John did garden job of cutting back three heavily overgrown rose bushes, cut two hedges, tidied up the garden and took the waste away. John was very affable a grafter who got the jobs done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.

The reviews are true. Not only is the product fantastic, the whole service is superb from ordering, delivery, customer service and ongoing support. These guys are great, if you've got any hesitation, get in touch with them and you will quickly understand why everyone is so happy with them. I will be using them again and again. They answer any questions quickly and with all the information you need. Dispatch orders very quickly. Packaging is solid and reasonable (not giant boxes for the sake of it) Comms are amazing, instant replies. Couldn't be happier.

Amazing company. They keep it simple and sell the bare essentials. Top notch products all around. I've used the Living Soil with Bokashi, Veg & Bloom amendments to great success. Recently brought the Terror Acuts to give it a go. On my most recent order there was a misplaced item I never received. They rectified the issue straight away and the item was sent out the same day I made them aware. Incredible customer service!

Hands down will always be the best soil you'll ever get your hands on, when people say they grow fire on tap water and soil it really ain't a lie! Those who have tried it stay religious to it, the games changed and this is the only way forward

Ordered for the first time and although i had some problems with the courier service, the Dr came through and sorted it all out basically as soon as i messaged him. Some of the best customer service ive ever recieved. The soil is extremely good quality really exited to see the results :)

Quote received promptly, they did all of the planning approval work for us as we are in a conservation area and the work was completed soon after planning permission received. Very happy with the tree survey supplied by Crown Tree Surgeons. We had been asked to produce a tree survey by our local authority as we currently have a planning application to build a flat roof extension. David talked us through the process, gave us his time when we met in person explaining what the report contains and how it is used by the planning department. Overall I am very happy with the no fuss approach and would recommend Crown Tree Surgeons to anyone looking for a tree survey.

We had a brilliant service from Crown Tree Surgeons from start to finish and l would highly recommend them. We are very pleased with the results.When David came to see the trees we needed cutting back, he was super helpful. knowledgeable and explained the best way forward. When the guys came to do the work they were friendly, polite, helpful and very professional. There were three men and their ' roles ' in the process were clearly organised. As we have no side exit from the garden all the cuttings ( and there was a lot!) were taken through the house to the mulching machine. A protective matting was put down on the flooring and when they had finished the guys cleared up completely, inside and out. Thank you so much we will definitely use Crown Tree Surgeons again!

The team at Urban Gardeners did a great job, completely transforming our garden in 3 days. They cleared the garden, removed trees, built a fence and laid a new lawn. Lovely to work with, speedy, thorough, tidy and prompt!

A huge thank you to the Urban Gardeners team for transforming our garden here in Peckham, SE London. The garden was previously in very bad shape (rotten decking, steps, and dying / weed-ridden lawn. The team did an amazing job of clearing everything out (including removal of a tree!) and then building an entirely new and extended hard-wood deck and stairs / landing and also replacing the lawn with the beautiful stripes you can see! Communication throughout from Plamena was great and with the team on the ground they were very good at asking questions and making small adjustments as required throughout the process. I requested a few small changes to the initial quote and this was dealt with in a very friendly and flexible way. The team were very pleasant throughout, got rid of all the mess, and also did the whole thing for a very fair and reasonable price. Usually my Dad takes care of the garden, but because of his recent health issues the garden had become really overgrown. I tried to tackle it myself, but I didn’t have the right tools for the job. I started looking for a company to clear the garden, which is when I discovered Urban Gardeners online and contacted them. Correspondence with Plamena was superb: all emails were answered promptly and professionally. Pricing was clearly explained and I was happy to proceed with a mutually agreed date and time. The two gentlemen that came to the house were polite, considerate to our home, and amongst the hardest working people I’ve ever encountered. The weather was really hot on the day they came, but they still grafted despite the heat. They did an excellent job of clearing our garden, and were done within an hour (initially we thought it would take 3hrs). So even with us also paying for removal of the garden waste, it was still cheaper than we expected. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I’ve already recommended them to several of my colleagues and clients. If in the future I can persuade my Dad to pave or turf the garden this is the company I’ll be calling.
