Easy weddings UK is incredible! They provided me with a list of amazing wedding venues within my budget along with the prices and wedding packages the venues offer. On top of this, they arrange all your viewings for you so you don't have to spend so much time contacting venues. Aneeza in particular who made all my bookings for me was a godsend! She was beyond helpful, always kept me in the loop, was extremely efficient and had a great relationship with all the venues so made the process really smooth!

There are not enough words to describe how incredible the Alice Wilkes Design team are. From creating our vision to bringing it to life, every detail was so thoughtfully considered throughout. After discussing what we were looking for in a venue Alice completely understood what we wanted so much so that the incredible venue of Kin House was the only venue we saw. It was perfect! On the day the Alice Wilkes Design team were an absolute delight to be surrounded by as they made our dream day happen.The logistics of our day was something we did not have worry about for a second and meant we could instead fully immerse ourselves in every moment of our special day, which is so important as it really does go so fast! Alice and her team radiated the most calming energy as they took care of all the details. From making sure suppliers were taken care of from the minute they came on-site to even helping me with special moments such as putting my wedding dress on (a moment I will never forget!). Endless thanks to the incredible Alice Wilkes Design team but a special mention to the outstandingly talented Alice and Yana who my husband and I truly will never be able to thank enough for making our fairy tale day come true!

I am one of those girls that loves weddings and had been thinking about and talking about my own wedding since I was little. I was so excited to be a bride, and I am SO SO SO happy I hired Alice. Planning our wedding was actually so much fun. It was a time in my life I wanted to enjoy and remember forever, and Alice made that possible and everything perfect. Alice and her team, including my favorite Dream Girl Yana were so incredibly incredibly hard working. I live in California, our wedding was at The Plaza Hotel in New York City, and Alice Wilkes Design is based in London, and I swear we were always gossiping. I really was so impressed by how available the team was and how seamless planning an event across the ocean felt. I know there were a lot of things going on behind the scenes, and as the bride, because of Alice and Yana I never really felt the stress. Their personalities were incredibly calm, professional and playful. I had a sense the whole time that they really had everything under control and in line. I am a very creative person and wanted our wedding weekend to really have a moody vibe, and I was so drawn to Alice’s creativity and attention to detail! I feel like her weddings are always dreamy and give you something unexpected. Our wedding had swans everywhere! Swans at the Plaza. Alice and her team also planned a backyard garden pool party in Greenwich Connecticut that all the Garden Club ladies said felt like a Slim Aarons Photograph. Looking back on my wedding weekend now. It was beyond my wildest dreams. I knew it was going to be fabulous, but it was so much more. The execution was perfect and flawless, it was filled with love and warmth and perfect lighting. Thank you to Paula and the Amber Events team so much for everything you did to throw me the 40th party of a lifetime! The food and drinks were out of this world, and it’s your team that brought it to another level. So professional, polite, one step ahead- they truly wanted us and all of our guests to have a brilliant night. The music was fantastic- everybody loved Nexus band and DJ Jimmy kept everyone on the dance floor til the end Everything from the tent and all the furniture to the light up numbers and balloon- I think the disco ball sums it all up… I knew I was getting a disco ball but I wasn’t expecting it to be so enormous! Everything was just bigger and better than I could have ever imagined Thank you so so much, and please thank all your team for me too!!

Amber Events organised my 50th birthday party in December. The event was even better than we had dreamt possible. Thanks to Paula and the team we were all able to relax and enjoy an amazing night with family and friends. During the week before the party Paula’s team set up the marquee, stage and bar. We hardly noticed them and were able to leave them to it. Whilst we were at work the garden was transformed into an incredible party zone. Although Paula’s skills are far reaching, she isn’t quite a magician, and so couldn’t stop it from being an extremely windy night. Some of our guests had worried that a party in a marquee might not be the best idea but, with Paula in charge, it absolutely was. Paula and the team made certain that the marquee stayed firmly in place and well heated throughout the evening. Once we were inside the marquee, with the band and DJ performing, and the charming waiting staff and dancing barmen, we had no idea whatsoever that the winds were still raging outside. Nick and Tracy’s food was fabulous and they chatted to all the guests as they prepared and served it. The event was really well staffed with lovely people who knew what they were doing and made things run smoothly. Paula has great ideas and many regular providers who she deals with. Whatever she agrees to do for you will be done to a very high standard. Thank you so much, Paula and all the team, for a fantastic night.

My wife and I hired Roberta to plan our elaborate, destination Indian wedding in Lake Como, Italy. From start to finish, Roberta was hyper-communicative, friendly, and engaging. She dealt with both our requests and our demands with ease and delivered a beautiful, elegant, highly bespoke big budget wedding for us. One of the areas of focus for us was our guest experience and she made sure no page went unturned for our guests. Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. He is the only person I would turn to when needing a party planned as I know he would remove stress and add a certain something to make it an event to remember.

At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

Aimee was instrumental in organising our wedding this year at the Rosewood in London, I can honestly say I enjoyed every moment of the planning process - stress free, thanks to Aimee. On our first meeting I knew she understood the style of wedding we wanted and was able to pull everything together using many of her excellent contacts and suppliers. Aimee never came to me with an issue before figuring out a way to resolve it, we had a couple of problems with delivery of some items that we had ordered online, Aimee quickly looked for a solution then contacted me to tell me we were now getting them elsewhere and they were even better than the originals! I'm sure the process of finding the replacements was extremely stressful her side, but I was blissfully unaware! Aimee has a really calm and positive nature which helped immensely the closer we got to our big day, I knew everything was in good hands and I was able to totally relax from start to finish. Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking. Mercedes, you are a talent and if I only made one right decision with regards to my wedding, I know It was choosing you to make our dream day a reality. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Camilla planned our wedding from A to Z and it was literally our dream wedding. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to details and hard work are remarkable. She poured her heart into organizing the perfect wedding for us. It felt to me as if she was organizing her own considering the amount of efforts she put into ensuring that everything would be perfect and going the extra mile. On D Day, there was a storm just before the ceremony, everything had to be moved inside suddenly. I was extremely disappointed. But seeing that the meteo cleared out, Camilla went above and beyond and with the help of the hotel staff, arranged for everything to be moved back outside quickly. I was amazing! Throughout the process, Camilla and her assistant Giulia were a calming force. Because of them we were extremely relaxed on wedding day as we knew we were fully taken care of. Do yourself a favor and organize your wedding with Camilla!

I don’t think we can put into words how much Camilla has done for us! She gave us the best wedding ever - we are over the moon. She thought of absolutely everything, her for detail is outstanding, she has incredible taste and vision. Our wedding was perfect, she made it hassle free and knew exactly when to bother us with details and when to take charge. Of particular note is the presentation for cutting the cake, she transformed the area into a dream-like sequence with floating candles, an arch and a neon sign with our new surname. She had a vision and executed it brilliantly - this was all her and was the most beautiful thing to behold! Additionally, Camilla and her assistants are so lovely - we think of Camilla as a lifelong friend after only knowing her through the last 9 months as our planner extraordinaire. Camilla’s greatest strength is that she cares so much and you can really feel it. She made the whole experience (which was very daunting for two people who are not remotely organised) amazing! Her military precision planning meant everything came off seamlessly. We are delighted and the photos show her excellence! We cannot recommend her enough!

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Something that we didnt experience speaking to other wedding experts. Dita's help and knowledge was invaluable and the staff she brought for the event were also so so lovely. When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!
