Stumbled on this place for lunch, whilst exploring the area. Beautiful Turkish inspired food - very fresh and quite delicious. Friendly, warm service and a generally happy vibe. Great coffees too. Will definitely return next time I'm in London.

Absolutely beautiful cafe/restaurant and opens really early! I came on a Saturday and the waitress let me to study there throughout the morning, even though I know most cafe's have a no-laptop policy on the weekends. Coffee and croissants were great, and their sourdough with roasted aubergine and eggs were delicious! I would definitely recommend this has both a work space and a social hangout, and am definitely coming again :)

This cafe is an absolute gem! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with plenty of natural light, high ceiling and comfortable seating. I highly recommend prawns and pollo alla milanese. The coffee was outstanding as it had the perfect balance of flavour and aroma. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome from the moment we stepped in. The pastries were fresh and delicious. Prices were reasonable for the quality and experience. I’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu. Highly recommend for coffee lovers or anyone looking for a relaxed spot to unwind!

We found this cafe by chance when walking through from Bethnal Green towards the river. We stopped to have a coffee break as the walk was a little further than we thought. We didn't eat but saw food come out for other tables that looked delicious. The staff were warm and friendly and the atmosphere of the cafe was lovely too. The coffee was good quality. We didn't use them, but there are toilets here too.

Intrigued, I decided to sample a few of their offerings: the chicken katti roll (£6.50), a flatbread generously stuffed with tender chicken, their signature charista chai, and the Fuchka (£6.50), a house specialty of hollow puris filled with spiced mashed potato and chickpeas, topped with shredded egg and accompanied by tangy tamarind water. From the moment I stepped inside, the decor set the tone for a memorable experience. The space is thoughtfully adorned with chai-inspired posters and poems, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. But it was the food that truly stole the show. The chai was a standout—perfectly spiced, with just the right hint of cardamom, easily one of the best I’ve had. The chicken katti roll was equally impressive, a delightful balance of flavors that left me eager for more. While the Fuchka didn’t quite meet my expectations—perhaps more a matter of personal taste—it was a hit with my dining companion, proving its popularity among regulars. Would I return? A neighborhood gem for Shoreditch, on Bethnal Green Road. It has a few popular Bengali street food items, like fuchka and katirolls (which were very nice). They also have biryani (though this wasn't quite what I was looking for). Well decorated and clean. It wasn't too busy when we went on a Monday early evening, which was nice.

This a a small jewel in the area with the best coffee in Shoreditch. Friendly helpful staff and great breakfast / lunch options. How they turnout the food from this tiny space is a miracle. One day they didn't have any jam but offered us fresh sweet raspberries as an alternative. We pushed them into our warm croissant and have never looked back! 😃

It's a great hidden cafe in the middle of the Shoreditch area. It's a few minutes walk from the station, and a bit difficult to spot where it is, but that makes this place peaceful and special. The cafe is simple but very trendy. The food is excellent quality there. I had a marinated tomato and ricotta cheese toast, it was delicious. Perfect for Sunday breakfast or brunch and have a chat with your friends or family. They also have taps which provide still and even sparkling water which is a small but great hospitality. The staff is nice and helpful too. One of my favourite cafes in East London 😉

Very friendly, calm, spacious cafe. It wasn’t cheap but the food and drinks were nice enough to make it worth the money. I was also able to bring my Golden Retriever with me and there was plenty of room for her to lie down next to our table without getting in people’s way.

Soo…the date didn’t work out. As it turns out I don’t have the bank to deal with nice restaurants every day…and do to my inability to cook and the fact that women don’t enjoy microwaved meals on the regular we went our separate ways. Do not fret though! With the last few dollars to my name I packed my bags and headed to London, why you might ask? 1. Because I only speak English. 2. It’d encourage me to put more effort into my adventures. Lo and behold being in a new place doesn’t naturally boost one’s confidence…so after a failed night out I stumbled upon this absolute gem with my boyos. A welcoming atmosphere, incredibly friendly staff, a haven of sorts for a weary soul. I ordered what my friend calls a Breakfast Bap sat in my seat and while I waited read up on books teaching how to boost one’s confidence. Then the gates of heaven opened, a beautiful sandwich with a rich yolk, glorious relish, and a stupendous sausage. (My English teacher told me I should practice my descriptive words) Anyways it was tasty, 10/10 would recommend, didn’t have any sprinkles though..

I’ve been here multiple times this last trip and also in a previous trip. All around top choice for an East London Coffee shop. They roast coffee and have a boutique menu for breakfast. Upstairs and downstairs seating. Pretty busy most of the time so plan ahead.

One of my favourite places for breakfast. The queue is shortlived, the food is consistently delicious, with warm but subtle Mediterranean influences, and the menu is perfectly formed. They serve an excellent coffee, and the staff are very welcoming, despite being busy. This Ozone in particular has an excellent atmosphere, busy, loud and booming with other enamoured guests. I'd recommend trying to nab a seat at the bar, and watching the chefs cook up all the different delights. The French Toast is an absolute must try.

Excellent food prepared in a structurally modern open restaurant/cafe. Once you enter, you are greeted by the main host/hostess and are either seated on the wooden benches in front of the small cafe for a coffee, the sofa tables if you’re a group wanting to eat, or on the tabletops of the kitchen; where you can see the chefs cook every dish. A special mention to the Chefs: Thomas, Luca and Joel, who have always been exceptionally friendly, and are great in explaining the Ozone’s methods of serving carefully crafted foods. To Simon, he is an extremely friendly host with always the best fashion style in the room. Further, he strikes great conversation, and is a top server, always smiling and always attentive. If you are struggling with fashion, I’d say “ask Simon!” Now for the food, the vegetables are cut and washed everyday. The fluffy sourdough bread, big eggs and the geographic variety of coffee beans are carefully sourced from suppliers, and their tastes are exquisite. I’d say if you don’t like the food or coffee, there is something really wrong with you….mentally, physically and spiritually. Highlights include the Miso Granola, the 2 scrambled eggs on Sourdough bread, the Nasi Goreng, the French toast with lemon yoghurt and honey, and the Eggs Benedict Bubble and Squeak Cakes.

This was my second visit this year to The Bike Shed, and it won't be my last! In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I made two visits in one day. My solo belated birthday brunch was the perfect way to celebrate – the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. The super friendly and authentic staff truly make this place stand out. Their outstanding service makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The safe space atmosphere is a breath of fresh air, and it's always exciting to hear the rumble of bikes as riders pop in throughout the day. As a venue, it's hard to beat – especially for events connected to motorbikes or something as epic as Dakar. If you're looking for a place with heart, energy, and a community vibe, The Bike Shed is unbeatable!

Amazing place. Visited on Saturday and loved the idea of riding the motorbike into the 'garage' through the front dining area. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Food was delicious. Burgers were juicy, and very tasty. Great value for money especially in centre of London. Especially liked the areas in the bike shed I.e. the tattoo shop, the barber shop, the actual shop for motorbike gear and clothes, and the seating area with display bikes and a big screen. Overall will definitely be returning. Atmosphere was amazing. Definitely an experience to visit on the motorbikes.

Incredible setup in the heart of shoreditch. Used for apparel, hairdressers and food. All three of which are truly high quality and worth every penny. Service is attentive and friendly, the breakfast items of the menu are original and vibrant. Prices are on the high side however to be expected for the location and menu. Justified in my opinion. Used the motorcycle resistant jeans which only have started discolouring after nearly a year of hard daily use. Would recommend for all services offered.

The mecca of retro classic and cafe racer motorbikes in downtown London. A must-visit each time for an avid biker like me. This place has been on my list of favourites for a long time now and I am amazed to see how they managed to keep up with the high demand. Even on stressful days the lovely staff find a second for a warm hearted chat and maintain their quality. I became a regular simply because of the great coffee but just realized how much more there is! - Great place to work, they have a nice upstairs area for people with laptops or a sunny terrace outside. - A huge variety of brunch dishes (Chorizo Eggs are my absolute go to!) - The dynamic between the staff members is gorgeous Overall great place for brunch, coffee and work! An attractive place for a snack, coffee & a light bite to eat. I visited the cafe a number of times before, drawn to it by its layered honey cake & welcome to pets. This time we went as a group with some twenty people. We were seated in a nice back room with big windows & ample space. Service was a little slow & chaotic given we were such a big crowd. When food finally arrived, everyone seemed to be happy & there was not a crumb left in sight. With my own order of Benedict eggs with halloumi, I found the portion plenty big enough. A friend who ordered the 12 hours lamb dish remarked it was enough for two.

I liked the vibes of this place a lot! I ordered vegan hot cakes, the portion was perfect for my stomach and it was light and delicious. I finished my whole plate Liked the fruits sprinkled around the hotcakes The only minus is the yogurt. It needs to be replaced by another “liquid” element, maybe Any other light sauce that compliments the dish? Or just whipped yogurt? I am thinking to visit them tomorrow to try their other hot cake dish. The atmosphere is really relaxing with the garden overlooking the cafe. One comment that many people may not notice is the cutlery set, it was sharp enough to slice and pick up food. The coffee cup size was perfect too. The service was a bit slow. // This is a review of my second visit, the next day after my first visit I ordered Ricotta hotcakes. I didn’t enjoy it much. Too many flavors and the powedered sugar killed the taste layers I felt the pistachio was lost and berries + banana confused the flavor. The hotcakes tasted more like crepes. I wished if there was no powdered sugar. The texture of the hotcakes needs improvement as well 🫶🏻
