Amazing service, I was locked out of my flat as I forgot my keys inside and he arrived within 35 minutes of my call. My door had a high security lock that was tricky to work with, he suggested opening through the letterbox and even though there was significant distance between the letterbox and the lock, he kept trying until he figured it out to avoid drilling and damaging my existing lock. Also a great guy with amazing attitude throughout. 100% my go to locksmiths going forward.

What a greatness from beginning to end. David phoned me ahead of time for a heads up before the scheduled apt. He showed up soon and we had a nice introductory chat about what I needed done. I ended up having a main door entry lock replaced, 4 dead bolts, 5 new door knobs, and a car key replaced. The two dead latch were re-keyed no problem as well. The entire process from beginning to end was expertly handled by David. A true professional in every regard. Friendly, respectful, and courteous as well. Prices were more than fair and there didn't seem to be any challenges which he couldn't handle effortlessly. I overwhelmingly recommend Auto Pro Locksmith and especially David. They were fabulous! I messaged and arranged for them to come the next day with the price being transparent throughout which is always appreciated. They also were happy to help with an additional spare key that needed to be fixed which was great so I didn’t have to purchase 2 complete new ones. I was kept up to date on arrival time and it was a seamless process from there. They were efficient and quick! Would highly recommend!

Brilliant service and very professional A visit was arranged within hours and lock fitted next day. We were given good advice on what was needed and Mark who did the work was efficient and pleasant. Completely brilliant and professional set up. The Lock had broken on our iron gate and was welded in. Appointment arranged quickly via WhatsApp. Price competitive. Turned up when promised and the work was carried out efficiently and effectively. And, to top it all off, they use electric/pedal bikes to get round London so are doing their bit for the environment too (and I didn't have to worry about parking permits). 100% recommended.

Excellent place I shopped around about 4 places trying to get a fob made these guys were the only company that were able to copy the fob for my new apartment block. I think they have a special machine. I imagine they can copy virtually any key

The service here is great, I went to have a custom made key cut and unfortunately it did not work. I called the shop and the locksmith came to my flat within minutes and fixed it. Highly recommend! They also copy fobs.

Highly recommend going here for all door/lock supplies as they’re extremely well stocked. Had an issue with the front door earlier this week. The lovely staff had to put up with seeing my face 4 times in one day as I had to keep going back until I got it right. They were super helpful and I managed to fix the issue thanks to them.

Spent several hours on a Monday morning looking for my car keys to no avail. Couldn’t risk not getting to work again so contacted auto locksmith. I called City of London Locksmith out to deal with a problem lock on my front door, talked him through the problem and he very generously said 'I think all your need is to spray WD40 in the lock', which I did and the lock works perfectly. I really can't recommend these guys enough. I called on the Thursday afternoon needing the locks changed on my new house and was booked in immediately for the Friday lunchtime. Rob arrived exactly on time, did a great job and was so friendly and helpful. He also gave me loads of tips on home security which were much appreciated. Thank you so much to the two lovely staff at G K Locksmith who helped my daughter this afternoon. The clasp on her gold chain necklace had been jammed tightly closed and, despite many attempts, we had been unable to prise it open. My daughter has had keys cut at G K in the past, and they’ve always done a great job, so on a whim, we ducked in there to see if they could help with the recalcitrant clasp! The gentleman and lady in the shop couldn't have been nicer and, within minutes, they'd manoeuvred the clasp open. This was a big relief, as my daughter is getting married tomorrow and will be wearing a different necklace! The staff refused to take any payment either - they were such lovely people. So glad we popped in. 凸

The lock on my back door wasn't working and i was leaving the country in two days. I was in a bit of a panic. I sent the firm photos of the doors, locks and hinges. They came round within 2 hours. It took them 45 minutes to repair and it is working better than ever. The guy doing the work was five star pleasant. Only drawback is that it was a little pricey but I did know that in advance
