Steve was great! Came to assist me with getting back into my property after locking the keys inside!!! He arrived within the time frame quoted (15 minutes!) and got me in within 5 minutes! It was such a relief and reasonably priced for a call out! 10/10.

Highly recommend Steve. A very thoughtful and caring person. He took a long time working on my lock to avoid any damage to the mechanism. I have twice called upon his services and cannot recommend him highly enough.

If you need a locksmith, these are definitely the guys to call. A door in my home was stuck shut and it wouldn't budge no matter what I tried. I was nervous about calling anybody out to help, after being ripped off in the past. However, there was nothing to worry about with Luke and Arthur, who were professional and efficient at their job. Luke was my first contact, and he was very friendly and helpful. He explained that he was not in the area, but his colleague was, and may be able to come and help. Arthur then rang me and arranged to come by (on his day off). He arrived quickly, and he managed to get the door open, for a very reasonable price. Arthur was a lovely, friendly guy who was efficient at his job, and took his time to talk to me afterwards. If I ever needed a locksmith in the future (touchwood I won't), then I would not hesitate to call top lock technicians! They provide an amazing service and they are honest and reliable. Had a great experience with Rob and Roslin from Swift Locksmiths. We were having an issue with our front door not locking and reached out for their assistance, Rob was able to provide his expert opinion and arranged for his colleague Roslin to visit and help us out. Roslin arrived exactly when agreed and was able to replace a part to get us up and running again in under 30 minutes. He confirmed the costs of remediation works before commencing any replacements and had the necessary parts on hand to resolve the issue. I have no reservations recommending the reliable and efficient service they provide and whilst I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, if I do I know exactly who I’ll be reaching out to.

Found About-turn locks on google after having issues with my patio uPVC door lock. Called John, he then FaceTimed to get eyes on the issue and was at my house with in 15minutes. Clearly an experienced tradesman and was super efficient. Fixed, tweaked and fine tuned my patio doors. Clean, tidy and well priced. Highly rate and would recommend.
