Excellent, fast service. I was locked out after being out with the family, and within 15 minutes the locksmith arrived (bearing in mind it was 10 PM). I was advised every step of the way about what was happening. The lock was changed, leaving it safe and secure with no damage.

We called Si a few weeks before a house move to enquire about changing locks at our new place. He gave a rough estimate and asked us to call him out once we had our keys. We did exactly that, and he came the very same day to change our front and rear door locks. Si was incredibly friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He also gave us additional advice about our doors and generally securing the property which was very welcome and helpful. The charges were reasonable too. We can't fault the service from Si, and wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend. Thanks so much!

The team has helped us out of a horrible situation caused by bad delivery of a household appliance which resulted in the door locking mechanism getting completely ruined and the hing bent. Door could not even be close. Brian came out at 8.30pm, tried every other way, sourced different parts from other colleagues nearby to finally fix the door at 10.30pm. He didn't give up and we were very pleased with the service. Great communication throughout and a quick response time. Helped us end a horrible and stressful day with a smile for a job well done. My rental house estate agent sent John to fix back door key misalignment after the door had been shaved down due to wood expansion. He also fixed a sticky door handle in the lounge for me whilst he was there. He did such a great job that when I moved house I asked the estate agent for the locksmith details and just got John back to help me change some other locks. He was on time, quick and knowledgeable. Excellent service from Regan who skilfully repaired a UPVC fanlight window that wouldn’t close. If you need a locksmith, these are definitely the guys to call. A door in my home was stuck shut and it wouldn't budge no matter what I tried. I was nervous about calling anybody out to help, after being ripped off in the past. However, there was nothing to worry about with Luke and Arthur, who were professional and efficient at their job. Luke was my first contact, and he was very friendly and helpful. He explained that he was not in the area, but his colleague was, and may be able to come and help. Arthur then rang me and arranged to come by (on his day off). He arrived quickly, and he managed to get the door open, for a very reasonable price. Arthur was a lovely, friendly guy who was efficient at his job, and took his time to talk to me afterwards. If I ever needed a locksmith in the future (touchwood I won't), then I would not hesitate to call top lock technicians! They provide an amazing service and they are honest and reliable. They are not out to take advantage or rip people off like other locksmiths that I have encountered previously. Thank you guys.

Absolutely brilliant service. Got locked out after forgetting my keys on school run. This company got to us within minutes as my food shopping had arrived and we were back indoors in seconds.
