Hi I was recommended to Dan by a friend who is also in the electrical profession he and his apprentice arrived on time and replaced our old wired fuse box and checked the entire installation finding a few faults and rectifying them, he was quick, tidy and very professional and knowledgeable I must say that I could recommend him to anyone, thank you again Dan for your help!!

Dan responded to my enquiry really quickly and came out to us the next day, resolved part of the job we needed doing sooner and gave us a quote and organised dates for further work. Dan took the time to explain different options to us, advised on what was worth spending the extra money on and what wasn’t. Dan was friendly, great communication, top quality workmanship and reasonably priced. Can’t speak more highly of Dan and would recommend him to everybody for any electrical work needed.

Dan did a brilliant job at fitting a Type 2 EV charger for our home which also required a new fuse board fitting. Notably Dan took the time before installing to help advise a suitable charging unit and furthermore showed me the upgrades installed from our previous fuse board, which I am now glad we have done (regardless of if we had an EV car) as it is a great deal safer than the fuse board we inherited after buying the house recently. Dan did such a good job we also used him for jobs required around the home such as dimmers, electrical wiring of new television in the wall, outdoor lighting and more. Would recommend and will continue to use for all electrical jobs we need in the future.

During a recent storm, I had a full power outage. Ricky responded quickly and came out to fix the problem. He was professional and nothing was too much trouble despite it being late on a Saturday night. I cannot recommend him and the company enough.

An absolutely outstanding service from Chris and his two electricians. They worked on our house when we were away completing the tasks in the time that was arranged. How they managed to run wires/cables on coving and behind skirting boards was a marvel. They put all the furniture back in its place and left us with no mess to tidy up. We were expecting to have to plaster and decorate however this was not necessary. The two electricians who carried out the job even looked after our cat in our absence. Very highly recommended. I was having some shelves made. I popped out and when I returned the carpenter frantically advised me that all of the downstairs sockets had stopped working. This included the kitchen, with a fridge full of food. I rang P.N Gray at 15:00. I left a message and Michael returned my call immediately. He said that he would send Stewart McIntyre. Stewart arrived quickly. Within 15 minutes he had established what the problem was. He repaired it instantly, restoring power to the kitchen before the milk had even started to get warm. I cannot begin to say how excellent P. N. Gray is. This is the second time that they have responded quickly to my electrical problems - the previous incident was related to a faulty smoke alarm sensor. Michael is cordial and responsive, and Stewart was efficient and professional. He was even thoughtful of the carpenter's embarrassment. I would highly recommend P.N Gray for your electrical needs.

We brought a house with 12 solar panels just over a month ago. We knew the panels were not serviced or cleaned since installed 10 years ago (2013) We reached out to DES Ltd who completed a full service and cleaning service. Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

I cannot recommend Chris at Entrust enough. His knowledge is A1. His ideas and designs have the perfect balance to meet practical as well as aesthetic requirements. He is a very friendly and personable chap. He is very aware he is working in your home and we felt very comfortable leaving him to work independently and trusted him with keys to our property. His work standard is A1 as is his efficiency. His pricing matched his quotes and he went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were 100% happy with every aspect of his work. He was very tidy, always using dust sheets and vacuuming up after every visit. You wouldn't have known he'd even been here. We will never use anyone else. Do use Chris, you won't be disappointed.
