Such a lovely friendly place with delicious freshly made food in the heart of Putney. It's easily accessible by all modes of transportation.. We ordered lots of things starting with lassi both mango and salty and a Tiger beer.. a few starters, a healthy salad, paneer and poppadoms that came with 3 types of dips.. mains were chicken tikka, prawn curry and mixed vegetable curry..we ordered 3 different types of bread to go along with them including paratha and naan..Dessert was kulfi and rasmalai.. everything was beautifully presented, fresh and delicious.. Our waiter Arun was very friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back to try more dishes.

We ate a variety of starters and mains. I would highly recommend the chicken tikka malai and the old Delhi potato dosh. Cannot wait to come back 🍛 🫶

Very nice local Indian that serves decent Indian food at reasonable prices. We were there yesterday and the service was slow due to staff shortages (sickness). However, the one person who had to run the whole front of the house was very apologetic and friendly and did his very best. The daal, the spinach and the rice were excellent. The lamb pepper was ok. For my taste the lighting was a bit low, but some people like that. Overall I would recommend this place, hopefully they will sort out the staffing issue quickly.

We had dinner at Colombo Kitchen yesterday and it was great. I've heard of the restaurant before but never made it there as we're not located closeby so went in while we were in London. The menu is vast with lots of Sri Lankan dishes. We went for regular and egg hoppers as it's a quick meal to have and it was brilliant. Would have preferred to have the crusts to be a bit more crunchy but the hoppers were thick so they were filling. The Kopi was on point and a must try and this is coming from a fellow Sri Lankan. Pricing was slightly higher end but that's aligned to other restaurants in the area. Highly recommended!

Excellent cuisine, service and atmosphere. We Egg Hopper, Shared Platter, Mutton Lampais, Paratha Roti , all cooked to perfection. Keshera was a great host. Will certainly be going back

We went to the Worcester park branch alot and when we found out that a local Putney branch was going to open we were excited. Finally we had the opportunity to go and all the excitement was worth it. The food was so delicious. The staff were so warm and welcoming as is typical with Colombo staff. The food impressed us yet again with its amazing quality and beautiful presentation. Even though that this is a branch from the main restaurant everything was prepared with precise consistency as if we were dining in the main branch. Bravo!

Lovely coincidence and find. We were around the area and hungry for some good authentic Japanese food and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything about the food and ambience brought me right back to Tokyo.

This is absolutely the best restaurant in London. Food is excellent every single time we eat here, portions are generous and service is great. Reservations are recommended as this restaurant is always busy.

Absolutely fantastic in every conceivable possible category. Service always friendly - but most importantly the food is sublime. Extremely authentic and fresh produce and the quality of fish served is superb. Might possibly be my favourite restaurant in London. Can always count on Tomoe for a top flight relaxed meal. Can’t recommend enough.

Just opped in for a super early bite of supper. We were met and served by the friendly and helpful manager Chiran. Delicious food, beautifully prepared.

I love jjampong, and the one I had in the UK was undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had. It was packed with seafood, which made it even more delicious. The sweet and sour pork (tangsuyuk) was crispy, and the sauce was absolutely amazing. The side dishes were neat and tasty as well. I went there based on a friend’s recommendation, and I will definitely visit again next time with my family.

Nice Korean restaurant in a random location! Food is good and they serve banchan with no extra fee. While I love all the menus here the chicken cchim (ahn-dong cchim dak) was nothing close to being authentic… the spice used was closer to being Chinese than Korean. Also it doesnt seem steamed but just boiled. Order something else!!

This new restaurant is a must go place for indian food lovers!! The starters are so yummy and my personal fav was tandoori chicken! They have huge variety of cocktails and those were also super good! The overall vibe of the restaurant is really enjoyable with family or friends🤗. Also the deserts were super authentic! I am going to visit again with my friends as the indian taste was super close to the taste of authentic Indian food 💕🥂

Masala Odyssey in Putney was a memorable find! The flavors were authentic and rich, with each dish beautifully presented. This is a hidden gem in Putney. Fantastic place!! The owner from Sardinia and his wife are very very friendly and their food is amazing!! I think you can’t have this kind of authentic Italian food in London. Just follow what they recommend. And you will be in Italy!!

Location, interior and service are amazing. Pizza is ok-ish.. Any meat containing dish- is not impressive: Caesar salad with chicken nuggets (??), almost no meat in Bolognese… could be better . Mozzarella salad was good, drinks and cocktails were great

Flour and Water in Putney is a true hidden gem. The restaurant’s interior is beautifully designed with a warm, inviting vibe that makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better - they went out of their way to recommend dishes, and we’re so glad we followed their advice! We started with the whipped ricotta and anchovy handmade grissini, which were an absolute treat—creamy and savoury with just the right amount of briny punch. The courgette fritti were crisp and light, with a subtle sweetness that balanced perfectly with the savory crunch. The deep fried calamari with sour cream ranch was tender and golden, and the burrata with roasted red pepper was a rich, creamy delight that melted in your mouth. When it came to the mains, the ’nduja pizza with hot honey was a standout, a perfect balance of spicy, smoky, and sweet that really set it apart. The spaghetti in cartoccio, their seafood pasta, was packed with fresh seafood; every bite was a burst of ocean flavors, and the generous portions of clams, prawns, and mussels really made it special. The tortelloni cacio e pepe was a comforting, classic dish- peppery, cheesy, and just what you’d expect from a well executed Italian staple. We couldn’t leave without trying their desserts, and they did not disappoint. The homemade tiramisu was wonderfully creamy with layers that melted in your mouth, and the Basque cheesecake with raspberry compote was rich yet airy, with the tangy compote adding a refreshing contrast. We also had the raspberry sorbet, which was a perfect palate cleanser - light, refreshing, and bursting with fresh berry flavour. Overall, Flour and Water is a must visit in Putney. It’s not just about the food (which is delicious), but also the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it such a fantastic spot. We’ll definitely be back soon!

We stumbled upon this place when we were walking past it on lower Richmond Road. The vibe was what drew us in and the food and service did not disappoint. It’s a lovely place for a cosy date or a good time with friends.

A wonderful restaurant. The dishes rotate, so check for the latest. We had the fennel salad, it was a small portion, but yummy. The rocket salad was good. The prawns pasta was great, you have to try it. The aubergine pasta was OK, one of the two pieces of the eggplant was thin hence became hard and too crispy. The surprise was that the pasta was bland, I moved the olives and some juice from the fennel salad on top of the pasta and it got the flavors up. Service is very good, we will come again.

Home has become a go-to spot for me since moving to London, and it never fails! Brunch, dinner, that incredible Sunday beef wellington - they all hit the spot. The service is brilliant, not had a single bad experience. And it’s not just the food that’s great, the cocktail list is fantastic. Best margaritas in town. Anyone in the south west, or just London, needs to give Home a shot. You won’t regret it!

Absolutely wonderful for dinner with friends - we had the best evening ever. The food was exceptional. It is so great to find a place of this quality without having to venture into central London. It’s a real gem. The service was impeccable - the staff are so warm and attentive and clearly very enthusiastic about the menu. The atmosphere was great too - there was a real buzz as every table was occupied, but it also felt intimate as they had spaced the tables out well, so we were able to converse without feeling overheard. We will definitely be back soon.

Lovely atmosphere. Went for game tasting menu on Tuesday evening (collaboration with Michelin starred chef Mark Kempson). £65 per person for 6 courses tasting menu. They were all delicious and the quality were outstanding. We particularly loved the partridge skewers and venison wellington. The humble crumble pudding was excellent as well. The portion of each course was small (as it’s tasting menu) but absolutely high quality. I have tried many British food in the London unfortunately many are very disappointing and not value for money. I rather pay more to have good British food. I’ll be back again to try Beef Wellington etc at Home SW15. You better do not disappoint us!

I tasted the food at a Wandsworth Council event and really loved it! The salads were fresh, and the lasagna was delicious! I highly recommend it. Everything was great! I’d love to visit the restaurant with friends, and I’ll definitely spread the word. The staff on the day were friendly and excellent!

Steaks are AMAZING!! I eat steaks a lot and brands like M or Gaucho or Cow can learn a lot from Roxie (about prices too)!! I don't know how they make their meat, but it always the most tender, delicate, bursting with flavour and most delicious piece of cow, whatever cut I choose. Great food a bit crammed but then again made you feel welcome in a popular steakhouse. Calamari starter then a ribeye steak a lovely evening, sorry for half eaten pictures, as well as the missing steak as that was too tasty to pause and get a picture.

The atmosphere was great and service fast. There is a very good selection of burgers and steaks, and costs feel reasonable. The place was very charming. It was at first quiet, but filled very quickly for a wednesday evening! I would recommend to book in advance just in case... On different evenings they can have different offers. We were lucky to go on the Wednesday burger! 🍔 Very good selection of cocktails and wine if needed too. Also the deserts looked fantastic! My only regret; no pressure beers...
