The guy with the beard and motorbike who works there is so helpful. Today he spent a long time making me a spare key for my car. I would like to praise him and praise Timpsons.

Paris was a life saver today when my sole fell off my boot! He was extremely helpful, getting them done ASAP and they look great. Could not have been better service!

Went in today and the gentleman behind the counter was so cheerful and helpful. He even glued my boot sole for free. You don’t find that service very often. Thank you 🙏
