BIM'SÂź East Ham
131 High St N, London E6 1HZ, UK | Hamburger Restaurant P: 020 8552 3714
Rating: 4.7 (1373) Price Level:
An outstanding service , extraordinary delicious food and I would like to recommend it to everyone and also child friendly
Rating: 5 / 5
There was a friendly atmosphere. The food was worth the money, just watch the size-price change between small, medium and large. Has a McDonald's vibe. Best thing was that no music being played in the shop at all, I felt so relaxed. Only issue is having to use a code to enter the toilet only accessible to customers. Also only one toilet. Otherwise will definitely come back.
Rating: 5 / 5
Fab food and lovely friendly staff too. We had the Big Hack burger meals along with the strawberry milkshake which were all really tasty. Very clean place and the atmosphere was great as well, keep it up Bim's!

I recently dined at BIMs East Ham, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The restaurant has a warm, inviting ambiance that instantly makes you feel welcome. The menu offered a variety of delicious options, from classic dishes to unique specialties, catering to all tastes. I tried the Suprime Spicy signature Bims burger, which were flavorful and cooked to perfection. A standout part of my visit was the service provided by Mahbuba Bagum. She went above and beyond to ensure my experience was enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, Mahbubaâs warm smile and attention to detail made a lasting impression. She was attentive without being intrusive, swiftly taking our orders and ensuring everything arrived on time. Mahbuba even took the time to recommend a few items based on our preferences, which turned out to be spot-on choices! Throughout the meal, Mahbuba checked in to make sure everything was perfect, making us feel like valued guests. Her professionalism, friendly demeanor, and commitment to great service truly made the experience memorable. Itâs rare to find someone so dedicated, and it left a lasting positive impression. Overall, BIMs East Ham offers not only excellent food but also a high standard of customer service, largely thanks to Mahbubaâs outstanding efforts. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy quality food with exceptional service.

Udaya Kerala Restaurant
105 Katherine Rd, London E6 1ES, UK | Indian Restaurant P: 020 8470 7400
Rating: 4.7 (6732) Price Level:
One of the oldest Kerala restaurants in Eastham and this one has had its ups and downs. I stopped going to this restaurant a few years back but on a recommendation that this place had turned a corner -have been to this place recently. The food was a pleasant surprise and the tea is served in a reasonably sized glass- The meat dish was bloody good. However there is a relative lack of consistency as with the next few visits-it was slightly up and down. Itâs a good turnaround for a restaurant -good to see increasing numbers of customers here.
Rating: 5 / 5
We had dinner here today - 8 people. The service was absolutely fantastic right from the time we entered the restaurant; staff were very polite, friendly and quick at attending to us. The food: it will be hard to beat the taste and authenticity of the dishes serviced - we ate a lot. We would have loved to thank the chef for giving us such a wonderful experience. We love quite far but went to the restaurant due to the rave reviews, which didnât let us down. Thank you again for the service and the dishes, we will be back!

Wasnât a planned visit but this place came up in the Google search with good rating while we searched for a kerala restaurant. The food, service and ambiance was great. Sea food platter was the best in the group. Paalkappa and Beef roast was amazing as well. Kids enjoyed the dosa. Overall, satisfied with the experience at this place. Space wise, it felt like bit congested but it wasnât a bad experience. Well heated premises to enjoy the food in the winter. Must visit.

Rating: 4.6 (4127) Price Level:
I visited many times. Service is good. Staff is humble and always have smile on their face. Food is amazing but the hygiene can be better. Toilets are not clean and they really want to work on that.
Rating: 5 / 5
đThe food at A2B, Adayar Ananda Bhavan is absolutely delicious and well worth the visit. Conveniently located near the Mahalaxmi Temple in East Ham, itâs the perfect place to enjoy a meal after your temple visit. The prices are reasonable, making it a great choice for dining. A highlight was the Kuzhi Paniyaram, freshly prepared in the live kitchen. This time, we enjoyed Mysore Masala Dosa, Kadai Paneer, Plain and Garlic Naan, paired with their excellent authentic filter coffee. To top it off, we also purchased 250 grams of selected sweets to take home đ. đ€The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to guide us through the menu, helping us choose the best dishes. Overall, the experience was outstanding, with amazing food, reasonable prices, and wonderful service. This restaurant is a must-visit!

I had an amazing experience at A2B! The authentic South Indian flavors truly stood out. The dosas were crispy and golden, paired perfectly with their delicious coconut chutney and sambar. The variety on the menu was impressive, offering both classic and regional dishes. I also loved the filter coffee â rich and aromatic, just like back home! The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. If youâre craving genuine South Indian food, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Mainland Madras
250-252 High St N, London E12 6SB, UK | Indian Restaurant P: 020 3340 7219
Rating: 4.5 (631) Price Level:
I visited Mainland Madras with my family of five on a Saturday afternoon. It was a bit quiet with just a few reserved tables, but we were warmly welcomed by Bibita, a lovely hostess - very patient and kind, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The rest of the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was overall fantastic! The flavors were authentic and well-prepared. A few highlights included the Nenjelumbu Rasam, Curry Leaf Fish Fry, Chicken Lollipop, and Meen Poondu Kolambu. Everything was cooked and made to perfection, especially the Bun Parotta and the Moru. However, I was slightly disappointed with the Mutton Chops and the Mutton Biryani; the meat in the chops was a bit tough and smelly, and the biryani didnât stand out as much as I had hoped, but it was still enjoyable. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return. Itâs a great place to explore Tamil Nadu's rich culture and traditional cuisine. Highly recommend giving it a try! Vanakkam Madras :) Room for improvement : Staff knowledge on the Menu
Rating: 5 / 5
Very tasty food. Service was quick and food was prepared well. Has a good atmosphere and vibe. Definitely recommend the coconut souffle. A little bit on the pricey side though.
Rating: 5 / 5
Mainland Madras! You wowed us. The food was excellent, everything we ordered was really good and was flavourful. The curries, the starters, soups, rasams were really amazing. The staff were sweet, Prativa and Kismita helped our group with the order and service. They were very good and made sure we got everything on time. They kept checking on us to make sure if we wanted anything. We visit east ham very frequently and we will visit the place again as we really liked the food and service. The price was alright for the quality and flavour of food they served. They have good non vegetarian options. Limited veg options but those are pretty good too.
Rating: 5 / 5
I recently dined at Mainland Madras, and it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant focuses on Indian cuisine, especially Tamilian flavors, and the food was amazing. Every dish was full of rich spices and authentic tastes that really stood out. The menu had a great variety of options, showcasing the best of Tamil cuisine, from flavorful curries to aromatic rice dishes. I was really impressed by how delicious and well-prepared everything was. If you love Indian food or want to try something new, Mainland Madras is definitely worth a visit.

Eastern Kitchen East Ham
269B High St S, London E6 3PG, UK | Takeout Restaurant P: 020 3417 8480
Rating: 4.7 (15) Price Level:
Really good food, nice staff. We have ordered from here 5 times since October. We have tried the dhaal, veggie biryani, jalfrezi, bhindi bhaji, and the tandoori chicken. We have also had the Naga chicken( could have been hotter), Mango chicken malal and the gosht shimla mirch from the specials. It has all been great. Nice thick sauces, plenty of meat and peppers in them. Really good food all round!
Rating: 4 / 5
Four stars is as high as I can give to Eastern Kitchen and thatâs purely down to the fact that the food arrived still somewhat hot and tasted nice despite being 20 minutes late. I had to call in order to chase the meal and it cost about a fiver more than what it had done some months ago, inflation aside. I would order again but only if I canât find an Indian which offers the same for less, as I deem it to be expensive for what it was.

Had delivery tonight and was really impressed. Delivery was quick and steaming hot. Good size portions and great value for money. Definitely will order again. We like that you can choose spice level too.

We had the chance to enjoy delightful authentic taste of Sri Lanka in the heart of London. Maintains a balance of Sri Lankan flavours and spices in both Lamprise, Sri Lankan rice and curry. All dishes come in hot to the table and are beautifully presented.

If youâre craving authentic Sri Lankan flavors, Sri Lanka Restaurant in London is a must-visit. Their menu is a delightful fusion of Sri Lankan classics and a touch of Indian inspiration, offering a true feast for the senses. The kottu roti is absolutely divine, with perfectly balanced spices, fresh ingredients, and that signature sizzling flavor that takes you straight back to Sri Lanka. The lamprais (lumparis) is another highlight, wrapped in banana leaves and packed with rich, aromatic curries, making it a nostalgic treat for anyone who loves traditional Sri Lankan food. I recently visited this newly opened restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed! Although their full menu isnât ready yet, they already offer a wide variety of dishes, and thereâs no shortage of delicious options to choose from. The service was absolutely outstanding 10/10! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and were incredibly attentive throughout our meal. They were always available to help, making sure we had everything we needed, and their reassurances made us feel so welcome. The chef, who is Italian, even came out to chat with us. He was not only talented but also very friendly and funny, which added a personal touch to the experience. As for the food, it was incredible! The pizza was Italian-style and absolutely delicious. We also tried an Indian-Sri Lankan dish, which was equally amazing. It was hearty, flavorful, and so filling that we even had some leftovers to take home. The atmosphere of the restaurant was another highlight. The space is beautifully designed, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. Above all, itâs the staff and their friendliness that truly stood out to me. They made the entire experience so enjoyable. I will definitely be going back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and even better service!
Rating: 4 / 5
Uniquely-tasting dishes, generous portions, and great customer service. Menu is a little small, and prices a little higher than other South Indian and Sri Lankan restaurants, but still worth the visit. Welcoming place, good potential.

The restaurant is on the highstreet and opened until 12:00 midnight. We went there around 11:00 pm Se ordered butter chicken and lamb curry with paratha and chapati. Food was good and freshky made. The chicken curry tasted more of a chicken korma , the lamb curry was good and slow cooked . Ginger tea and Ilachchi tea tasted good We will visit again
Rating: 5 / 5
100/10 recommend this place! The menu itself is super interesting, no other place in East Ham does Gongura curry or Pulusu. We had the Veg Mandi and Mirchi bajji and it was absolutely brilliant! The portion size was massive and was reasonably priced. Even the staff was really nice and friendly! All in all, it was a great experience! Itâs definitely gonna become a regular lunch/dinner spot!
Rating: 4 / 5
We were late to have dinner that day (9:30pm) and were looking for places open at that hour to eat at. We ordered the lamb dum biriyani with chicken masala. The biriyani rice was really fluffy and not oily like in other restaurants.(Glad about that). I ate more biriyani than I usually do because of the less oil content. The ginger chai and elaichi chai were really good finishers.
