Tom and Kris are amazing - their work quality is top notch - they work together efficiently as a team, provide great ideas and challenge and work on time. They are simply the best builders we have ever worked with! They are highly professional, really lovely and trustworthy to work with - we highly recommend them not just for landscaping / re decorating gardens and terraces but also our internal house build and extension.

Tom and team did a great job building some bike and bin storage at the front of our house. They were punctual, polite, friendly, hardworking and the end result was excellent, both aesthetically and practically. We will definitely work with them again in the future.

Tom and team carried out a redesign and delivery of our front and rear gardens. Contact and engagement was first rate, we never felt out of the loop, and every step through the work points of debate or potential issues/challenging points were discussed to ensure we got the right outcome. The work was done with minimal fuss and the inside (carrying waste material and new slabs/fence panels etc through) of our house kept spotless every day when they left. The finish of both gardens is first rate, and done exactly in-line with the timeline agreed. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone interested. We are about to some more house repairs work done by them also.

Usually my Dad takes care of the garden, but because of his recent health issues the garden had become really overgrown. I tried to tackle it myself, but I didn’t have the right tools for the job. I started looking for a company to clear the garden, which is when I discovered Urban Gardeners online and contacted them. Correspondence with Plamena was superb: all emails were answered promptly and professionally. Pricing was clearly explained and I was happy to proceed with a mutually agreed date and time. The two gentlemen that came to the house were polite, considerate to our home, and amongst the hardest working people I’ve ever encountered. The weather was really hot on the day they came, but they still grafted despite the heat. They did an excellent job of clearing our garden, and were done within an hour (initially we thought it would take 3hrs). So even with us also paying for removal of the garden waste, it was still cheaper than we expected. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I’ve already recommended them to several of my colleagues and clients. If in the future I can persuade my Dad to pave or turf the garden this is the company I’ll be calling.

The team at Urban Gardeners did a great job, completely transforming our garden in 3 days. They cleared the garden, removed trees, built a fence and laid a new lawn. Lovely to work with, speedy, thorough, tidy and prompt!

What a brilliant team Urban Gardeners are! From booking the service, to completing the job, they are complete professionals. The gardeners arrived early and were super efficient in clearing my garden. And the added bonus is they charge a great price. Billy and his team have done a wonderful job on my front garden. The garden style is very contemporary but melds perfectly with the Victorian facade. The finish is to a high standard and I've had lots of admiring comments from friends, neighbours and passers-by. The team worked very hard, turning up early every day, and were flexible, pleasant, polite and tidy. I highly recommend them.

Billy and his excellent team have just completed a large landscaping project for us in SE24 including a full revamp of the front of our house (paving area, new fencing on both sides, new side return gate, new steps to the front door, building and installing bin-store and bike-store onto concrete base, gravel parking area etc) and a patio and some lawn-planting to the rear. We could not be happier and would highly recommend his work. The site was a very difficult one as the house is on a slope both from left to right and to some degree from front to back and there were other complications with drainage and boundaries. Billy was not the cheapest but we have used landscapers many times before and you get what you pay for - now that it is finished, we definitely felt we got value for money. Billy himself is a whirling dervish of creative energy (and it takes a few visits to get used to, if you are not a high energy person yourself) but that comes out in the passion he feels for his work and the constant energy he brings with ideas and solutions as the project develops. It is definitely a massive positive to have someone so energised by their work and who clearly cares so much about the perfection of the end product so don't be put off - remember that what you want is the best possible landscaping, not a Yoga teacher! You can tell that his team are very happy working for him and respect him a lot. We had six or seven different guys on site during our project and all of them were punctual, worked hard (even when it was a long day in the hot sun), were professional and polite (even taking the time always to help my wife carry the pram and shopping etc in and out of the house), and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day before going home. The end product has really made our house (which we have built over the course of the last year) and of all of the parts of this long project, it was the one both my wife and I are happiest with, the one that ran the most smoothly and the one that ended up the highest quality. Alan is lovely he found us a great aloe vera plant. He was very knowledgeable and had some great advice for our plants. All his plants look great, really good quality and lots of different types. He is behind the pub, so you need to walk through the pub area outside past the pizza place, and then you're there. I would buy more if I lived in the area. He has indoor and outdoor plants different sizes too.

Our first time visiting the Alan's Plants Garden Centre and it exceeded expectations! Alan was super friendly, knowledgable and helpful and gave some great advice. Plants were all very well priced especially for the quality provided. We will definitely visit again.

Alan’s plants garden centre is a brilliant small business which I highly recommend. Alan has a vast and detailed knowledge of plants and he offers great advice when choosing plants for your garden or planters. He has a large selection of plants at very affordable prices & will deliver if needed. The experience is much better than going to an expensive garden centre which is very impersonal and lacks customer service. We decided which large attractive plants to choose for our planter with the help of Alan. He helped us choose plants that would work for us, taking into account the position of the planter & the time we have to take care of the plants. Our plants were delivered and planted for us on the same day we bought them, which was just brilliant. And Alan’s colleague delivered them and planted them with care. Fantastic service from Alan’s plants garden centre.

It was hard to find someone willing to accept a gardening and a cleaning job as a one-stop solution for a relatively small development. James came across as very professional and engaging on a personal level. During his first visit he estimated a scope of work and reverted with the offer that we found appealing. On the day of the job, the team came on time and worked diligently on cleaning and gardening. We liked the quality of work and professionalism of the team. Can definitely recommend.
