I could not be happier with the service from G K Locksmiths, they are easily the best company I have dealt with while renovating my house, if I could award more than 5 stars I would and so I wanted to write them a detailed review! Quote: I spoke to 3 locksmith companies in total, G K Locksmiths quote came in the cheapest, and unprompted they provided the British Standard regulatory numbers to which their locks comply. On top of this, I was getting a thumb-turn installed and had initially planned to have it on the bottom lock of my two lock door, G K locksmiths rang up and explained it would be cheaper to install the thumb-turn on the upper lock as it means I could keep my brass handles and plates on the bottom lock, this saved me nearly £100 despite that being a loss in profit for them! Installation: When it came to installation G K Locksmiths were able to come to my house first-thing at 8.30 am so I could fit in the appointment before going to work and not have to take any time off. Rob, who installed my locks was a really nice, knowledgable, friendly bloke. The lock installation was top quality and Rob even advised me on where to get an extra set of keys cut closer to my house than G K Locksmiths office. As an example of the quality of work Rob provided, even though we were reusing my plates and handles on the bottom lock, he still took them off and straightened them so that they are more aesthitacly pleasing. Finally, I work in green-materials and recycling and when I got chatting to Rob about this he told me that G K Locksmiths recycle all their scrap metal and brass, along with the cardboard and plastic the locks come in which is great to hear! Overall: Great Service, great people, great value for money. Couldnt be happier

I really can't recommend these guys enough. I called on the Thursday afternoon needing the locks changed on my new house and was booked in immediately for the Friday lunchtime. Rob arrived exactly on time, did a great job and was so friendly and helpful. He also gave me loads of tips on home security which were much appreciated. I won't hesitate to call them next time I need a lock changed.

I have had two brilliant experiences with this business. Once when we were victims of a burglary and they came quickly to fix our door and add a new lock. Amazing and so understanding and also very reassuring after what was such a scary experience. Secondly, Rob just helped me over the phone- for free- to fix my window which wasn’t closing. Seconding some of the other great feedback on here. I had a really tricky door which wasn't as secure as we needed for insurance purposes. The Worralls team came twice just to make absolutely sure their proposed solution would work, took everything apart to check it would fit properly, and were super thorough with their approach. Result was a solution that works well but also looks great, which was important for this particular job. Plus they were just nice people to have around and easy to deal with.

I locked myself out the house on a Saturday evening, it happens to the best of us! I phoned Tom and he arrived in 10 Mins, he was fast, efficient and a delight to talk to! Have only used them for key cutting services, but I'd fully recommend them. The keys they've copied have been consistently excellent - something I'd never even considered until I had some keys cut elsewhere that barely worked. Nov 2023 Once again Remount have excelled themselves in fixing a problem for us in super quick time. Redmount are our go to business when we need things done fast and efficiently. We recently had the pleasure of working with Mr Muhsin Jabir and his team when we had to practically overnight replace 3 front doors to apartments and main entrance security locks. Within 48 hours they had installed and painted the three new front doors all with new locks and installed further new locks they had recommended for our main entrance doors. They made sure that everything conformed to current Insurance and fires and safety standards. They project managed the whole exercise from start to finish and the work was done to a very high standard. No fuss , no delay, no worry - just excellent quick work. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
