I have had two brilliant experiences with this business. Once when we were victims of a burglary and they came quickly to fix our door and add a new lock. Amazing and so understanding and also very reassuring after what was such a scary experience. Secondly, Rob just helped me over the phone- for free- to fix my window which wasn’t closing. I really can't recommend these guys enough. I called on the Thursday afternoon needing the locks changed on my new house and was booked in immediately for the Friday lunchtime. Rob arrived exactly on time, did a great job and was so friendly and helpful. He also gave me loads of tips on home security which were much appreciated. I won't hesitate to call them next time I need a lock changed.

Was sceptical at first as you have to pay before they can come out but after speaking with them on the phone i was assured that they were a trusted company. They were here within 20 minutes after completing the payment and Mace did an excellent job of repairing the door handle and lock. Great service with a competitive price. Highly recommended

Perfect service! I required a new lock on the front door after the original broke, I was able to easily arrange a suitable time for the job to be completed with extra keys provided. Mase arrived promptly within the time slot and completed the job to a very high standard, cleaning up previously poorly completed work to improve the aesthetic of the door. Would highly recommend!

Really excellent service. Scott came to change my locks within 24/7 of asking for an appointment (it was a non-urgent request). He cleaned up a very botched job that was done previously and was price competitive. He was responsive over message and lovely in person. Would definitely recommend.

Tior (I think is his name) arrived just as promised, and was really quick to replace the broken key, and more than happy to demonstrate the new key then fully operational. He also told me about opening the drivers door when locked, with the button below the handle which I didn't know was there. Spent several hours on a Monday morning looking for my car keys to no avail. Couldn’t risk not getting to work again so contacted auto locksmith. Got in touch very quickly, arrived within 45mins as stated and managed to produce a replacement car key in about the same time. Life is now back on track as a result of a quick service. Very polite and professional. Not intending to lose a key ever again but would use the service again if I did.

Wow, what a really good service. The buttons on both my BMW fobs had eventually stopped working though I could still access the car with the keys and start it with the fob against the steering column. I called this company and explained the issue. They said they could help and after due diligence (photo of my ID and proof of car ownership) they sent a technician within 45 minutes. 45 minutes later I had 2 new BMW fobs, programmed and fully working. I was still able to keep the old ones. The cost of both was less than purchasing and having programmed just one from BMW - plus I didn't have to drive to a BMW dealer and wait for hours. I can't rate UK auto locksmith highly enough. Technician was excellent and was happy to explain everything and give me options too.

Honestly can't fault these guys. Lost my car keys on a Sunday afternoon i called a few places who couldn't come out to me till the Monday afternoon. These guys where with me super fast and got me driving again. The driver kept me updated me on his eta he took no more than 20 minutes to get the job done. Very reasonably priced too.

I had a break in two weeks ago. They broke the front door to get in. The frame and the door was badly damaged. I called ASL 24/7 Emergency Locksmith. They send someone to replace the front door. They arrived on time on a Saturday. The frame was badly damaged. They replaced the door and repaired the frame. Their price was nearly £1000 cheaper than another company. I am happy with the door. They gave me two extra keys for free as well. Thank you and I recommend this company.

Highly recommend going here for all door/lock supplies as they’re extremely well stocked. Had an issue with the front door earlier this week. The lovely staff had to put up with seeing my face 4 times in one day as I had to keep going back until I got it right. They were super helpful and I managed to fix the issue thanks to them.
