Stephen and his team re-landcaped our entire back garden. From start to finish Stephen was very responsible and always available to answer any questions. His on site team was professional, friendly and discreet. We are extremely happy with the finished look of our garden, Our New Garden installed a new screen, patio, rendered and painted the wall and steps and laid a new lawn. I highly recommend them.

Stephen’s team transformed our old crowded terraced garden in Clapham into a beautiful, open, contemporary space that works for both adults and our kids (the sunken trampoline is a hit with both!). The on-site team was professional, responsive to all feedback and has an attention to detail. Special thanks to Pavel & Wesley for their hard work and for delivering near enough on time in a tough Covid-impacted situation. Any issues in quality we found were corrected with no questions. Don’t be put off if the first plan is not be as flash or computer designed as other firms. Stephen was happy to talk about every detail and evolve plans as the project progressed so we ended up with every detail right and everyone who has seen the transformation loves it. Not the cheapest but worth every penny. All we need now is the furniture which is 3 months late! We rarely feel compelled to write reviews, but wanted to very highly recommend Anewgarden. We came to know ANewGarden through our neighbour who was over the moon with the work done for his garden. And we were not disappointed. The whole engagement process was very smooth. Stephen visited us several times to discuss the idea, the design and he materials used before the actual work began. Stephen is extremely knowledgeable, patient, has strong attention to details and the most important of all he is a good listener. The actual work carried out well within the agreed time frame and budget. Stephen's team were very punctual and hard-workers. We were very impressed with their skills and precision'. John & the team knew exactly what needed doing in fixing my fence, which required timber posts with added cement foundations. I’d had problems with a previous company. We also added a gate at the rear end and the guys did a few extra bits in clearing some stuff away. Very responsive on the communication side which is an added extra. John and his team at Greens Gardening were fantastic from start to finish. Me and my neighbours needed a new fence after a recent storm. John was able to fit us in within a week and completed the whole job in less than a day. The team were incredibly professional and polite. After the job had finished I sent a bank transfer to pay but without realising I paid too much. John then called me to tell me I had paid too much and promptly sent back what I had over paid. The job itself was done to an excellent standard. I can't praise Greens Gardening highly enough.

When looking for help landscaping my garden I contacted several companies and chose Thorburn Landscapes because they listened carefully to all my ideas, and came back with suggestions to improve the final result. The team carried out the work exactly to the timetable agreed laying the new patio, creating raised brick beds, laying a new lawn and completing the proposed planting scheme. Replacing an old, tired, dark, loose cement paved patio area, with light colour porcelain slabs. The porcelain slabs have transformed a small garden with a side return into a really, friendly, welcoming space. Fortunately the flower beds are established, so everything looks settled after a couple of weeks. Stephen and all who worked on the patio did an amazing transformation to schedule. Right from the start when Josh from Terra Firma came to give us a quote for a replacement fence, they have been great to deal with. They gave a detailed quote, with different options, and were competitive compared to five other quotes. They were flexible on start times to fit in with our needs. George and Lee worked hard over four days in sometimes awful weather, including thunder storms, and didn't falter when unexpected things came their way, like huge ivy roots. They helped our neighbours to cut down some of their overgrown ivy roots. The garden is on a slope with a wood at the rear. They had to adapt the fence to allow for the different levels. Both we and our neighbours are really pleased with the end result. George and Lee very kindly offered to lug our own large bags of garden waste through my house so we can add it to our garden waste collection bin at the front. They did us a huge favour and chopped down a very overgrown holly (a small tree). Highly recommend and will definitely use again for any garden design/maintenance.

We used Terra Firma for our gardening project in June. I found their communication top notch and was happy with the design and advice they offered. We had Luca and Sean carry out the job every day for around 2-3 weeks. We appreciated the consistency and found them to be hard working and came with a good sense of humour - something that's important when welcoming trades people into your home. Luke was extremely helpful and responsive in arranging the work - provided detailed and accurate quotes and confirmed all arrangements. The team on the day were excellent - Easton and Ava worked really hard, and to an extremely high standard. As the property is let to tenants and I was not on site, they provided photo and video updates, and kept us informed throughout.
