**Fantastic Experience with Silverain on Our Garden Landscaping Project!** We recently hired Silverain to transform our garden, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Silverain conducted a full top floor apartment renovation including insulation, plumbing, kitchen and bathroom installation. Ally and Sammy were very pleasant to deal with and overall the renovation was done to a good standard and I enjoyed working with them. Their prices were competitive and compared 'mid-range' to the other quotes I received at the time. There was one misunderstanding with scope of works (a door structure) so I would encourage agreeing as much detail as possible with the silverain team upfront. There were also a couple of extra costs that came in - but these were unforeseen issues once the 'full rip' was concluded - so very hard to predict. The timeline also stretched on a decent bit beyond what was agreed, but this is pretty normal for renovations from what I understand. The final area I would revisit would be the joinery on some doors entrances. Having lived in the flat for a few months now, there are a couple of the door frames could have been finished a little cleaner than they were but Im sure a bit more budget (from me as the client!) would have helped bring in a joiner - I was on a tight budget! However, it has to be said that these areas/issues are relatively minor compared to the brilliant plaster wall finishes, clean bathroom install, flawless tiling, expert floor insulation/re-alingment, gneral expert advice and lovely decoration standards. Ally is a top guy, Sammy is a gent, and as a whole I enjoyed the project thanks to them. They sorted the building control administration, materials administration and storage when needed, and introduced me to the kitchen supplier to make things swift and secure me a better deal. I am really happy overall with the apartment. You can see from the pictures that there was an amazing transformation and I would work with Silverain again.

Bruce and the team arrived on time. The team were courteous, dilligent and meticulous in their approach. I needed a Eucalyptus tree removing. They all took exceptional care with the garden making sure they protected the lawn and surrounding plants. The garden was left clean and tidy. The work was completed to a high standard and it was a pleasure dealing with Bruce. The other members of the team that should be commended as well are the back of house support team who take calls and book jobs in and Luke the surveyor who assessed the tree and what was required. The removal of the tree was booked in promptly. A matter of a few days from the quote to completion of the job.

These guys are great! Quote came in less than 24 hours. Booked a slot within 3 days. Arrived on time. Very considerate. Left our garden in neat condition and took away some extra garden waste for me. Definitely recommend!

Excellent quality work. Started the day with a team of three, finished with a team of five. The guys cleared a horrendously overgrown flowerbed. Removed a beech tree and it's roots without any trouble. Super helpful and friendly as well. Explained all their work with a smile. Great people! 100% recommend Lyuven.

Peter and his colleague communciated well, kept the house very tidy as they went back and forth, and dilignetly followed covid-19 saftety guidelines. We hired them to tidy our small overgrown garden in November 2020 and they did an excellent job, for a reasonable fee. They removed all waste, and we were left very satisfied with their work.

We needed a well overdue garden tidy-up after recently moving house and after a few false starts with other companies, we got in touch with Peter. I cannot speak highly enough on their responsiveness, the visit to give us a quick quote and the work itself. Both Peter and Michelle worked tirelessly to bring our garden back from a good few years of neglect. We were thrilled with their work and they took all the waste away as well! What a transformation our garden has received by the wonderful team at The Botanical Gardener. We went from a garden we hardly used to spending as much time as possible out in the garden. The design was spot on and the gardeners working on site were hard working and dedicated to the end, we can't thank them enough.

Michael and his team fully deserve yet another 5 Star review! From the outset we were impressed with the Chic Landscape efficiency and professionalism. Michael replied promptly to my initial email; a site visit was arranged and his very competitive quote was submitted - and accepted - within a couple of days. The installation of a wooden, horizontal sliding gate and paving of our driveway began shortly afterwards. The bespoke gate is an impressive work of craftsmanship, superbly constructed on site, and the driveway paving looks great and has been completed to the highest standard. Very efficient from start to finish, the team did an excellent job and we are delighted with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chic Landscapes unreservedly or to use them again in the future.

Michael and the team did an excellent job on our front and back garden and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted done and Michael was able to advise on options. Our garden is much more usable now, drainage is sorted and it’s a great use of a small space. Our front garden is also completely transformed. Our wall and fencing matches the rest of our street and the front entrance looks really smart. I would definitely recommend Chic Landscapes. We used Michael and his team to landscape our garden and we were very happy with them. From initial contact, Michael was responsive and professional and was able to come over twice at short notice to discuss our garden plans with us. We decided to go with Michael because he came across as respectful, knowledgeable and thoughtful, listening to us and making good suggestions for improving the design that we had drawn up. We had also received a significant number of quotes from different places and Michael offered a fair, honest and competitive price. On site, Michael's colleague Mario was largely responsible for managing the garden build and he was very kind, prompt, neat and hardworking. The team transformed our garden in 5 days and we are incredibly happy with the end result! They were were also careful to keep our neighbour's side return neat and tidy, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael and his team!

Leon has been amazing. Right from the start of the project, he listened to our ideas and requirements, and designed a garden that met our needs perfectly. He came up with some really nice suggestions for the space, and also recommended combinations of plants that would both suit the look we wanted and work well given the aspect of the garden. Leon exceeded our exceptions on every level. We gave him a challenging brief of fitting in a trampoline, water feature, sculpture, grass and seating area - all in a pretty small space, while reflecting the modern and sleek interiors of our house. Leon considered our brief in great detail, and involved us throughout the process to ensure that we had a garden we were happy with. He helped us find a new contractor to do the resin when our builder’s contractor let us down, liaised with all the suppliers and was on hand to get things efficiently completed. I felt like we were in safe hands throughout. The planting is so beautiful with every little detail considered and our garden is now a very special place. Highly recommend.

We engaged Leon following a recommendation from a friend and couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Leon provided both garden design consultation services to us (we’d already engaged our architect to design the garden layout but Leon provided a helpful second opinion and some good ideas), helped choose the materials and colours for our decking, fencing, tiling and planters, and finally provided a planting schedule for our small courtyard garden, which he organised purchasing, delivery and installation of. The garden is absolutely beautiful and was everything we’d hoped it would be and more. He listened to our needs, thoughts and gave us really good advice. He was relentless at finding the right plants for us at cost effective prices (he also helped us source a lovely fern tree for our atrium). I cannot recommend this company highly enough.Although I only had a small front garden paved, great care was taken in the design and execution. I also wanted a single wheelie bin cover and they designed and built the Rolls Royce of covers to a very high standard. I have already recommended Pat and his son to neighbours. They were a delight to work with taking great pride in their craftsmanship.
