The staff are very professional, very helpful, courteous and always willing to take the extra step to make you feel at home and comfortable. It were Three. Children in today on another table and they were treated like Prince and princesses. It was so wonderful to see great atmosphere great staff ❤️‍🩹 I had Ploughman’s lunch. It was very delicious.

Took my Mum and Aunt for a treat. Absolutely excellent afternoon tea; the sandwiches are lovely, soft and fresh and the fillings tasty. Cakes very fresh and chocolate cup cake not too sweet. The homemade scone was huge, crumbly and melted in the mouth. Delighted to have Lady Grey tea as the perfect match: citrus/marmalade flavours and aromas went well with the food. Warm and friendly owners. Top notch: done with love, highly recommended

My self and my family would like to thank the lovely young ladies that took care of all of us on Sunday 5th January 2025.This was a treat for our 84 year old uncle and he loved every minute of it .The service from these ladies was so welcoming my niece is unable to eat the fruit in the scones the lady change it for us . The scones are to die for I cannot praise this enough They took photos for us which we loved .the afternoon tea is the best my uncle had had and he has had a fair few .I myself have been here numerous occasions with different family members and will still return this is about my 7 time at sweet rose and I certainly will be going again and so will my family .thank you from the ray family x

Clearly these guys don't need any more confirmation that theyre a lovely place to be, but had such a good experience here I want to add to the praise. Took my mum in for her birthday, had coffee, cake and drinks. Great atmosphere, very reasonably priced and dog friendly too. Even brought out a birthday cake without us knowing. Will definitely visit again!

We had 3 Vanilla milkshakes which were really good, I really appreciate how they fill the whole cup with milkshake instead of tricking us with cream (unlike starbucks hehe)! The shop is really nice and cozy with really friendly staff too :) We barely had to wait and had a really big drink!!

A sweet local cafe conveniently located next to the tube station. The coffee is good - I had a black americano and really enjoyed it, would happily drink it every day. The marble cake was delicious: moist, chocolatey, melt-in-the-mouth soft. The staff are personable and professional. Highly recommend.

400 years ago in the 17th century an Englishman wrote "There's many a slip twixt cup & lip". Perhaps those visiting this cafe ought change the phrase to "many a sip.." for the cups of coffee are a nice taste and the owners are attentive to detail. I particularly liked how they put on a glove to handle food but remove it to handle money. Excellent attitude for customers. Good music choice too. Will Return. :)

We had afternoon tea here with our little one. The cakes and sandwiches were absolutely delicious! And the coffee is the best! One of the few places that make a really good Oat Cappuccino!

I came here for a quick tea , ended up sitting in as the place was so welcoming and nice, the lady who served me was extremely nice and offered to bring me my croissant and tea at the table, croissant was extremely good and fresh, tasted amazing . Lovely place to stop for a tea or coffee , really welcoming and nice, and cleaned.

Me and my wife had a lovely coffee here, really nice coffee shop with a relaxing atmosphere and coffee and cakes were really tasty. This is a new coffee shop addition to Upminster and I would say it ranks above a few of the others we have been to.

Simple coffee shop run by friendly couple. They provide good food with a smile. Coffee is good. Baguettes and paninis are filling. Always worth asking about the cakes which are all generally home baked.

Our normal cafe was not open yet and horrible day so thought I'd try here. Not being funny but never thought of trying here as thought it was workman's cafe. Well what have I been missing? Ok, so they may not do your skinny flat white etc but all milk coffee very nice. We all ordered and had eggs on toast, sausage and egg roll and a number two breakfast. Very tasty food , not cheap ingredients.... and home made bubble and squeek!!! If you like doorstep wedge toast you will love it here. Bacon was bang on, sausage was nice, beans were good, eggs done just right but the bubble and squeek steals the show. Would I recommend... damn right yeah. Have I been too snobby by not going here before - most definitely and that is my loss. Now I've found this place though, happy days. Give it a try, have the bubble. Great service , friendly people running it and price is crazy.... how do they do it for that price? BARGAIN. Can Afford to put all up a pound or two no one will expect different in this area. Will be going back, maybe even this week

Nice breakfast at reasonable price £6.75. Tea and coffee prices shown as 35p on the menu board which is crazy compared to what you pay elsewhere. Also don’t rip you off for extra slice of toast like other cafes. Friendly staff and tables were all clean.

Good traditional cafe. Clean tidy well priced and excellent service. Not many places of this standard around now so support your local businesses as often as you can. Try the bubble as it's the best I've had (no pic)

Upon entry I was greeted with a smile the ambiance was very welcoming. The staff were friendly and happy to help and knew their stuff when it comes to coffee. Definitely somewhere to visit when In the area coffee was exceptional and the food was too good, best in the area

Had a great full English here, although the tomatoes were a little cold when it arrived. Smoothies were delicious. Staff seemed a little inexperienced or maybe just overwhelmed, but were still helpful and polite and very kindly tried to free up a table for us as quickly as they could considering that we turned up at a busy time on a Sunday lunchtime without a reservation.

Went out their way to check the eggs for me (cos im abit fussy) the staff were patient and didnt make me feel awkward, the capocino witb oat milk had loads of foam as it should, absolutely delicious will visit again

Wow what a little Gen, wife suggested here as she goes with colleagues for lunch. Best eggs benedict I have ever had. Staff are fantastic and the place is spotless. Thank you so much, we will be back again. Xx

I pulled into this cafe on the off chance for a breakfast and wow ! I was gobsmacked at the effort they have made here with the decor seating etc . The food was served up in a skillet type plate and was delicious. They have bubble and squeak although it’s not on the menu and as a fan it’s up there . Praise to all down there and £8 for breakfast and tea of high quality is very good as well . I see they’ve got a bar down there as well with outside quality seating so I’ll be giving that a try in the summer . I have a feeling this place is going far . Give it a try , I’m glad I did

Attended the wreath making class and afternoon tea. Victoria who hosted the wreath making was lovely and so helpful and patient. Afternoon tea was delicious with imaginative savoury food and staff really great. A very enjoyable afternoon. Great value morish cocktails served during the afternoon.

We held our daughter’s 10th birthday party at Fete Lounge. From start to finish, the whole event went really smoothly. The team at Fete Lounge are fantastic. They offered valuable advice during the planning stage and made sure the day itself went without a hitch. The food was also really good and our daughter loved the day. The price was also really reasonable. We would definitely use Fete Lounge again for private parties

Had my baby shower here and i cannot rate highly enough, they were so good, staff were friendly and very accomodating. There wasn't enough they could do to ensure everything was fine, the food was gorgeous and my guests loved it. The atmosphere and vibe was great and my family n friends really liked the space. Had a wonderful birthday at fete lounge. The afternoon was delicious, very good portions and there was lots of choice. The cocktail making class was so much fun and excellent value for money, as were the yummy cocktails we tried.

We arrived at 2:55 and they served us even though there was a sign that said no food orders after 3 pm. We were pleasantly surprised at the food, Sausage sandwiches and an omelette, which was exactly what we wanted at the time. Very homey and down to earth place. Nice cafe with a fair selection of food, hot and cold drinks. Friendly staff. Good seating. No WiFi. But signal is good. Access for facilities is ok. Access in and out with plenty of free parking available. Nice fishing lake opposite. Overall worth a stop if your hungry or want a hot drink

After doing long run training for a future race on the South Coast and needing to go via Upminster to avoid rail replacement, I enjopyed a hot drink and a snack from The Station Pantry. I admit that I was attracted by the name and I enjoyed the very smooth coffee and toasted tea cake. Friendly service too and very convenient for the station. The pick me up was much needed and the cafe is highly recommended.

We were lucky enough to hold a private birthday party at TSP. Chantel and all her team were fabulous. They made us all feel so welcome. The team couldn’t have done more. The food was great, the vibe was spot on and we really did have the best time. Everyone commented how much they loved it! Thank you again for making our day special.

Perfect location, across the road from the station Pleasant and patient staff made the visit enjoyable Good portion sizes Had the TSP breakfast, which was good....but the bacon was too salty and I found a long dark hair on my plate.

The staff are so welcoming and lovely. The food comes in large portions but very reasonably priced. I had the omelette which was very tasty and massive! My sister had eggs royale and it was one of the best she's had. I look forward to back soon for lunch. Thank you
