A top class service. I had already contacted several companies who charged double that of West Country and who did not provide the prompt service I needed. West Country responded immediately and set about eradicating the wasps in quick time - useful because our roofers had just arrived and alerted me to the problem! Brilliant service and thoroughly recommended.

Very prompt efficient service to sort out two wasps nests. Lee was very knowledgable and helpful. I had to call him out again to look at a third nest a couple of weeks later which turned out to be bees which I decided to leave alone, Lee didn’t charge for this call out and advice. Great local business, would thoroughly recommended.

Rang Lee in the morning. He arrived early afternoon, listened carefully about our wasp problem, didn't find any nest where I indicated, but he then walked our back garden boundary and found the nest causing the problem. Contacted Matt via Facebook to remove a median wasps nest, which unfortunately was too close to the footpath (dogs and children!). Matt replied promptly and came round, treated the nest and it was removed the next day. Job done! Thanks Matt!

Kieran has been nothing short of amazing with his treatment on my house. My dog has been suffering with flea’s for what feels like a lifetime. After wasting money on DIY remedies I thought I would never get rid of the problem. However, after two visits I have not seen one flea since. It has absolutely lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Not only that my dog now feels relief and has a much better quality of life. It was worth its weight in gold and wish I had gone to Kieran sooner. Top quality service from Kieran at KO Pest Control. I sent an email late at night after hearing rats in my loft. Kieran followed it up the next morning with a phone call and got me booked in straight away. Communication was straightforward and transparent. Terry is a true professional, I discussed an issue with him and when I spotted the culprit squirrel he came straight round discussed the ways forwards and how to also prevent future infestations. His knowledge was exemplary and having dealt with other pest control companies it’s clear Terry is the best in the trade. Very prompt response to a internal rat problem. Totally on top of what he was doing - very knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable prices - definitely NOT a rip-off - very reasonable - his first bill covered first and second visit a week later to check and confirm solution. Really knows his stuff, Identified the location of the drain which was being used by the rats and specific solution to the problem. Returned a week later to check. 100% sorted! Great guy and cute Terrier dog who sniffed out (just by scent - not inside the drain!) which drain(s) the rats were getting into the house. 110% service and smile - recommend to anyone with rat problem.

We have Rats occasionally due to a neighbor kindly over feeding birds and the excess food attracting mice and rats. Terry provided a very professional service using safe secure locked boxes. We understand rodents can access the boxes but the boxes are designed to prevent cats and other wildlife from being affected. The rodent issues were resolved very quickly at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry and Max our issues are resolved.

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)! We keep 3 backyard chickens and had been having frequent sightings of rats. Tim was efficient at identifying the areas most used by the rodents and treated these areas over a period of time in 3 visits. He was reliable, polite and effective and I would certainly contact him again if necessary.

We suspected uninvited guests in our attic but couldn’t find an entry point. Tim was polite, discreet, professional, COVID aware, and on top of all that, successfully tracked a possible access hole the rats may be using. In placing some poison, Tim was the first to consider our dog and ensured it was left where only the rats could get at it. He returned to check on any action on two further occasions before his final visit when he guided us on how to secure the entry hole. We’ve not heard any movement in our attic since but await colder weather as that seemed to be when we’d hear activity at night. Thanks in anticipation Tim.

We had a wasp problem which would potentially scupper some scaffolding and roof work. Dropped an email to RPC and George was back within the hour, and had a slot available that same day! Jacob promptly arrived at the agreed time, suited up, and dealt with the problem very quickly. Jacob was personable and professional!
