Stumbled upon this place when the cafe we were going to was full and I am glad it was! Absolutely amazing food, beautifully presented and tasted so good! Very friendly staff too! Will definitely be back. You don't need to visit the museum to use the cafe.

Wow what sandwiches ! I’ll go back for these any day … great size - filled to the brim and the right price too - where does that happen - HERE ! 😎 and all with a view of the runway of Biggin hill … no pictures sorry - at it too fast - ( Christmas feast or something 😂) and chef was fun too - and arty.

I went with friends to Hollies Little Tea Room last Friday and had an afternoon tea. The food was fresh and varied. The cakes and scones were fresh and plentiful. The staff were attentive and friendly, will definitely be going back soon.

I had a lovely lunch with my daughter at Hollies today; a v.gooey cheesey and onion toastie and a panini with mozzarella, tomato, and salami (danish salami?). A nice pot of tea for me and mango passionfruit cooler : ) . Nice smiley young lady taking orders at the till. Sorry, but 1 star less because the gift shop (also hollies) next door was closed. Asked at about 2.15 and told it would open in 10 mins but still shut when we came back after a half hour. Will return for the delicious toastie tho. But a few more options for non meat eaters would be good. Prawn? Salmon?

Lovely ladies serving tasty food. They were short staffed on Friday when we visited but they coped really well and were full of apologies for the delay. One criticism was they had only one type of bread left. Maybe they should up their order as not everyone prefers white farmhouse bread. Our chosen sandwiches arrived simply laden with filling with a small salad and crisps. BUT the promised coleslaw was missing 😔 We shall certainly return to explore the other sandwich fillings.

What a hidden gem! I love it here. It is the best oat ice latte I’ve ever had! And the school cake is amazing. I’ll get pictures next time I go!

This is a wonderful cafe in Biggin Hill. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. The food is excellent and very clean. This cafe has a long history with the with the local air field. This cafe is always busy and it has a wonderful selection of photographs that goes back a long time. They have a rich history of photographs from famous fighter pilots of the second world War. I would highly recommend this cafe if you are ever in the area.

Great decor! A mini museum. Friendly hosts. Good breakfast. Nearly a 5 star from me. Not full table service. Order and prepay at the counter. Coffee offered with breakfast is instant. Would gladly pay a bit extra to get a filter coffee.

The Pride of Biggin Hill is The Spitfire Cafe in my opinion. This little venue is always bustling and busy with chatty people of all walks of life enjoying not only the delicious food but the nostalgia of days gone by. You cannot help but feel somewhat patriotic when reading all the paper cuttings and articles that adorn the walls of this cafe. I frequent here often as this is the best local cafe that is open on weekends. Call me a creature of comfort as I always go for the "Sally B" which is the perfect portion size for a breakfast and is always cooked just right. Good value cafe. Lots of outdoor table for a sunny day and plenty inside for wet weather. Food is good quality and a wide range. Lots going on at the airport to keep kids and plane spotters interested!

Great location and facilities if you are keen to watch the aircraft movements. Close enough to the threshold of runway 03 for good photos of bizjets with a 300mm lens. Food freshly prepared so may need to wait for order. Generous salad with tasty roasted veg tart. More UK airports should have an officially sanctioned runway side facility like this. It's good business and good for community relations.

Visited Costa in Biggin Hill yesterday aroubd 10am with a friend,we had hot chocolate,tea,a cheese and ham toastie and a pain au raisin.Friendly staff,brought our food and drink to the table which was nice.Overall good experience.
