After an attempted break-in where my conservatory window and door were popped, I called Nigel at Belvoir Glass & Locks. By sheer luck, he was there within five minutes! He quickly secured everything with temporary boarding and gave a clear quote, explaining that the glass might take a couple of weeks. But what really stood out was how hard he worked to get the glass sooner—he kept me updated, pushed to speed things up, and succeeded! The moment it arrived, he wasted no time getting it fitted. The work was absolutely flawless—done super fast, cleaned up perfectly, and left looking as good as new. Nigel and his team are simply amazing—fast, responsive, and truly care about getting the job done right. I’ve saved his business card for any future needs. If you need glass or locks sorted, this is the guy to call. Highly, highly recommend!

Nigel did an excellent job of replacing blown panels and servicing door locks etc when I contacted him for help. He arrived promptly, worked very efficiently and was very polite and pleasant. Price was very reasonable and job was completed in very good time. I would recommend Nigel as a first class workman who is a real expert in his trade.

Fantastic service. I live in a tall Victorian house and in the recent gales a pane of glass blew out of an upstairs window - not an easy job to deal with. This window has now been repaired and I was more than impressed with both the service and with the quality of work - and all at a very reasonable price too. Cannot recommend them enough.

I gave the gentleman a call this morning and he was with me within less than half an hour, we had a supplier snap a key off in our door over night and he came straight out and had it sorted for us within an hour of calling him, went above and beyond replaced the whole mechanism for us and also altered the locks on the door to stop this issue happening again. will be recommending to everyone i know. thankyou very much for you speedy and professional service.

Got locked out of our motorhome on a campsite while away on holiday. Called Immotec and within an hour we was back inside. Great service considering this was 10pm on a Saturday night. Would without no doubt use again if ever needed.

The best around!!! Lost my only key, came cut and programmed 2 keys in 25 minutes for the best price around. Then my keys didnt work on my fuel cap, so Tom came straight out at night in the cold and sorted it for me there and then free of charge. Honestly couldn’t recommend him more! Excellent service, highly recommended! I called Steve after locking my garage keys inside. I arranged for Steve to come out and fix the garage door within a couple of days. Steve replaced the old locks as we only had one key, and it made sense since it was an old lock; getting replacement keys had been an issue with Timpson. Steve did an excellent job; he's a really nice chap, with great communication. He was timely and arrived when he said he would. My wife and I highly recommend Steve and would definitely call upon him again for any lock-related issues. Thank you; very much appreciated.

Steve came out within an hour of calling him, as an emergency, I had managed to lock myself out of my house, the keys being on the inside! This would be not a straight forward job taking two hrs,which he did everything to try to save the lock but eventually had to give in and drill the lock out. At all times Steve was very professional and talked me through what needed to done. Would certainly highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He went out of his way to source and change the locking mechanism on my front door following an incident at my home... all within 24 hours of my desperate call to him.
