Ryan came to get rid of a wasp nest in our front garden. He turned up quickly and was really helpful. After assessing it and explaining what he could do we left him to do the job. I would definitely call this company again if I had a similar problem.

Excellent service. Within an hour of calling Urban Pest Control John had dealt with a wasps nest in the garden. There are no signs of any wasps now but it was reassuring to know that John would come back if needed and at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

Terry is a true professional, I discussed an issue with him and when I spotted the culprit squirrel he came straight round discussed the ways forwards and how to also prevent future infestations. His knowledge was exemplary and having dealt with other pest control companies it’s clear Terry is the best in the trade. I wish we had gone to Terry first for help getting rid of rats. We certainly wouldn't use anyone else now. He is incredibly knowledgable and keeps helping and coming back until the problem is fixed. We have Rats occasionally due to a neighbor kindly over feeding birds and the excess food attracting mice and rats. Terry provided a very professional service using safe secure locked boxes. We understand rodents can access the boxes but the boxes are designed to prevent cats and other wildlife from being affected. The rodent issues were resolved very quickly at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry and Max our issues are resolved.

Jane has helped us with various problems, involving both rodents and wasps, over the last 3 years. She replies promptly to requests for help and is very reliable and methodical. Safety of pets on site is her main concern when putting down bait, and she fully explains all deposition sites and how to manage these. In addition, she is a very interesting, friendly person. Kieran has been nothing short of amazing with his treatment on my house. My dog has been suffering with flea’s for what feels like a lifetime. After wasting money on DIY remedies I thought I would never get rid of the problem. However, after two visits I have not seen one flea since. It has absolutely lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Not only that my dog now feels relief and has a much better quality of life. It was worth its weight in gold and wish I had gone to Kieran sooner. With evidence of a rat getting into our loft space, I spoke with Frank who was able to visit and offer advice promptly. Although I'd already taken some steps, such as setting traps and looking to identify and block entry points where scratching had been heard, Frank described other possibilities I hadn't thought of and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Things to do next were clearly set out, as were the options and costs for further action if the issue persists. I would highly recommend contacting SCPC for advice.

We left a message for David on the Sunday evening and by 11am Monday he was at the house with all of his equipment. He walked us through the process very knowledgeably, explained the pesticides etc and made sure that we understood how best to keep our cat safe while it was all going on (and in the aftermath)!
