Great service, our electric went off and the trip switch would not come back on. Called 1st class electrical, he was very helpful and arrived within 10 minutes and he found the issue and it was sorted within 30 minutes. Will definitely use again if needed

I manage a Lettings agency in Central Salisbury and Nick is our go-to electrician. Fairly priced, exceptional standard of work, fantastic communication and always tidies up after himself once works are completed - which can be half the struggle when trying to manage properties with various contractors. Terry recently undertook the task of bringing power from our house to our external office/work space. He also wired it along with the installation of led ceiling lights and a number of sockets and switches. He also installed the associated earthing rods. In addition we asked for some help with regard to wiring our internet from the house to the new space. Terry was happy to carry out the additional work. At all times Terry was communicative, tidy and professional in the work he’s carried out for us. We were very happy with the service provided. Would use again and would happily recommend to others.

Terry did some work for us at our holiday cottage. We found him to be very accommodating and trustworthy, which was essential as he needed to be in the house alone. He also identified a fault on the electrical circuit he was originally working on and after being told that to find the fault could take anything from an hour to a day to find, we were worried about the bill we could potentially receive. The bill was very reasonable and this was another demonstration of how fair and trustworthy he is. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

I phoned Finn as he has done previous work for us to see if he can come over, he was able to move his other jobs around to help and was here for half a day sorting the problems that needed doing, my kitchen has been fitted and he moved my one and only isolation switch I had for my oven and hob in one of my cupboards instead of it on show like it was. (See picture) He gave me an isolation switch for my oven, hob and fridge in one of my very small cupboards, and I now have two sockets where the old isolation switch was, We had an very old extension lead for the extractor fan lying on top of the kitchen wall cupboards which wasn't ideal, he put a nice socket in my extractor fan cupboard too. He also fitted a bathroom light, hall light and bedroom light aswell as updating my wall sockets in the kitchen, bedroom and lounge. I'm sure Finn did alot more that I haven't mentioned. Also instead of putting wires for my hob out side on show, he managed to feed them under the floorboards where there wasn't any tiles into the fuse box. Highly recommend, Great work and very tidy. We needed to install smoke alarms in our daughter’s rental property-a relatively small job but important. We found Finn on Checkatrade and we’re very impressed with the reviews. Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!

Great service from Chris when I needed my lights repairing at home. Quick response to my enquiry, turned up on time and work completed swiftly. We had our home EV charger fitted by D.E. Scott Electrical. Here's the summary if you don't want to read the rest: Good customer care, on time, polite and patient. Long story short, without anyone's fault, we had a frustrating problem that turned into a bit of a wait with a refund from their supplier as the main objective. John proved to be professional and patient, even when I was trowing a strop. From email responses to suppliers phone calls and home visits, he did it all. In the end, taking a leaf from his book, I decided to chill and let him deal with the situation for us as he's proven to be patient and capable so far. In other words: "Calm down, be patient, let us deal with this and we'll get it sorted" kind of vibe I got from their team. Great! Admittedly, it took a while for everything to be sorted out, but it's done now. Happy days! I'd rather deal with a company that willl work for me, even having to wait for a while, than with another that just takes my money with no customer care. Excellent. Fast and efficient in an emergency. Husband was away and power tripped out. Couldn’t source problem but their electrician sourced it tonour heating/hotwater system and got straight to work to resolve and make safe and get out power back up and running. Highly recommended
