They make an absolutely delicious oat flat white that I will get every time I’m in kings cross! It’s so good it doesn’t even need sugar. On a separate note, one time I asked for a cup of hot water and they charged me £2 lol. I paid to support local but yeesh. I’ll stick to the coffee from now on.

Looking for one more espresso before hitting the galleries for the day I went here expecting the regular kind of station coffee. Was I eve wrong! Probably the best straight espresso in Kings Cross. Today I had a cortado and it was even better. Perfectly steamed milk and not too much. It even came quickly. No fussing. Just a fantastic drink! Were it not for the fact that I am not in town that often, I would not be giving such a glowing review because it would mean there'd be the queues out the door that this place surely deserves.

On the way from Kings Cross to the Underground. Happy servers Greta coffee. Good pastries and snacks. Range of cold drinks and kids drinks. Range of books, totes, coffee items, milk, coffee beans, notebooks, travel cups/mugs Fairly priced and very convenient for anyone! Good accessibility and a few seats inside the shop itself :)

I've walked past this place so many times and I'm not sure why I haven't gone in. It's inviting and sells cute badges as well as delicious coffee. Can definitely recommend the flat white and the chai latte. Friendly staff and just a great little place

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Gramos Coffee Bar is a hidden gem in King’s Cross! I stopped by during my commute and was blown away by the quality of the coffee. You can tell they take pride in roasting their own beans—the flat white I had was smooth and rich in flavor. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, even during the morning rush. The selection of pastries and snacks was great too; I grabbed a fresh croissant that paired perfectly with my coffee. The location inside the station is so convenient, and the service is quick without compromising on quality. Highly recommend Gramos for anyone looking for a proper coffee spot in King’s Cross!

Bloomsbury coffee co

Rating: 4.9 (241) Price Level:
We need to visit UCL area and find this coffee bar outside Russell Square tube station. It offers some good selection of bakeries and sandwiches, and very good fresh brew coffee! Staff are very friendly and I like the energy! Strongly recommend!
Rating: 5 / 5
Very well priced and delicious coffees and pastries! 4 vegan pastries out of a dozen, tried 2, and both were amazing, especially when warmed up a bit. I haven’t tried the sandwiches, but will definitely do if they have vegan options. Looks like a local gem, frequented by people who live/work around. I need this street cafe at my doorstep!
Rating: 5 / 5
Cheapest coffee in the area starting from £2.3 for latte. £2.8 for a generous and delicious Mocha
Rating: 5 / 5
This was a fun discovery coming out of the tube on the way to our hotel -- we knew we needed to try it and then just kept going back. It was delightful how quickly we became regulars -- the super-friendly baristas recognized and joked with us. (The cinnamon buns are so good!) I'm just sad we don't live there -- it would be great to be full-time regulars. Would recommend for a tasty hot beverage and a breakfast snack. (The weekend food options wane compared with the weekday feast -- but you can grab a coffee and pop into another spot for food if they're out of what you need.)

We spent a few days staying at a nearby hotel and stumbled upon Bloomsbury. It became part of our morning routine. Great coffees and pastries and you just gotta love a place where after a few short days your order and face gets remembered. Great way to start a day!!

Wonderfully presented and great tasting food. Great service and atmosphere. We both had poached eggs and avocado, I added bacon to mine. Hope to come back!

We had a lovely morning in Fiena Cafe. Our server, Erma, was kind and attentive. The food was delicious and prompt. After we ate, we sat and enjoyed the view of the street and the soft atmosphere of the cafe.

What a lovely hidden gem! The staff were very inviting and took great care of us. The food was fantastic, the presentation of the food was so pretty I almost felt bad by eating it! Would recommend!!

This is a lovely coffee shop. New and trying very hard. Lovely food eaten by myself and observed on other tables. A nice feel over all, though tables are a bit close for private conversation. The staff serve with smile and charm and keen to serve well. And oh my goodness were the two shop level staff handsome who served today, dark-ginger bearded guy and heavenly Asian guy. Efficient and friendly. Wonderfully international staff but with English appropriate for serving clients. I didn't much like as a single customer being 'forced' to accept two seater table but I recognize why. That the staff smile, including chefs who pop in and out of shop area, is a joy and makes the place feel relaxed and happy.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful. Warm hospitable service and great looking food. I hopped in for only a tea to warm up on a brisk January day but their pastries were too appetizing. Ended up with a tasty orange chocolate cake. Glad I stopped in, not just for the warm-up but also for the friendly service 🇬🇧💜

Rating: 4.8 (281) Price Level:
A cafe spot situated on the side of the street as you turn into Tavistock Place. I walked past here one time and noticed the modest beige interior which enticed me to try this place. Came here on a Sunday when it wasn’t so busy. Cozy and welcoming atmosphere on the inside, I ordered the matcha latte and a salmon bagel with the option to toast it. Matcha latte is up to standards with a rich taste and was surprised to see the female barista hand whisk it herself with the specialised tool, quite impressed. Bagel was good as well and lovely. Simple. Welcoming staff. They have plugs and WiFi with a good amount of seating which makes it a perfect study spot in town. Would come here again.

Not far from King’s Cross/ St Pancras and FAR superior espresso/coffee/food than anything on offer there. Owner and colleagues are friendly, efficient, w/obvious entrepreneurial skill. Clean, great working/writing environment, all-around A+.
Rating: 5 / 5
My roommates and I came here several times during our short stay in London and we absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is nice and calm, and the baristas were super friendly. The coffee is good, my roommates really enjoyed the bagels and I myself am very fond of their carrot cake :)

Very lovely coffee shop. The coffee was amazing. I took the danish pastry and it was yummy. It could have been more warm and little bit more fresh but regardless was very yummy. I could stay there and work for few hours. I am thankful for that. Looks like people with good vibe come there!

Lovely little cafe, great food well prepared, cooked and presented. We ended up here twice during our stay, for coffee first and then back for breakfast. The staff are welcoming and pleasant, nothing was a problem for them.

Perfect coffee spot at the heart of London! This coffee shop / patisserie has a nice selection of pastries, including some gluten-free items. Pleasant atmosphere. It’sa perfect for a daytime coffee break or a date with a friend.
Rating: 5 / 5
Great breakfast place in Bloomsbury. I loved my granola with fresh berries, yogurt, and honey, my fresh-pressed orange juice, and my latte. Friendly staff and great decor.
Rating: 5 / 5
I love this place! My partner and I went there for breakfast, and we were so impressed. I had the eggs, salmon, and hollandaise with avocado and bread – what a treat! The eggs were poached perfectly, the salmon was fresh and flavorful, and the hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy. The avocado added a lovely creaminess, and the bread was the perfect base for it all. My partner had a slice of their chocolate cake, which they said was incredibly decadent and moist. The cafe itself has a really nice atmosphere and the coffee is good

Amazing matcha flavors and good spot to pick up a bottle of kombucha. I ordered a small banana bread matcha and they apologized for making me a large instead by accident, but of course didn’t charger more. How nice!
Rating: 5 / 5
I love their pistachio latte and that is my go to always. Today I was recommended the blueberry matcha so got it iced and no regrets! Honestly so so good and addictive to be very honest! Will definitely try the other flavours at some point too. Would also recommend the pistachio cookie. Curious to try the fresh pastries and breakfast next time.
Rating: 5 / 5
Went there twice the matcha latte was outstanding! Got the blueberry one and the white chocolate. The pastries were delicious. The location is very convenient. Overall loved this place (plus I thought the branding was really nice, good logo!!)
Rating: 5 / 5
I absolutely love their drinks! Must recommend the iced matcha with white mocha, it’s sweet so if you prefer sweet drinks - this is for you. The service was good, they have great merchandise. Even though it’s a busy coffee shop, you don’t have to wait too long for your drink. There’s seating as well but I wouldn’t recommend it as a study spot or a chill spot because there’s a lot of traffic and it just doesn’t have that ambiance. More of a stop and grab your drink place.

Fortnum & Mason at St Pancras
Pancras Rd, London N1C 4QP, UK | Department Store P: 020 7734 8040
Rating: 4.5 (1488) Price Level:
The store has a surprisingly wide variety considering that it's much smaller than the main branch. The staff were very helpful, and helped me find some wedding-themed tea and iced cookies, plus some other goodies for a gift box. The only downside is that they're weirdly stingy with the length of ribbon for a box. If you're going to assemble the box yourself (eg in my case, assembling after a flight) make sure to ask for a LONGER ribbon than what you're supplied with. When the sales associate demonstrated how to wrap the box, she carefully counted to fourteen with no measurements as she pulled the ribbon - it left us with a ribbon too short to even wrap around. She threw the ribbon away and then said "don't worry, it'll be the right length this time". She again counted to fourteen with no measurement tools, and I only realised when I assembled the box (already in another country) that it was again too short to tie in a bow. I'm not ordinarily picky, but when you're spending that much on a gift, surely they can afford to not cheap out on the length of ribbon 😂

Such well trained staff, very impressive. Products are just overpriced. The new Valentines chocolate glanduja cake is disgusting :'( Other things are good but expensive..

There is truly no one that produces finer blends of tea, coffee or assortments of biscuits, chocolates and condiments. A true British institution. One of my better half's and my absolute favourites. Ps. The photos show what most people fail to notice. The exquisite clock hanging from the ceiling. It is magnificent.

While traveling in London with my family, we visited a well-known tea shop. There, they offer a variety of teas and cookies for customers to choose from. I bought a tin of blended tea and two packs of tea bags."

Came here to buy gifts for several family members for Chinese New Year. The store is one of my favourites and has everything you need. I always come here for gifts. Staff are ok but can be more helpful. I asked one lady I needed a gift for an elderly in their 80’s but don’t drink tea and she recommended a non alcoholic tea!?! I said they could be diabetic then she recommended chocolates? I wanted to laugh my head off with the recommendation! The fact she told me it’s contains sugar so a little won’t hurt? I would definitely not go by any of her recommendations as it felt like she wasn’t listening to me! Even with these hurrendous recommendations I wouldn’t fault the quality of fortnum and mason’s products. I did my own shopping and bought items I felt was more suitable.

Family was visiting London and looking for a good breakfast. Everything very fresh and well presented. We sat outside in front. Service was great. My kids ordered the pork belly which was good but not as moist as desired. The rest of the food was good. Scrambled eggs a must.

Loved this cute little place! Tried the potato pancakes and the Oreo French toast, and both were great! Also the hot chocolate was awesome! The waiters - absolutely lovely and fun! Also very nice interiors and vibe. Will come back soon :)

Its a great place to have a brunch with friends or couple, very close to St Pancras station, it was full of travellers as its quite convinient for them too. Remember you need to queue outside but its quite fast, it took 5’ for us. The place is very cosy and the food was very good and decent quantities. They should review the coffee quality, we did not like it. The price 25£ pp. Service was nice with us and we stayed there all time we needed. Its a bit noisy but worthy to visit! We will come back!
Rating: 4 / 5
Love LOVE love LOVE!!!!! The food was really fantastic here, brilliant brunch. Wasn't a fan of the coffee but I think it just comes down to personal taste re roast of beans. Also they are pretty fast here, which was very much APPRECIATED!
Rating: 4 / 5
Excellent food, service was good but with systems down, it took a long time for even the coffee drinks to come out. The Oreo french toast was phenomenal, waffles amazing and the English breakfast very good. Careful with the chai drinks, extremely spicy, but good flavor. Servers were very nice, but could not out-nice the frustration with how long the kitchen took to prepare drinks and food. We arrived at open and it was packed, which is always a good sign, but I recommend asking if the systems are up and running before actually sitting down.

Just bought a V60 filter of the gesha . Probably the best takeaway filter I've had all year. Great attention to detail on the pour, lovely friendly service. Really excellent coffee. Wish I'd bought a bag of beans too!
Rating: 5 / 5
A very decent coffee shop and roasters. Just one note for cortado lovers: the cup used for cortado is a little bit bigger than the normal one (see photo attached).
Rating: 5 / 5
I had a medium filter (sin gil I think?) and a croissant which cost £6. The coffee was extremely hot but once it had cooled it was hands down the best filter I've had in central. Also nice to have two choices of filter (fruity or chocolate). The croissant was gorgeous as well, soft inside and buttery and flaky outside. Will be exclusively using this coffee shop when travelling north from now on.

A really little sweet spot in the heart of London. If you're wanting breakfast can definitely guarantee a delicious meal. Went with my disabled mum and they were quick with getting the food to us. Although a small little cafe, don't let that stop you. There were a few missed items on our order but the staff quickly got that all resolved. Great portions and definitely value for money.
Rating: 5 / 5
The atmosphere was warm and inviting - a great spot to enjoy a full English breakfast (£15) - this dish had everything I wanted except for black pudding, which was not offered. However, the overall breakfast was pretty good. The portion was generous enough for me to feel full for hours, which might justify the price.

Service was great and dining area was nice. Had some of the best French toast ever. This was both mine and my Boyfriend’s favorite breakfast for our London Trip. Great place to grab food before train from kings cross
