Amazing service and even better food. I highly recommend their tasting menu as it gives you the opportunity to try out more than one item which is always recommended with Indian cuisine. I paired my tasting with their cocktail tasting menu and wow!! Each drink was carefully curated and paired to the meal you are having. The service was a little slow (it took about an hour for my friend to get her meal) but after she got it, it was a fantastic Dish! I give it 4 stars because I was doing the tasting menu and that may have impacted the timing on her dish and that was not effectively communicated to us. We will definitely be back!

I recently celebrated my birthday at Colonel Saab with a small group of friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. The interior is absolutely stunning—every corner is thoughtfully decorated, with majestic chandeliers adding a touch of grandeur. It’s truly a feast for the eyes and creates the perfect setting for a special occasion. The food was equally impressive. As a fan of spicy dishes, I was delighted with the Chicken Chettinad—the spice level was spot on, delivering a satisfying heat without overpowering the rich curry flavors. Every dish we tried was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of authentic taste. To top it off, the desserts were mouthwatering and the perfect way to end the evening on a sweet note. I highly recommend Colonel Saab for anyone looking for an elegant dining experience with incredible food and ambiance. Can’t wait to return!

Quite an amazing place to have authentic Indian food! This is my first time & I am already a pretty big fan of their Rasmalai. You just resist having more of it!! Anshul was great assist in letting us know the details of every dish we ordered.

Went for a special occasion here and had the BEST food, nice vibes and exceptional service. The tapas made us so full and I found that the patatas bravas and flatbread were as good as the reviews said!✨ Thanks to our waiter on 17/08/24, he provided great service! Would recommend the Burrata and Halibut too!

My wife and I enjoyed our dinner at Salt Yard. The place was packed on a Tuesday night. We were seated comfortably at the bar counter and Anna greeted us with a smile. She was really helpful with her suggestion and we love her recommendation of the artichoke. The eggplant dish was also very very good. I liked the prawns but my wife who is used to the fresh seafood from our island nation thought that they could be firmer. We asked for some bread to soak up the delicious sauces from each of the dishes and were treated to the very tasty chargrilled flatbread. We have had good food before, but, Anna’s exceptional service has made all the difference to our experience. Will come back!

We were walking aimlessly looking for a place to rest our legs and eat dinner. Stopped at this quiet street to check our Google maps as we were kind of lost. Someone came out of this restaurant and pointed for us to go in and try as he said food was great here. So we walked in and luckily there was a table available in the basement. Food was Spanish tapas, poshly presented. Quite pricey but tasted good. Service was very friendly and attentive.

We were a group of 10 and all of us got the sharing menu. We were seated in their lovely private dining room. We tasted most dishes. Standouts were the mezze platter (A+ hummus and bread) and the honey cheesecake. The lamb and seabass were good but not standouts in my opinion. Overall I'd have to give this 3.5 to 4 stars. While the food was good, I thought it was a tad expensive since it came up to £80 per person. Great ambiance though.

As a sweets lover, I can ensure this is one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had in my life. The almonds, the honey, the creamy feta... All the ingredients mix together so harmoniously! Not too sweet, great texture and surprisingly tasty. Food looks great too!

I visited this restaurant for dinner with my family and friends. Despite its small size, the venue was fully booked and lively, and I loved the warm and inviting atmosphere of the interior. We dined in the private room at the very back, which was wonderfully quiet and allowed us to enjoy a calm and relaxing time. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, which was evident in both presentation and taste. The selection of tableware and drinks also showcased great style, and we thoroughly enjoyed the modern Mediterranean cuisine. While the portions of the main dishes were generous, the food was so delicious that we still managed to enjoy a variety of starters as well. Conveniently located not far from Holborn Station, the restaurant is tucked away, giving it a hidden gem vibe. All my friends were highly satisfied, and it’s a place I’d gladly recommend!

Incredible experience. The food is a fresh, inventive explosion to your senses. Colors, smells, tastes—truly delightful. Reservations are best, but always pop in to see if a counter spot is available. It’s a tight fit, but worth any perceived inconvenience. We tried the Spiced pumpkin falafel with a perfect texture, not greasy in the slightest and the creamiest tahini I’ve ever experienced. The acidity of the side tomato salad was a perfect accompaniment. Next up was the Beetroot sabzi salad which included perfectly tender multi colored beets with lovely greens tasting with a hint of anise. Finally, we experienced the lovely surprise of the Roasted aubergine with BBQ tahini crust—once you venture beyond the crust, a creamy mixture of flavors delights. It is perfectly paired with a colorful jewelled rice salad. Afterwards we popped across the way to get a takeout pastry—a chocolate layered rugelach—Outstanding. A bit pricey but overall a perfect restaurant splurge. Thank you 🙏

The Coral Room’s The Devil Wears Prada themed afternoon tea was a delightful experience. The artistic interiors created a calm, peaceful ambience. The sandwiches were excellent, but the scones and madeleines were truly outstanding! The cakes were also lovely, with the cheesecake being a personal favourite. The service was impeccable, making it a must try for a refined, memorable treat.

Our waiter was brilliant, he was so attentive, to the point that he didn't want us to pour our own tea, he was continually on hand to do so for us. Unfortunately, the lady, who I assume to be the m'aitre d' was not so friendly or happy, it felt as though we had interrupted her in some way. She actually took us halfway to our table and then just pointed and grunted in the general direction! The afternoon tea was good, the chicken and steak sandwiches were standout. 4 scones each and a selection of 5 sweets, although the earl grey and blackberry dome was the star of the show, for sure. Reasonably priced at £48 per person or £65 with champagne, although if booked on ' The Fork' there's currently an offer for £40 including sparkling rose but the staff had no idea how to apply this offer so there was a bit of a kerfuffle with the bill at the end and we were overcharged by around £70. But it was all sorted in the end and we left happy. The decor inside is fabulous, with very high ceilings and interesting chandeliers, lots of artwork on the walls, large mirrors and bright coral paint. Large comfy chairs and cushions at low tables have a relaxed and enjoyable feel.

They were able to fit us in for a last minute afternoon tea. The service was fantastic, we really enjoyed ourselves.

The food is top quality and you can tell that the restaurant uses very good quality ingredients. However, the prices are high and due to the tapas ethos you need to order more than one dish. This in itself is not a problem, but given the prices I would expect the food to arrive at the same time, not ‘as it is ready’. The service was attentive but there is no excuse for food coming out at different times when you are paying fine dining prices.

Japanese and Mediterranean small plates which is such a fun concept. Good for a bigger group as can get different dishes to try and share, a bit like tapas. All the staff were attentive, including small things like constantly filling up our water glasses which was much appreciated.

We have been here 3 times in a year and a half. The restaurant is beautiful, the vibe is incredible, the music is so awesome, the food is 10/10, the service is phenomenal, and the value for money is spot on. Highly recommend. See you again soon!

Amazing food, authentic taste, and good service. The Veg and the Non veg platters were really yummy and good portions. We further tried the Paratha and the Chicken Curry, which were very well prepared. The Chocolate Dosa was quite nice as well. Good location and full house. Highly recommended.

Visited October 2024 - One of my favourite South Indian restaurants in London that delivers on taste and price. I highly recommend the Chettinad platter if you want to try a mix of starters, really good spicing, seasoning and cooking of the meat and fish dishes and great to share. I find it hard to find appams in London where I am not being charged extortionate prices for, so the kallapam here is pretty good and goes very well with a spicy curry. All the food was well seasoned and cooked very well with those South Indian flavours (Kerala, Tamil Nadu areas). The prices are very good for the portion sizes of food and the staff are friendly and efficient. We went for lunch at the restaurant and it was pretty quiet at that time which we preferred.

Great and fun place. Every single person enjoyed everything about the place. Some of us were late so they extended our play time. They were so nice to serve the food, helped us change tables. Highly recommend

Great night! Who’d have thought darts could be so much fun. Food and drink selection was really good. Would recommend the pizzas, cheesy chips, sharing platters and cocktails. And the service was amazing- Ingrida and the team were so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for birthday parties, work parties and group gatherings. It's a fun place to hang out with friends and co-workers! I highly recommend it, even if you don't know how to play darts. The playing area was spacious, and the venue was nicely decorated. We played for two hours, trying out six different games that were entertaining, fun, and competitive. The TV screen above the dartboard explained the rules of each game. I would definitely suggest trying Demolition and Snakes and Ladders. One of my favorite features was the interactivity, along with the electronic scoring system and the instant replay slow-motion video of winning shots at Flight Club!

Such a cool place to visit, especially if you’re with a group of friends—it’s great fun! The games are super entertaining, and the drinks, along with the pictures on the TV, add a really cool touch. I highly recommend this spot if you’re in the UK and have some extra time. It’s perfect for passing the time and having a good laugh.

What an amazing restaurant and setup. What you would expect from 2 Michelle stars restaurant, outstanding quality and execution. Service was exceptional and all the dishes were made to perfection. Sitting at a U shape, shared table, watching the kitchen in action as they make the most beautiful art pieces made for a unique experience. As expected, this place is on the pricier side at $300+ per person being the staring point. However, definitely worth trying once in a lifetime if possible. Only downside was the dessert, which felt a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of our meal, which was constantly building up to higher and higher expectation as we were moving forward, bite after bite. Overall, well done!

Last Friday we went down to this 2 star Michelin in central london. We knew we were in for a treat as Kitchen Table is more than just about the food, it’s about the experience from the moment you are welcomed into their lounge/bar., where all guests are wait, enjoy a cocktail or two, and where the first of our snacks are serviced. After taking our seat around the U shape table, the chefs and front of house begin their journey of serving up plate after plate of innovated and locally sourced produces, and amazing wines. We loved that throughout the evening, everyone interacts with you, making it an a dinning experience not to forget. Yes, this is at the higher end of the price point, but in our opinion, well worth it We will be back later is year.

Food was delicious- we loved every dish. Only part we were not overwhelmed about was the deserts. Service was good. We did feel like there was a bit too much upselling during the evening. A waiter came to us suggesting the extra seasonal dish and we felt he insisted too much. There were multiple similar examples. Atmosphere- the chairs at the bar were not so comfortable and if you don’t want to start with a cocktail it feels like an awkward start in first 30 mins. loved the set up during the main courses with the open kitchen.

Fantastic experience! There really isn’t any more I can say about this lovely establishment! The entire team made us feel welcome and enjoyed the entire intimate experience. The entire team is dedicated to making sure your experience there is nothing short of exemplary I mean with leadership from Sandia and Chef James one should expect nothing less! This was our favorite experience in London and will be back! I feel the need to add that the food is out of this world! Ask about their gin specially crafted by their bartenders who personally forage for the different herbs and botanicals you will not regret it!

We recently had a delightful lunch at this charming French restaurant, and it was truly a memorable experience. For appetizers, we went with the recommended mussels, which were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor—an excellent choice to start our meal. For the main course, we had the duck and the lamb shank, both of which were tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented, accompanied with a carafe of Merlot. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment here and look forward to returning soon! A&P❤️

Service was great, very lovely staff. Food: Mussels (starter) - portion size was small and not enough sauce. Chicken supreme - very good, chicken tender and sauce was not too rich. Seafood linguine - good but sauce too buttery, heavy on the palette. Crepe with Nutella/Strawberry - delicious, didn’t skimp on Nutella.

It’s very difficult to book a restaurant in London during the Christmas season, but we managed to drop into this lovely place. The food was great, and the service was excellent. However, the interior could use some renovation as it feels a bit worn out. They also need a new lighting design—dimming the lights slightly would create a much cozier atmosphere.

The Lamb Kidney is gorgeous!! The Onion Soup has lots of onion and it is tasty. Pizze dough is chewy which I love most. Good service as well ~~

The food and atmosphere was lovely, but the service was slow. At the end of the meal we had to individually go up to the drinks bar to pay which was very crowded and felt unorganised, particularly as other staff members were confused why we were waiting to pay at the bar. Would have been better to bring a card machine to our table.
