We’re really pleased with the outcome, he and his team on the day were very professional, they carried out the agreed work and left the area tidier than when they arrived. Pricing was fair and we’d definitely use Crown Tree Surgeons again.

A job well done from crown tree surgeons. Had 4 stumps in my front yard that needed to be removed so I called to get a quotation. It was all done quickly and efficiently; they came promptly and clearly communicated what they needed for me. I’m very happy with this service . Absolutely would recommend.

We had a brilliant service from Crown Tree Surgeons from start to finish and l would highly recommend them. We are very pleased with the results.When David came to see the trees we needed cutting back, he was super helpful. knowledgeable and explained the best way forward. When the guys came to do the work they were friendly, polite, helpful and very professional. There were three men and their ' roles ' in the process were clearly organised. As we have no side exit from the garden all the cuttings ( and there was a lot!) were taken through the house to the mulching machine. A protective matting was put down on the flooring and when they had finished the guys cleared up completely, inside and out. Thank you so much we will definitely use Crown Tree Surgeons again!

Recommended to me by a neighbour who was impressed with their work. Thoroughly professional throughout. Quote received promptly, they did all of the planning approval work for us as we are in a conservation area and the work was completed soon after planning permission received. A friendly crew who worked quickly and tidied up after themselves. I have happily referred them on to neighbours who need tree works done.

Fantastic experience so far. John is very helpful and clearly really passionate about his job. We got a lot of quotes for the work we wanted doing and most from bigger companies. However we chose John for his whole approach and felt like we could instantly trust his work. Really pleased so far, he’s now been back twice and will be back again for sure! Would highly recommend John and Lee. It can be off putting using a company with not much of an online presence but what you’re getting is a local business that does it’s job well and is customer focussed.

Amazing company. They keep it simple and sell the bare essentials. Top notch products all around. I've used the Living Soil with Bokashi, Veg & Bloom amendments to great success. Recently brought the Terror Acuts to give it a go. On my most recent order there was a misplaced item I never received. They rectified the issue straight away and the item was sent out the same day I made them aware. Incredible customer service!

The reviews are true. Not only is the product fantastic, the whole service is superb from ordering, delivery, customer service and ongoing support. These guys are great, if you've got any hesitation, get in touch with them and you will quickly understand why everyone is so happy with them. I will be using them again and again. They answer any questions quickly and with all the information you need. Dispatch orders very quickly. Packaging is solid and reasonable (not giant boxes for the sake of it) Comms are amazing, instant replies. Couldn't be happier.

Ordered for the first time and although i had some problems with the courier service, the Dr came through and sorted it all out basically as soon as i messaged him. Some of the best customer service ive ever recieved. The soil is extremely good quality really exited to see the results :)

Cannot recommend Dr Organics soil and other products enough!! If you see their instagram account you can see the huge amount of testimonials from happy customers, its really impressive. It’s what made me try living soil from them and the results have been amazing so far. A true game changer! And you will not meet a kinder, more knowledgable and willing to help person 100% ! 11/10 give it a try!!!

Usually my Dad takes care of the garden, but because of his recent health issues the garden had become really overgrown. I tried to tackle it myself, but I didn’t have the right tools for the job. I started looking for a company to clear the garden, which is when I discovered Urban Gardeners online and contacted them. Correspondence with Plamena was superb: all emails were answered promptly and professionally. Pricing was clearly explained and I was happy to proceed with a mutually agreed date and time. The two gentlemen that came to the house were polite, considerate to our home, and amongst the hardest working people I’ve ever encountered. The weather was really hot on the day they came, but they still grafted despite the heat. They did an excellent job of clearing our garden, and were done within an hour (initially we thought it would take 3hrs). So even with us also paying for removal of the garden waste, it was still cheaper than we expected. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I’ve already recommended them to several of my colleagues and clients. If in the future I can persuade my Dad to pave or turf the garden this is the company I’ll be calling.

What a brilliant team Urban Gardeners are! From booking the service, to completing the job, they are complete professionals. The gardeners arrived early and were super efficient in clearing my garden. And the added bonus is they charge a great price. I mentioned to them I will be looking into landscaping at some point in the not too distant future and would not look anywhere else for this. I have also recommended them to my sister. The team at Urban Gardeners did a great job, completely transforming our garden in 3 days. They cleared the garden, removed trees, built a fence and laid a new lawn. Lovely to work with, speedy, thorough, tidy and prompt!

Very good swift service,Tom was polite & professional.Reasonably priced considering he trimmed down 2 trees,got rid of a thorny bush & part of a thick shrub,cleared the plant bedding area,mowed the grass & had a mate help him clear the rubbish!!!😀👍🍀☀️🌿🌲
