I mean...maybe we got lucky with the LIVE PIANIST that started playing midway through our pizza, or maybe that's a regular occurrence. Either way, it was a delightful experience of food, wine and atmosphere. Staff were attentive and kind whilst also respecting our space to chat. The food was great, slightly on the expensive end (14£ ish) for pizzas but the quality was great and I'd pay that again and again. What I also like is they have an Italian deli section of high quality Italian ingredients for home cooking. 5/5

Really great service, fair pricing, quality food and drink. the spritz are exactly as they should be, incredible range of wine, and some proper strong cheeses! For sure the best place in the area for a classy and affordable evening.

A proper dream of a local Italian spot. The kind of place where every bite feels like a hug from Nonna herself. The bolognese 🍝? Absolute fire, rich, hearty, and with a depth of flavor that smacks you right in the taste buds. I barely came up for air. And the tart dessert? Pure perfection, zesty, sweet, and with a buttery crust that had me contemplating seconds. It’s the spot you tell your friends about, then secretly hope they don’t overcrowd it. Top-tier👌

Great spot for lunch. We had the ploughman’s and bresola/parmigiana special. Great coffee. Lovely service. Accommodated a pram easily. Perfect place for a tasty lunch in Forest Gate. Would love to return for dinner.

I recently had an amazing experience at this shisha lounge the atmosphere was incredible inviting with cozy seating which made the spot perfect to relax with friends, the variety of Shisha flavors was impressive and I love trying out some unique blends that really enhanced the experience the service was on top. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed with without being intrusive. They were knowledgeable about the different flavors and helped us choose the perfect ones flower group. It was a fantastic experience I recommended so much.

We had the most lovely meal at fiore truck today. Two adults and two children, we were looked after so well and the food was stunning. The mushroom and truffle pasta was incredible. The kids loved the sausage starter and tomato pasta. Looking forward to trying the tiramisu next time. ❤️

Tuck away cosy setting with fantastic service and definitely a hidden gem Italian restaurant! Bruchessta was amazing - creamy stracchiata paired so well with the sundried tomatoes. We enjoyed the classic grandma’s tomato pasta best!

Enjoyed for the first time a Gujarati Thali here which was tasty. Look forward to returning to trying again and some other items on the menu. Authentic Gujarati food, reminded me of some of my Ba's cooking.

Authentic amazing Kathiyawadi food. I had Bajra rotli and Ringan na Oro(Aubergine) with masala Papad and masala chaas and totally loved it. Hygiene was at best and service was very quick. This restaurant is run by beautiful couple who serve you best of Gujarat food with love. Must recommend ❤️

I have wandered past this place a tremendous amount of times since it opened and have always been impressed with how it looks - cosy and well-decorated With not having eaten in this area before, I decided to take my parents while they are visiting and let’s say we were not disappointed! I called ahead to check they had space and the table was set for us arriving! The chef himself greeted us and helped with all queries and suggested specials The food was great, we tried a few of the sharing plates and then had a main each - it was a lot of food and all of it was great! Loved the croquettes! Had the chicken for the main which was wonderful Both the chef and the wonderful lady serving us were incredibly kind and welcoming and really made the dining experience even better! I recommend this place and will certainly take friends there in future ✨

Everything was amazing, great atmosphere, delicious food and the owners are very friendly. We had shakshuka, halloumi popcorn and pancakes which were amaaaaazing!!!!

Points to appreciate and highlight in this place: • Atmosphere: very very accommodating, relaxing, and cosy. You can stay and chat for hours undisturbed even it is full of crowd. The cafe is quite small in size, limited tables and seats. • Customer Service: we were served timely, the food experience was very fantastic (had been to many places but it is truly outstanding extra if you serve your customers with a smile and cheerful attitude - well done to Dimitris) He was very attentive to customer demands. • Food: tried Shakshuka, Tzatziki with Pickled Cucumber, Chips with Cheese, Chocolate Cake and Flat White. Perfect strength of coffee I highly recommend, and from the variety tried I definitely need another dine to explore other food options in their menu. We were seated in-front of the toilet which made a little uncomfort in the end as the door was not shut as used. Nevertheless, had a great food experience. Also the bistro story gave excitement, you must read and find out.

Guys, Must visit place for dabeli lovers and specially if you love any of the Gujarati things Do visit them They have even started pav bhaji and sev usal on weekends so a must visit place and the staff is really very nice (especially sheetal) do visit them and have fun They even have aloo puffs and Frankie's served Cheers

A very nice food, but for me most important thing is tidiness and service. For instance, when I enter and visit counter to give order they ask, “ Have you got any allergies “ which is important. As the staff is very helpful to me and give a better service with good and hygiene and fresh food. I will say everyone whoever read this, to visit Gujarat Junction, if you want fresh and hygiene and famous street food of Gujarat.

We arrived at 7pm on a Saturday to an empty restaurant. The waitress introduced herself and throughout the evening is friendly, helpful and efficient. We order some garlic bread and squid for starters. The squid tastes like it has been frozen ie without much flavour, and the flat garlic bread looks and tastes like it is ready packed from a supermarket. My main course was Black Bean Stew served with white rice. It was a nice surprise to find Plantain and Okra in the stew. It wasn’t especially spicy but had a delicious flavour. My companion found their Chicken and Chips greasy and lacking flavour. The chips were in the style of French Fries. The waitress kindly served us a complimentary desert that I enjoyed, less so my companion. During our meal a large party arrived which helped create more atmosphere. So in summary my companion and I had different impressions of the food. Taking account of the price I think 4 stars seems about right, my companion would have rated at 2 or 3 stars. We both agreed the service was excellent. We both thought that once the other party arrived 4 stars felt right for the atmosphere. I do hope the restaurant is able to attract many more diners but wonder whether the prices may be too high for what is in offer compared with other restaurants in the area? Yet it must also be very difficult to cover costs with the prices as they are when the restaurant is less than half full on a Saturday night. I know of no other Portuguese restaurants in the area. Hopefully this one will become better known, busier and go from strength to strength.

Wonderful place with great service! Fresh seafood, delicious meat. Food beautifully served and tasty. I have never had such delicious sangria anywhere else. I highly recommend it, I will definitely come back.

Belas is an excellent new Portuguese restaurant in Forest Gate (it opened two weeks ago). We had a wonderful dinner with warm, friendly service and delicious food. We were blown away by the "Arroz de marisco", a classic Portuguese seafood rice dish with huge prawns, packed with flavour and includes clams, squid and crab. It's more than enough food for 2 people and would have comfortably fed 3 if you were having starters. The bolo do caco (traditional Madeiran garlic bread) was also very good. They serve Sagres beer on draft and have a nice range of well priced Portuguese wine. It's great value for money and a welcome addition to the restaurant options in the area. Highly recommend a visit.

I am a regular customer of side street and all I can say it’s one of my favourite burger places!! Both me and my husband love it. The burgers are soft, juicy and delicious, they have never disappointed. Definitely an underrated burger spot!

Overall, a great spot for burger lovers—just plan ahead if you're going during a rush!

I was pleasantly surprised.. simply put, great smash burgers that are perfectly grilled, superbly presented and taste amazing. Hands down one of the best smash burgers I've had in East London. I had the cheesed up and it hit the spot. I highly recommend this place and will be visiting again! Oh yeah, great customer service and friendly staff.

Where do I start? Wings were spot on the reaper sauce did a lot of damage going in. It was hot. The loaded fries were gooey and creamy, just as they should be and the burger was scrumptious. Will be back. Rizwana, Zain , Iqbal and Imaad don’t mess about, these lot know what they’re doing. Cya mon.
