** FINALLY! A decent wing joint but with room for improvement ** Chicken shop offers a friendly and efficient service, with staff who are happy to help. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, including the toilets. It's great to see that they accept both cash and card, and the NHS discount is a fantastic touch. The wings were cooked well, but personally, I found the breading a bit too thick for my taste. I would have preferred a lighter coating to allow for better sauce penetration. It's a small point, but it did impact my enjoyment of the wings. On the other hand, the fries were great! Unfortunately, the hand wash basin on the shop floor was out of order was a disappointment, however one could access the toilets instead. Overall, despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant experience and would consider returning in the hope that the breading might be adjusted

Great hospitality since we arrived to the place, offering free fries for students by just downloading the app. The food got delivered very fast and the chicken tenders are the best I have ever tried!! Very worth it and an amazing spot to enjoy with your friends!

I like how they serve customers by giving them a number and they are given a buzzer - to notify them the food is ready and they can enjoy their order. This is the most efficient way to conduct a good service for all customers. The food is very tasty and provides all variety of selections, from burgers to fires, wraps, including the refillable drinks. I like how staff are very friendly and interactive with customers to build a great relationship and are always here for them. They always treat them equally and are very great at making sure the customers have a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is also great, not too noisy, unless if customers do takeaway (depending if it’s busy during dinner hours or weekends even). Cleanliness - perfect. Always clean and tidy for customers to use the tables in all areas of the restaurant. I do like they provide charging sockets, including USBs, that way they can use their devices in case if they wish to take advantage of that. Overall, it builds a great reputation as a restaurant and they hold high standards for them to operate as a fast food restaurant. Also, I just wish there was more Chicken Shop restaurants around the Greater London area, that way, it can attract more customers to try out. Besides that, would definitely would recommend!
