Paul was great, very helpful with explaining the processes he uses and what to expect and to do before and after treatments. We had had the house fumigated upon moving in (with a different company) which clearly was not done properly so the pests did not actually go away. So I was very happy to have Paul treat the house properly and to have things explained to ensure this treatment works! Would highly recommend to anyone, very professional and knowledgeable.

We had a wasp nest in a hedge. Called pest detective he was with us by 8 am next morning. Explained fully what he was going to do . Carried out the work to a very high standard, very friendly and helpful chap would recommend this company to anyone.

With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Things to do next were clearly set out, as were the options and costs for further action if the issue persists. I would highly recommend contacting SCPC for advice.

Absolutely fantastic company, so honest and helpful. Unfortunately 😱 we have had to use them in two houses and they have been amazing. First house was dealt with completely successfully. Second house needed no treatment and so no charge - how many companies would do that? Both Frank and Paul are complete gentlemen. I wish we had gone to Terry first for help getting rid of rats. We certainly wouldn't use anyone else now. He is incredibly knowledgable and keeps helping and coming back until the problem is fixed. Very prompt response to a internal rat problem. Totally on top of what he was doing - very knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable prices - definitely NOT a rip-off - very reasonable - his first bill covered first and second visit a week later to check and confirm solution. Really knows his stuff, Identified the location of the drain which was being used by the rats and specific solution to the problem. Returned a week later to check. 100% sorted! Great guy and cute Terrier dog who sniffed out (just by scent - not inside the drain!) which drain(s) the rats were getting into the house. 110% service and smile - recommend to anyone with rat problem.

Terry is a true professional, I discussed an issue with him and when I spotted the culprit squirrel he came straight round discussed the ways forwards and how to also prevent future infestations. His knowledge was exemplary and having dealt with other pest control companies it’s clear Terry is the best in the trade. If you have any need for pest control services then Terry is the only contact you need! Our problem is now resolved at a really reasonable price :)

Jane has helped us with various problems, involving both rodents and wasps, over the last 3 years. She replies promptly to requests for help and is very reliable and methodical. Safety of pets on site is her main concern when putting down bait, and she fully explains all deposition sites and how to manage these. In addition, she is a very interesting, friendly person. We had a wasp problem which would potentially scupper some scaffolding and roof work. Dropped an email to RPC and George was back within the hour, and had a slot available that same day! Jacob promptly arrived at the agreed time, suited up, and dealt with the problem very quickly. Jacob was personable and professional! We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. I had another company came to my property they said I haven't got any rodents in my property later that evening I see a rat in my kitchen I called jurassic pest control and they had some one out straight away the guy pulled everything out of my cupboard fridge,freezer, washing machine he showed me were they were coming from I can honestly say I haven't seen anymore since there visit I blocked all the holes that needed blocking thank you so so much

Very friendly service provided, they have cured our rat problem and as a bonus was one of the cheapest pest control quotes we have ever received beating Rentokil by half and other local pest control companies by around a third if my maths is still correct. We have since signed up with Jurassic Coast Pest Control to check our property every few weeks as we do not live here very often. So far this company has not let us down. I would like to also add that we had a problem in the summer with wasps, once again the problem was soon gone. Thank you for the great service provided

Very responsive service. Rob is very knowledgeable and came very quickly to my mum's house to look at suspect rat nest. Fortunately we had no rats. Rob inspected the whole property and pointed out potential points of access for mice. He was very understanding of my mum's real fear of rodents and handled the inspection discretely.
