Nice friendly chap. Thorough quote and all the details I might need sent in advance and a convenient time arranged to do the work. The work was done promptly, efficiently, warning when I might need to turn things off. Any very small mess was tidied up before leaving. Paul carried out our electric work for our new kitchen and also installed a new up to date consumer unit for us and we were very pleased and satisfied with the work undertaken, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about our questions and sent us helpful links to understand some of the issues we had with our electrics . Very professional and very efficient, in less than an hour, Paul solved our “chirping” smoke alarm that had defied all other attempts to fix! We were very impressed that he suggested we video as he fixed it, so that we could solve the problem ourselves should it reoccur. I would definitely recommend Electrisafe!

Really helpful and professional service. Now have Electrisafe's number ready to call next time have an electrical issue. Its a huge relief to have someone that can trust to call for these things. Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

Needed an emergency call out. Got home on Sunday evening to realise I had no power on my sockets in my house, did all the usual checks on the RCD, I couldn't figure out what was causing it, but our house had been rewired only 4 years ago (not by southern electrical services) but didn't think there would be a problem. Gave Jonathan a call. He was very good at problem solving over the phone to see if we could shortlist it to a number of issues, in the end we determined we needed him to come over and look. He was very pragmatic took care around the home, explained the reasons behind the outage, which was traced back to a fault in the wiring in the wall which we would never have found ourselves in a million years. He managed to isolate it and get us back on so we can run the household without the need for the one plug that was causing us the issue... Relief! I'd highly recommend Jonathan, did a great job. Very pleased.

I cannot recommend Chris at Entrust enough. His knowledge is A1. His ideas and designs have the perfect balance to meet practical as well as aesthetic requirements. He is a very friendly and personable chap. He is very aware he is working in your home and we felt very comfortable leaving him to work independently and trusted him with keys to our property. His work standard is A1 as is his efficiency. His pricing matched his quotes and he went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were 100% happy with every aspect of his work. He was very tidy, always using dust sheets and vacuuming up after every visit. You wouldn't have known he'd even been here. We will never use anyone else. Do use Chris, you won't be disappointed.

We would highly recommend and am more than satisfied with the services provided by LET Electrical & renewables. Right from the initial introduction to Lewis and his services he was very informative and he patiently listened and answered all questions. Lewis handled all paperwork and assisted with the finance application and kept us updated at every stage of the order and installation.
