I was recommended this company by a friend and they did not disappoint. I have recently moved house and needed all my locks changed. From the beginning to the end all team members that attended my property were extremely professional, well mannered and knowledgeable. There were a few technical issues which their expertise and experience helped solve. Communication throughout the installation was excellent as it was a big job that required a number of visits and everything was sorted out promptly. A specific mention regarding Marlon and his team. That man is a perfectionist and is not happy until you are happy.

Perfect service! I required a new lock on the front door after the original broke, I was able to easily arrange a suitable time for the job to be completed with extra keys provided. I could not recommend ASL Security Locks more! The service I received was nothing short of exceptional. After having another company give me a lead time of 6 days, ASL were able to get out and provide and fit a new door the very next morning, having spoken late in the day. I needed a brand new door after having the old one knocked in. John reassured me this would be no problem and completed as soon as possible. The master craftsman Henry, who came the next morning to do the work, was also exceptional – a true expert. This was not the easiest job on the top floor of the building, but sensing how vital it was, it was completed that day. He found a way to make it work. He was polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly, amazing at his job, a true perfectionist. He completed the job and left us feeling secure again. Amazing work.

After an attempted break-in which badly damaged my front door, I feel I was very fortunate to find ASL (by googling). They very quickly replaced the door with a much stronger one with all required locks, hinge bolts etc and at a price that the insurer’s loss adjusters found to be reasonable. They were very friendly and helpful, as I had absolutely no experience of dealing with a damaged front door. Really appreciated!

TLDR: Go with London Locks, you won’t regret it. London Locks has a lot of wonderful reviews talking about their; great service, craftsmanship, timeliness to attend jobs, excellent communication skills, accurate quotes and billing, and how they are highly trained and trusted within their profession and members of the Master Locksmiths Association. I agree with all of this and I could write a review detailing how they provided this service for me and more, but what impressed me most about the team was their absolute integrity as a business and commitment to keeping people as safe as possible in their homes. I walked into London Locks to complete what was meant to be a simple errand on my lunch break to get a spare key cut for my front door, after replacing the locks a few months previously with a different locksmith that I found on Google. The team at London Locks took one look at my house keys and knew that the locks on my front door were sub par, and were not the high security and fire safe locks that I had requested to be fitted, and charged a very high price for by a different rouge locksmith. The top lock was a 5 pin rim cylinder, and the bottom lock was a 3 lever deadlock which was only designed for an interior door like a bedroom. Like a lot of people, I had just googled local locksmiths and went with a rouge contractor that seemed reputable and could do the work straight away, and naively paid the price. They knew immediately that I had been scammed by someone who was not skilled at all, known as “49er’s” within the trade for quoting a low initial price, often £49 and dramatically increasing the actual price when they are on the doorstep, breaking the law known as doorstep selling and using a Bait and Switch scam that is unfortunately very common. London Locks gave me quotes for different (actually) high security and fire safe locks along with a door chain, and came to fit a Finfort dual lock set up, with a night latch and deadlock version within a week. I got the version with a thumb turn inside for fire safety. Not only did London Locks do their job as a locksmith as you would expect and fit exceptionally secure locks that are 3 star kitemarked and approved by the police as being pretty much the best, Lloyd also encouraged me to report my original fraudulent locksmith to my bank to try and reclaim some of my money back, and provided me with the evidence and the legal terminology that I needed to do this. They went above and beyond as a team to keep me safe in my home; I don’t have the expertise in locks that they do, and I didn’t realise that I’d been scammed and would have been naively happy, thinking that my home was really secure when it wasn’t. I am beyond grateful.

Geoff was extremely friendly and efficient at fixing not only our original call-out issue, but a secondary longstanding issue of a broken off key in our MaxLight sliding door. A previous locksmith had told us we would need to completely remove the door to get the key out, but Geoff got it out in no more than a minute! Would definitely use again in the future.

My issue was a Iosted key for a heavy duty steering wheel locker, the man had to remove the locker for me to be able to drive the car! Very good job! Highly recommended!
