape, legalities and add her very personal touch to every aspect of our special day. Carolina managed every aspect of our wedding other than what we wore; that being said, is also incredibly light-touch too - when we asked for time to think things through she understood and stepped back, conversely when we couldn't decide and asked her to make a decision for us, she was resolute in doing so. I say without hesitation that Carolina was key in helping us create memories that will last forever.

Marsha’s partial planning service was exactly what we needed to make our dream day happen, we couldn’t have done it without her and her team! From the beginning we had regular meetings with Marsha and she helped us set out themes and realistic expectations according to the budget we had to work with, along with helpful tips to make our money stretch. She gave us the creative control in the process that we wanted and ensured that logistically all of our plans could be made reality. This involved liaising with our venue and multiple vendors, and also carrying out multiple site visits to uncover finer detail. Choosing Marsha as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made in ensuring the smooth running of our wedding day and I can't thank her and her team enough for their services. From the first call we had with Marsha, we really felt like she understood us so well as a couple, understood what we wanted from a wedding coordination service and was very personable and professional throughout. Marsha really got to know who we were as people and made sure she provided the service that she knew we wanted. It was so nice to work with someone who paid such close attention to detail. During the lead up to the wedding day (4-5 months ahead of the date) she was on hand to support with all aspects of the wedding, via zoom or phone-call depending on our preference, to discuss elements we had questions on or needed a sounding board for. She would always have a an agenda for us to discuss on these calls and this usually consisted of elements I hadn’t considered or hadn’t even thought of as part of the wedding planning process. She was also very thoughtful of our wedding budget and often suggested ways in which we could make cost savings in a creative way, but still achieve the look and feel we were going for. On the day itself, Marsha and her team were invaluable and I genuinely don’t think our wedding would have run as smoothly as it did without her. My bridesmaids also found her and the team to be extremely helpful throughout the day and I have had similar feedback from some of my immediate family since the wedding too. After the wedding, she reached out to me once I was back from honeymoon to schedule a debrief which I found was a nice way to conclude things and again is another example of her going above and beyond. I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. Hopefully we can use her again one day, we are planning a 1 year anniversary party!

We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking.
