Seconding some of the other great feedback on here. I had a really tricky door which wasn't as secure as we needed for insurance purposes. The Worralls team came twice just to make absolutely sure their proposed solution would work, took everything apart to check it would fit properly, and were super thorough with their approach. Result was a solution that works well but also looks great, which was important for this particular job. Plus they were just nice people to have around and easy to deal with.

Highly recommend! We had to get a lock fitted and replaced and Mark was super helpful in explaining the costs, mechanics and also helping us check the door more generally. He really took the time to understand our pain points and was helpful in every way possible.

These really are top guys. Had an issue with a lock and they came and sorted in under an hour and are always very honest and reasonably priced. I once mistakenly gave them the wrong key to cut. Despite making 10 copies they made another 10 copies of the correct keys and didn’t charge me for the mistake. Highly recommend!

Sam and his team provide a real human customer service. Mine was a small job. Emails are dealt with promptly and a real person answers the phone!! Each person I spoke to was courteous and helpful. Job completed on time and delivery made exactly as promised. And reasonable prices. Could not ask for more.

I have had two brilliant experiences with this business. Once when we were victims of a burglary and they came quickly to fix our door and add a new lock. Amazing and so understanding and also very reassuring after what was such a scary experience. Secondly, Rob just helped me over the phone- for free- to fix my window which wasn’t closing. I could not be happier with the service from G K Locksmiths, they are easily the best company I have dealt with while renovating my house, if I could award more than 5 stars I would and so I wanted to write them a detailed review! Quote: I spoke to 3 locksmith companies in total, G K Locksmiths quote came in the cheapest, and unprompted they provided the British Standard regulatory numbers to which their locks comply. On top of this, I was getting a thumb-turn installed and had initially planned to have it on the bottom lock of my two lock door, G K locksmiths rang up and explained it would be cheaper to install the thumb-turn on the upper lock as it means I could keep my brass handles and plates on the bottom lock, this saved me nearly £100 despite that being a loss in profit for them! Installation: When it came to installation G K Locksmiths were able to come to my house first-thing at 8.30 am so I could fit in the appointment before going to work and not have to take any time off. Rob, who installed my locks was a really nice, knowledgable, friendly bloke. The lock installation was top quality and Rob even advised me on where to get an extra set of keys cut closer to my house than G K Locksmiths office. As an example of the quality of work Rob provided, even though we were reusing my plates and handles on the bottom lock, he still took them off and straightened them so that they are more aesthitacly pleasing. Finally, I work in green-materials and recycling and when I got chatting to Rob about this he told me that G K Locksmiths recycle all their scrap metal and brass, along with the cardboard and plastic the locks come in which is great to hear! Overall: Great Service, great people, great value for money. Couldnt be happier

I really can't recommend these guys enough. I called on the Thursday afternoon needing the locks changed on my new house and was booked in immediately for the Friday lunchtime. Rob arrived exactly on time, did a great job and was so friendly and helpful. He also gave me loads of tips on home security which were much appreciated. I won't hesitate to call them next time I need a lock changed.

On the day, Craig arrived right on time, worked incredibly efficiently, and was polite and friendly to myself and even my neighbours! Would highly recommend for any home security jobs.

Have only used them for key cutting services, but I'd fully recommend them. The keys they've copied have been consistently excellent - something I'd never even considered until I had some keys cut elsewhere that barely worked. They are also very knowledgeable here about keys and locks if you need any general advice.

Mark is an absolutely brilliant salt of the earth locksmith. Been doing it for goodness knows how long and it really shows. Prices from the 1980s. A true Hampstead gem.

Very helpful, professional and friendly service. They came out to me today when I locked myself out, responded quickly and got me back in my flat without any damage to my door, all at a very reasonable price. I’ve used before for key cutting so recognised the name as reliable but I’m really grateful for their kind manner and expertise in an emergency situation as well. I’d definitely recommend and would use again.

You can find pretty much everything in this store, you need it you get it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very reliable and professional company, when it comes to facilities management and maintenance. Highly recommend!

I have used Redmount for numerous jobs over the years, from decorating, appliance fittings & general house maintenance and nothing is too much trouble for them. If you live in Marylebone its the only house maintenance service you need. Its old style service that is almost impossible to get nowadays. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Live down the road from the shop. I got so many cheap quotations that I thought this was pricy. One company tried to quote me £50 and upon arrival tried to scam me out of £250. I sent them walking.
