Super friendly and helpful service! Our front door key snapped off in the lock, which I took into the shop. Explained that our house was basically unprotected while I had the lock with me and was attended to very fast!

The lock on my back door wasn't working and i was leaving the country in two days. I was in a bit of a panic. I sent the firm photos of the doors, locks and hinges. They came round within 2 hours. It took them 45 minutes to repair and it is working better than ever. The guy doing the work was five star pleasant. Only drawback is that it was a little pricey but I did know that in advance

I really can't recommend these guys enough. I called on the Thursday afternoon needing the locks changed on my new house and was booked in immediately for the Friday lunchtime. Rob arrived exactly on time, did a great job and was so friendly and helpful. He also gave me loads of tips on home security which were much appreciated. I won't hesitate to call them next time I need a lock changed.

I have had two brilliant experiences with this business. Once when we were victims of a burglary and they came quickly to fix our door and add a new lock. Amazing and so understanding and also very reassuring after what was such a scary experience. Secondly, Rob just helped me over the phone- for free- to fix my window which wasn’t closing. Anthony provided a quote for my Siegenia push slide tilt balcony door when the internal mechanism failed and it was locked in the closed position. The manufacturer recommended him as a local service provider. He worked with the manufacturer and local experts to fault find the issue over the phone, ordered the parts before coming and brought in other expertise to fix my door in one visit (approx 5 hrs) saving me the cost of a call out and inspection. Friendly, very reliable and honest. Would recommend.

Peter is an absolute star, punctual, fast - he installed us a sweet and powerful lock, that keeps us and our cat safe :) He was very happy to answer all my questions, and made sure that I understand how things work. I know that a lot of services out there ask their customers to put a review for the sake of it. But I am actually do this because they deserve it. One rarely come across tradesmen that are genuinely honest, willing to go back and beyond in order to give their customers the best value for money. I had a break in two weeks ago. They broke the front door to get in. The frame and the door was badly damaged. I called ASL 24/7 Emergency Locksmith. They send someone to replace the front door. They arrived on time on a Saturday. The frame was badly damaged. They replaced the door and repaired the frame. Their price was nearly £1000 cheaper than another company. I am happy with the door. After an attempted break-in which badly damaged my front door, I feel I was very fortunate to find ASL (by googling). They very quickly replaced the door with a much stronger one with all required locks, hinge bolts etc and at a price that the insurer’s loss adjusters found to be reasonable. They were very friendly and helpful, as I had absolutely no experience of dealing with a damaged front door. Really appreciated!
