Exceptional service received. I had a wasps nest in my loft unexpectedly and contacted Bug Busters via check a trade. They contacted me on a Sunday evening within 5 minutes and was out my 12pm the next day. Can’t recommend this company enough.

The lady from Bug Busters is knowledgeable and gives one confidence that she can solve the problem of a wasp infestation near a chimney stack. She came around a few hours after I called. Would totally recommend this company.

Jane has helped us with various problems, involving both rodents and wasps, over the last 3 years. She replies promptly to requests for help and is very reliable and methodical. Safety of pets on site is her main concern when putting down bait, and she fully explains all deposition sites and how to manage these. In addition, she is a very interesting, friendly person. We don’t know how we would manage without her excellent service.

I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. Absolutely fantastic. We had a rat issue that I had tried numerous methods to get on top of. Adam came and did a really thorough job of assessing for entry/exit points, finding the most frequently visited areas and then dealing with the problem! Within a week of his first visit the house was silent at night and he did another really thorough check on his second visit, topping up bait as required. Communication was excellent throughout and Adam was really accommodating to timings I required. Thoroughly recommend this company!

Thank you so much! ASW pest control specialists Ltd gave such a brilliant service. They came to remove a wasp nest lodged inside the wall of our house and another hornets nest in the back garden tree which after many failed attempts to safely and humanely remove both myself, they handled in one day and we haven’t seen any wasps or hornets again since. Very fairly priced, very quick and efficient and exceptionally gracious and understanding aftercare customer service from Jamie as I didn’t realise I hadn’t paid the invoice and forgot to pay it again after he reminded me. Very prompt response to a internal rat problem. Totally on top of what he was doing - very knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable prices - definitely NOT a rip-off - very reasonable - his first bill covered first and second visit a week later to check and confirm solution. Really knows his stuff, Identified the location of the drain which was being used by the rats and specific solution to the problem. Returned a week later to check. 100% sorted! Great guy and cute Terrier dog who sniffed out (just by scent - not inside the drain!) which drain(s) the rats were getting into the house. 110% service and smile - recommend to anyone with rat problem.

We have Rats occasionally due to a neighbor kindly over feeding birds and the excess food attracting mice and rats. Terry provided a very professional service using safe secure locked boxes. We understand rodents can access the boxes but the boxes are designed to prevent cats and other wildlife from being affected. The rodent issues were resolved very quickly at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry and Max our issues are resolved.

Ben has been absolutely brilliant! He was calm and reassuring on the phone during our initial call, offering his extensive knowledge and advice free of charge. He then came out promptly (despite it being the Christmas holidays) and was quickly able to confirm the source of our problem, putting a plan in place to resolve it. He came back for two further visits, and by the end of the final visit the problem was fully resolved (it’s now a week later and I can say it is definitely sorted!)
