The edge is where I was mentally and emotionally when I decided to just stop and take a moment for myself. I needed sustenance and Park’s Edge is the place that centred me as soon as I came through the beautiful bespoke doors. I was met by ambient lighting, beautiful welcoming decor and very friendly staff! The atmosphere is very welcoming but I had to take away as home was beckoning and my belly was in need of a good meal! Directly opposite Brockwell Park. Food was delicious and well cooked by amazing chef. Rum punch was superb and very very well put together in my sippy cup! The management was very professional and the whole experience was therapeutic for me. Went home and was instantly cheered up by eating and drinking what I can only say was divine interventional dining…Inspired to see another day in this crumbly world - when food is a challenge life can be difficult to navigate but Park’s Edge took me off the edge last night and reminded me just how precious and special life is when we step out, eat out, dine out and treat oneself!!! Thank you….very much for taking the time to cater for me and ensure I was in a safe space to be heard and served! I shall certainly be back when I am in a better mood!

Celebrated our anniversary here and had a wonderful time! They really went above and beyond to make the night special for us. Thank you to all the staff! Food was delicious and presented very well. Would highly recommend the gorgonzola tart, chicken wings, sea bass and oxtail ravioli. Caramel cheesecake was amazing as well! We enjoyed all our cocktails too. The honey margarita (originally a mocktail but we asked them to add tequila which was *chefs kiss*), spicy martini, and purple rain were 10/10. Service was smooth and friendly. The restaurant had a relaxing atmosphere and pretty decor. Would definitely dine again!

Went out for a brunch with my friend for her birthday. Lovely place - food was modern Caribbean fusion. Lovely service and great selection of drinks. They even surpassed my friend with a complimentary birthday dessert! Thanks team!

I had the huge pleasure of hosting my 60th birthday event at Parks Edge Bar and Kitchen in Herne Hill on 30/11/24 We are regulars to the restaurant but this was our first time having a private event there. From the outset of liaising with Cece to the end of the evening itself, nothing was too much trouble and everything from the food and the drinks to the ambiance was on point! The amount of work that Cece, Barry and everyone at Parks Edge put in to my birthday event was clear to see in their attentiveness to my party goers and their fine attention to detail. Anyone who is seeking a venue to hire for a private event with fine food, an amazing wine and cocktail collection and everything in between should definitely check out Parks Edge. A+++

I had the pleasure of visiting Heritage Dulwich. I went for the 7-course taster menu. I was not disappointed at all. The serving staff was very friendly and provided service with a friendly smile. The food was excellent. A worthy mention of Roy, the co-owner, who looked after us very well. Each course, including the main ingredients, was explained to me. I highly recommend this place!

The 4 course tasting menu at Heritage Dulwich was exactly the unique dining experience we had hoped for on our first visit to this area. Service was attentive and staff were smiling and gracious. Their cocktail menu is a standout, featuring creative drinks infused with Indian spices like cardamom and tamarind, adding a unique and refreshing complement to the meal. Absolutely loved it!

The most amazing food and vibes at this place. We had a taster of everything on the menu and every dish was incredible with both flavours and attention to detail. All the staff were super friendly and attentive. The space has beautiful decor. Can’t wait to come back! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for delicious sir Lankan food, with a really warm atmosphere, also they played really good background music.

I'd heard of Trinco as a popular lunch spot, but I highly recommend trying it out for dinner. Had a fantastic Friday night here with my family. The food was not only delicious but also excellent value. We particularly loved the aubergine and tempeh curries. The cocktails were top-notch, matching the quality you'd expect from a high-end cocktail bar. The atmosphere was low-key, warm and inviting, and the service was impeccable.

While searching for a lunch spot in East Dulwich, we stumbled upon Oru. The enticing menu displayed in the window drew us in. After confirming that the place was dog-friendly, we decided to dine there. The atmosphere was lively, filled with people of all ages, children, and dogs. We shared the Sri Lankan dhal, a salad, and a kimchi cheese toastie—all of which were delicious. The cakes and cookies looked tempting, so I plan to try those next time. My lychee iced tea was also fantastic. We plan to return.

We had a really lovely meal here on a hot summers evening. All dishes were really delicious! The menu is broadly Mediterranean food covering quite a wide range. Prices were also reasonable. Well worth a visit and we will be back soon.

Lovely family friendly local restaurant, with great food, good staff & reasonable prices. My personal favourite dish is the frutti di mare linguini. Their best kept secret is the garden seating at the back.

Amazing food, each dish is masterfully prepared and the quality and quantities are immaculate! Staff are great, and, can’t wait to return in summer when their garden will be open! Starters: We (shared) the King Prawn and Calamari for starters and were particularly impressed with the king prawns on croutons with sauce and dressing around the dish so as not to overwhelm it. In other words, ‘the sauce is there if you need it’. Mains: Calzone and Seafood Risotto - both members of the clean plate club! Dessert: Full, we resigned ourselves to share the Sticky Toffee pudding (with cream) which was perfect! Not too sweet, not showing signs of intense refrigeration, but fresh, warm and just sumptuous. Cannot wait to return, can’t believe I’ve been living in the area for 4yrs AND only now found my favourite Italian place.

I had my 50th birthday party upstairs to EDT. What a great location, great space for any occasion. The team, especially Lee and Jenni were just amazing. The cost is so affordable, food was good and service was 5*. I can not fault anything on the night. Communication at the beginning was a little slow, but we got there in the end. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for lunch or drinks. I came with a few friends and really enjoyed the food. It was quite busy but the service was still excellent - Jenny served us and was so friendly and helped us out when one of my family needed help with dietary requirements, thanks Jenny for your help.

Came in the other day for a quick drink and was thoroughly impressed by the service. I was served by a lovely lady named Maria and she was incredibly professional and sweet, also very gorgeous. Will be coming back again soon, hope to see you then Maria x

My wife and I had our wedding reception here just before Christmas 2024. Andrew, Chris and all the staff could not have been more helpful when it came to planning everything. We had 110 guests for a seated lunch, and every single one of them said the food and service were absolutely outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better party venue and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a cosy and atmospheric setting for any type of event.

After visiting a few times for dinner and enjoying the delicious food, we decided to hold our wedding reception at the Lordship in October. The food is always top notch and the staff are really helpful and friendly. The Lordship has a lovely atmosphere and everyone was so helpful when we were planning our big day. We had so many guests contact us after the wedding to say how much they enjoyed the food & the venue. Would highly recommend!

😌 It was the best of times, it was the wor.. 😅 well, let me explain. Clearly giving 4 stars means that I think you should definitely come here but there are caveats! The atmosphere was warm and inviting as were the staff. In fact the staff were great, very friendly! The mains were terrific, I went for steak and chips 🥩🍟 and those with me said the pies were amazing, so all good there too. Now, those who follow my reviews will be aware I love dessert 🍰, it's my favourite part of the meal and unfortunately, regrettably, this is where things went very wrong. The sticky toffee pudding wasn't sticky as such (I had to scoop the toffee from around the sponge and pour it over), the apple in the apple crumble had a weird taste I really can't describe well and the crumble was grainy and not crumbly (or toasted for that matter). It the final issue was the custard. It was simultaneously thin and lumpy. Most of us didn't get through more than two spoons. Had it not been for this, it would be an easy 5 Stars ✨. In summary, go, enjoy the great mains but I'd skip dessert.

The food was absolutely delicious, and we received the best service ever from Raffaella! She was amazing, always serving us with a smile. I really enjoyed the experience and appreciate her so much!

Arrived with my granddaughter at a busy lunch time during school half-term. Due to to staff shortage that day there was only one waitress, Raffaella, to take orders, serve and clear tables. Despite all this she was very attentive and charming and managed to see that all were taken care of. Even the pizza chef helped by delivering pizzas to the tables. Thank you! We had cheese and tomato pizza with buffalo mozzarella. Delicious.

I’ve had this place on delivery a few times, actually once in St Thomas at the birth of our son. Popped in this evening for a meal at Lordship Lane, the dead hippy burger, garlic fries and monkey fingers were levels! Staff were great, dark and cool vibe, kitchen rolls on every table for the messy fingers, old school rap playing in the background! I like this.. The blue cheese sauce is amazing and the deep fried Mac & Cheese was crazy! We will be back soon to have a later night and to try out the cocktail list!

Wow amazing burgers, great portions and incredible service by Julia who was so thoughtful and attentive. My son has allergies and she was so careful and aware. My mums birthday went so well and Julia even brought over some cake for her. What an evening thanks so much Julia, the chefs and the staff 👍

Last month we ate at The Palmerston. It was good. Friday night busy vibe and most people downstairs seemed to just come for a drink. I had the fish n chips. They were decent chips, always an important test of any London pub. A chef called in sick so there was only one person in the kitchen. The staff tried their best. A lovely atmosphere and I love that Oddono's is close by for gelato afterwards. 😝

Just had the most delicious meal in the first floor dining room which has a wonderful cosy atmosphere.

My wife and I visited this pub for our date night. We had a really good time. For food we had fish and chips and rum steak with red wine source. Plus starters to begin (prawn cocktail). The food was delicious and well presented. The atmosphere was good even though it was really busy Saturday evening in the pub. We had a good service from Olga. She made our date night special. She was very helpful in choosing our food and dessert after. She was always available to top up our drinks. We will definitely return here again.

Came here yesterday for Christmas dinner with my family, it was our first Christmas eating out and so wasn’t sure what to expect but we were extremely pleased. The food was lovely and decent amounts of it, you were served each course at your own pace so didn’t feel rushed. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially the manager, who accommodated my extremely fussy 4 year old daughter with no problems what so ever. The atmosphere was also warm and full of cheer. Will definitely be coming back next year.

Matt was exceptional in helping me organise a last minute baby shower in the private room. Nothing was too much trouble and the room lends itself to an intimate gathering without being removed from the main pub space. The food, drink and service were great and would definitely return.

We went to the Cherry Tree on Christmas Day for our dinner & it was perfect! The food was incredible & service was on top form! The owner knew that one member of our party has Autism & he went above & beyond to make sure our visit was smooth sailing. Would 100% visit for Christmas again. Thank you Cherry Tree x
