We used Steve to change the locks on our last two house moves, he is professional, thorough, responds quickly and arrives on-time. He took care to get the right colour products that would match our existing door furniture (which were not standard) and when asked, he gave us great recommendations for some additional locks to increase our security. Overall, he did a great job for us (twice!) and we highly recommend.

Absolute 5 star service from Spec & Fix Locking Solutions! Rang up over the weekend as the front door lock wouldn’t work, Sean has attended at the agreed time and within minutes the lock was working again. My daughter lost her keys alongside her driving licence so had to have my locks changed, decided to contact spec and fix. Sean came pretty much straight away and changed the front and back door locks. Manged to pull the handle off my dressing room door and couldn't get in the room. Called Spec & Fix and Sean attended rapidly unlocking the door in seconds and reattached the door handle. Highly recommend! Great service and friendly guy!

I gave the gentleman a call this morning and he was with me within less than half an hour, we had a supplier snap a key off in our door over night and he came straight out and had it sorted for us within an hour of calling him, went above and beyond replaced the whole mechanism for us and also altered the locks on the door to stop this issue happening again. will be recommending to everyone i know. thankyou very much for you speedy and professional service.

I had an issue with an internal lock and a friend pointed me in the direction of C & J Supplies. I rang and spoke with the lady who answered my call and I was put through to Josh. Both people were incredibly helpful and understanding and Josh quickly resolved the problem.
