If I could give Dave 10 stars I would!!! My car key completely broke and my car was stranded at work. My key was an absolutely pain to program, and Dave worked tirelessly for hours to get my key working and engine turned on again. I can’t thank him enough for his hard work. Highly highly highly recommend!!

I called Dave to get 2 new keys and remotes made for my fiat 500, imagining he might be able to help me within a day or 2 with a bit of luck. But far better than that he offered to drive over to me immediately and arrived within an hour of my call. He also had to break into my car as I'd lost my only remote and it literally took him 15 minutes from start to finish to complete the whole job. I found him to be very friendly, professional and efficient and i seriously can't recommend him highly enough.

Egis responded incredibly promptly to replace our external door locks (necessary after a break-in to the property). He was efficient, professional and communicative. Highly recommended!

Our front door lock broke on Christmas Eve (thankfully we were inside). We rang Christchurch Locksmith and at 8.30am wonderful Egis was at our front door fitting a new lock. The service and price were brilliant. And what a lovely man Egis is, he was so kind and considerate (took his shoes off to go through our house). Simon did a job for my 87 year old mum. He was very polite, repeatedly removed his boots going in and out of the house and my Mum felt at ease with him. He did a great job and I would recommend him.

I, cannot praise Dan enough. I contacted him when my son lost his one and only car key for his mini . Nobody seemed to want to help, the AA didn’t want to know even though he was covered for key loss, they said the didn’t do minis , and neither did BMW want to know. We didn’t know until contacting Dan that programming a new key for a mini . Involved taking out dashboard etc . Anyway he came out that same day and managed to unlock the car and produce a fully programmed new key . Don’t know what we would have done without him.

Called up and operator on the phone was useful… had an engineer booked to come in 30mins, took him less than 10 mins to get into our Mercedes sprinter van which had a dead battery. Price was reasonable. Great service.

I called this morning and they sent someone out within 30 mins. I was warned that my car may have extra security systems which would mean I couldn’t get a replacement key from them and this happened to be the case. I wasn’t charged a call out fee which I was grateful for. He said he was going to try and find out some more info and would call me back, which he did a couple of hours later. I was referred to Key Tech by another locksmith company that wasn't able to help. Dean was very swift in getting back to me and I was booked in within minutes. Lee was able to cut and code my spare key for my Smart ForTwo 451 and he was very patient with the tight space he had to work with. No trouble at all for him. He explained and showed me the process on his equipment and did a full run through using both keys to show all functions working perfectly. Ideal aswell as very local to me and they could either come to you or I could go there. I opted for the latter.
