Szilard and Steve did a wonderful job turning my overgrown mess of a garden into a clearly laid out and tidy space for spending time in. I contacted John via Trust A Trader and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. John was helpful from the get go. He was very clear with what was needed and the cost was very reasonable. We are able to agree a date for the works quite quickly! On the day his team were friendly, they talked me through what they were doing at each stage, showed me the end finish and made some further changes on request. They safely removed old sleepers and replaced with new without any damage to the surrounding areas. It looks great. I would highly recommend John and his team.

John & the team knew exactly what needed doing in fixing my fence, which required timber posts with added cement foundations. I’d had problems with a previous company. We also added a gate at the rear end and the guys did a few extra bits in clearing some stuff away. Very responsive on the communication side which is an added extra. The team on the day were excellent - Easton and Ava worked really hard, and to an extremely high standard. As the property is let to tenants and I was not on site, they provided photo and video updates, and kept us informed throughout. They also could not have been more thoughtful when walking through the house – always laying dust sheets or taking their boots off, and taking care not to let the cats out, or the cold in. Right from the start when Josh from Terra Firma came to give us a quote for a replacement fence, they have been great to deal with. They gave a detailed quote, with different options, and were competitive compared to five other quotes. They were flexible on start times to fit in with our needs. George and Lee worked hard over four days in sometimes awful weather, including thunder storms, and didn't falter when unexpected things came their way, like huge ivy roots. They helped our neighbours to cut down some of their overgrown ivy roots. The garden is on a slope with a wood at the rear. They had to adapt the fence to allow for the different levels. Both we and our neighbours are really pleased with the end result. George and Lee very kindly offered to lug our own large bags of garden waste through my house so we can add it to our garden waste collection bin at the front. They did us a huge favour and chopped down a very overgrown holly (a small tree). Highly recommend and will definitely use again for any garden design/maintenance.

Tom and team carried out a redesign and delivery of our front and rear gardens. Contact and engagement was first rate, we never felt out of the loop, and every step through the work points of debate or potential issues/challenging points were discussed to ensure we got the right outcome. The work was done with minimal fuss and the inside (carrying waste material and new slabs/fence panels etc through) of our house kept spotless every day when they left. The finish of both gardens is first rate, and done exactly in-line with the timeline agreed. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone interested. We are about to some more house repairs work done by them also.

Tom and his team managed to turn our garden around in 4 days: - demolishing and removing a small wooden dilapidated summer house - removing a large raised stone bed and levelling out the garden - re-turfing the whole garden They arrived on Tuesday morning and were done by Friday afternoon. What’s more we gave them a key to the side access and they carried out the work while we were at work. Everything was done within the agreed budget and the service provided was very professional.
