Booked Ash in because our front door wasnt shutting properly and needed to upgrade the lock. Gave me lots of options and explained each one in detail which was helpful. He had to make adjustments to our door and frame along with installing our new bronze lock. Did a fantastic job!

Absolutely Brilliant service from Ash at SO locksmiths. If you need a Locksmith look no further. Ash is extremely knowledge and a pleasure to work with. Gave a very reasonably priced quote for high security locks. Very importantly his excellent workmanship is coupled with a polite and friendly attitude. We were getting locks changed after just moving in and right from consultation to end of service, Ash was so professional, punctual and did a fantastic job. He even went the extra mile and made our doors sturdier with better flush finish even adjusted the height, a real gentleman. Couldn’t recommend enough. I had a VW Transporter with an ignition barrel that needed replacing to allow me to start the van. Dave was top notch, great communication, turned up, debugged, sourced a used part, came back 3 days later and replaced the part in less than an hour. probably saved me a grand if I had gone to VW. I called Dave to get 2 new keys and remotes made for my fiat 500, imagining he might be able to help me within a day or 2 with a bit of luck. But far better than that he offered to drive over to me immediately and arrived within an hour of my call. He also had to break into my car as I'd lost my only remote and it literally took him 15 minutes from start to finish to complete the whole job. I found him to be very friendly, professional and efficient and i seriously can't recommend him highly enough.

Paul came to our rescue after returning from the vets to find our front door unable to open. Mechanism completely shot in it, Paul arrived within 10 minutes of phoning him, he had all the tools and parts to hand; job done in 10 minutes. Couldn’t fault him at all. Fantastic service, reasonably priced and quality work. Would recommend to anyone we know.

I had a non-standard lock problem, but Paul was able to sort this and leave me secured and raring to go. This mans a top bloke and will always help and find a solution. Contacted Southwest Locksmiths after waiting nearly 2 hours for a national locksmiths to turn up. Within 5 mins of calling SouthWest Locksmiths, they were here to help let me into my home. I wish I had called Southwest Locksmiths first, instead of wasting 2 hours out in the cold with my dogs after a dog walk gone wrong. Great friendly service and would highly recommend 100%. Keep up the good work!

What an absolute gem of a business. Couldn't get into our safe and it was urgent as travelling, Chubb safe/Insafe wanted to charge a £1200 callout fee and a couldn't attend for a week. Spoke to Colin Thompson & Sons who told me a simple solution and it was fixed within minutes, no charge or callout required. They were absolutely amazing, friendly and went above and beyond. They saved me £1200 and didn't ask for a penny in return. What a champion of a business!

My daughter was stuck at college with my car which had a flat battery. Our key fob had no manual key in so breakdown were called to tow her back to local garage.
