Responsible for managing an industrial estate in Stratford. Instructed Garden At Home Ltd based upon reviews off Google. Wanted to use a local company. Contacted Konstantin earlier in the week who arranged to visit the same day. Discussed requirements over the telephone but essentially the grounds maintenance of an industrial estate yard which had become overgrown with weeds, strewn with rubbish and waste. Price agreed and arranged to attend the following day. Work carried out to a very high standard and extremely pleased. Recommend and will definitely use the company again. Thank you. Polly and the team did a great job renovating our garden. After some back and forth we finally landed on a design we were happy with and the work was carried out over a week. We are a mid terrace with no side access so were worried about the mess it might cause downstairs but the team laid protective boards over our floors and cleaned up after themselves every day as well as cleaning the patio and driveway (where many of the materials were delivered) too. There was a small miscommunication regarding the size of pebbles for the border around the grass but other than that we are very pleased.

Cosy Gardens just completed a full redesign of our front and back garden that included a new front wall, path, paving, patio and lawn. They were excellent from start to finish - great communicators, very high quality of work and incredibly careful inside the house to ensure there was no damage. I’d thoroughly recommend.

I must say I am a very fussy customer and the found it to be the best choice I could have made to choose Tom and his team to clear my garden, which was once a very overgrown with large shrubs and trees, almost back to a blank canvas. Extremely conscientious hard workers. Very caring for our property and the shrubs and trees we wanted to Keep and reuse in our new design. My wife and I are very happy with the transformation we can now build on which only took a few days. Made it much easier for us to manage in the future and given us space to enjoy the garden more. It's been such an amazing garden transformation. And Gina was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Took into account all my requests, and gave me a jewel of a garden. I can't pick a favourite - the back wall with the cor-ten screens against black timber cladding, the beautiful beautiful planting with its varying texture and colours, the seating area with its pergola. And the pleached trees which are so necessary to give privacy to an otherwise very overlooked garden and house. I am delighted with the end result. What I have now is a whole new outdoor living space where once it was a just a cluttered patio and weed-ridden planting beds.

I can't speak highly enough of Gina and her work. She helped me with my front and back garden. I couldn't be happier with the result. I loved working with her. She was responsive, happy to accommodate my schedule, and happy to adjust her process to what I needed. I enjoyed going to a few nurseries together and selecting plants. She loves what she does, knows her stuff, has a good eye, a fantastic personality, and a great work ethic. I can't recommend her enough!

Tamsin listened to what we wanted for our front yard, sent thru a great digital mood board. She dug up and conditioned our soil, fetched our plants as agreed and bedded them. Tamsin is an amazing gardener. We hired her to remove a dead tree and plant a new one as well as trim hedges and give our garden an overhaul with the addition of new plants. From the initial consultation which was very thorough, to a detailed follow up with thoughtful suggestions to the actual work and then a follow up of care instructions, every interaction was considerate and pleasant. We are glad we hired Tamsin, who obviously knows her craft, has great taste and works very efficiently. Highly recommend her, and am looking forward to hiring her again to give our garden the love and care it deserves.

Tamsin recently helped me plant my new garden from scratch. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, responsive, efficient and also great fun. She also has great connections for sourcing good quality trees, plants and pots. Once the work was finished, she provided a helpful planting list and maintenance guide.
