Great service from Ricky, arrived on time and repaired the broken door handle and locking bar on the kitchen door, and ordered a new high security barrel for for the dining room door, which he came back to fit the day it arrived. Highly recommended

I called Boss locks to install a key lock on an internal door. I wanted the new handle and key lock to blend in with my current door handles around the house. Henry did a great job of finding a handle that fit my criteria and blended in with all my existing brass door handles which due to their style wasn’t going to be an easy task. Enquired for additional key cutting however Brian advised my current locks didn't meet fire regulations (being a commercial building) and also could easily be snapped. Promptly replaced with anti snap locks and new internal twist locks. Great service from Brian, highly recommended.

He went out of his way to source and change the locking mechanism on my front door following an incident at my home... all within 24 hours of my desperate call to him. After failing to get my car key working at Timpsons and being advised that my key may need re-programming I was given Bryan’s number by my local go to garage.
