I have used Donkey Jobs on various occasions. Their level of service and results are always commendable. Today I had my terrace pressure washed and a lot of effort was made to ensure a perfect job.

Martin came round at short notice to prop up a fallen tree in my garden. He sorted the problem quickly and also fixed another couple of things in the house while he was here at no extra charge. I found him very helpful and have would highly recommend him and will also get him round again to do some more jobs.

Right from the start when Josh from Terra Firma came to give us a quote for a replacement fence, they have been great to deal with. They gave a detailed quote, with different options, and were competitive compared to five other quotes. They were flexible on start times to fit in with our needs. George and Lee worked hard over four days in sometimes awful weather, including thunder storms, and didn't falter when unexpected things came their way, like huge ivy roots. They helped our neighbours to cut down some of their overgrown ivy roots. The garden is on a slope with a wood at the rear. They had to adapt the fence to allow for the different levels. Both we and our neighbours are really pleased with the end result. George and Lee very kindly offered to lug our own large bags of garden waste through my house so we can add it to our garden waste collection bin at the front. They did us a huge favour and chopped down a very overgrown holly (a small tree). Highly recommend and will definitely use again for any garden design/maintenance.

I would highly recommend Terra Firma, they have transformed our garden as shown in the before and after photos. They stuck to timings and costs throughout, very reliable communication channel with Adam, and Sergei and Oleg are men of few words but mighty deeds and an incredible range of skills that delivered exactly what we wanted.

We could not be happier with our wall (and back garden fence too). The Terra Firma guys building it were so good at their job, were happy to discuss the work, advise and make changes. They also could not have been more thoughtful when walking through the house – always laying dust sheets or taking their boots off, and taking care not to let the cats out, or the cold in. Tom and his team managed to turn our garden around in 4 days: - demolishing and removing a small wooden dilapidated summer house - removing a large raised stone bed and levelling out the garden - re-turfing the whole garden They arrived on Tuesday morning and were done by Friday afternoon. Tom and team carried out a redesign and delivery of our front and rear gardens. Contact and engagement was first rate, we never felt out of the loop, and every step through the work points of debate or potential issues/challenging points were discussed to ensure we got the right outcome. The work was done with minimal fuss and the inside (carrying waste material and new slabs/fence panels etc through) of our house kept spotless every day when they left. The finish of both gardens is first rate, and done exactly in-line with the timeline agreed. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone interested. We are about to some more house repairs work done by them also.
