We've been super-happy with Joe and his colleagues. Highly recommended. We discoevered Joe through a previous small job at our colttage where they were sub-contracted by our builder. This week, they replaced a whole lot of ageing night-storage heaters with modern, programmable radiators at our rather old and crumbly cottage in Dorset. Joe gave great advice, answering every email really quickly. We were away when they did the job over a couple of days. We returned to find everything completed absolutely perfectly. The cabling from our meter was rewired as needed. Everything just right. New radiators installed, firmly fixed to our walls of various weird and historic materials. Other than the radiators being installed, we wouldn't have known they'd been here! The heavy old contraptions full of grime and bricks had been dismantled and taken away without any fuss, or dust. Through no fault of theirs, one of the new radiators had a little fault. They responded instantly and had sourced and installed a new one within 24 hours. Unbelievable! Everything friendly, cheerful, efficient, responsive and charged exactly the price agreed in advance. We are very happy (and warm!) bunnies indeed. Thank you Joe and Mark! Joe and his colleagues did the electrical work and plumbing on our houses renovation. The electrical work carried out (mainly) by Aaron and his trusty assistant Billy is superb. Aaron is extremely methodical in his approach and it shows with the end result. We also had a mini wet room built. The end result is stunning. The tiling and the tanking beneath the tiling was done to an extremely high standard. The tiler Steve is a lovely chap and again, extremely methodical in his approach. Towards the end of the project the final bits of plumbing were completed by plumber Aaron and John. Again the work was to a high standard and it was a pleasure having them in our home. We would definitely recommend using Joe and his team and we will be next spring for the other bathroom to be renovated. Thanks Joe and team. Andy and Lisa. I have been considering creating an en suite shower room and effecting some external works at my property but was somewhat daunted by managing a project. Joe Newton Electrical, Plumbing and Heating Services and James Newsam Construction were recommended by neighbours. Joe and James, who often work in collaboration, came to assess what was required and quote a week after contact. Options were discussed, sensible advice given and a detailed quote and anticipated start date followed shortly thereafter. The Project commenced on the agreed start date with a team of professional, pleasant, experienced, local trades arriving one after the other! all were well-briefed, hard working and consulted me in relation to any decisions (style of doors, placement of switches etc) as necessary. The ethos and importance of "Customer Satisfaction" was obvious throughout. Any queries I had were responded to by Joe or James, usually within the hour. Joe managed the sequence of events entirely for all the electrical and plumbing work, which was completed to a very high standard. I am delighted with my new En Suite Shower Room, it is spacious, practical and stylish and will doubtless add value to my property. I have no hesitation in recommending Joe Newton Electrical, Plumbing and Heating, who I will definitely use again. PS the final Invoice was exactly as quote and I literally could not fault any part of the service I received.

An absolutely outstanding service from Chris and his two electricians. They worked on our house when we were away completing the tasks in the time that was arranged. How they managed to run wires/cables on coving and behind skirting boards was a marvel. They put all the furniture back in its place and left us with no mess to tidy up. We were expecting to have to plaster and decorate however this was not necessary. The two electricians who carried out the job even looked after our cat in our absence. Very highly recommended. During a recent storm, I had a full power outage. Ricky responded quickly and came out to fix the problem. He was professional and nothing was too much trouble despite it being late on a Saturday night. I cannot recommend him and the company enough.

Stubbs Electrical and Security have now done extensive works for us across multiple domestic jobs: CCTV, electrical gates, garden lights, security lights, meshed wifi, rewiring and maintenance/ call-out emergencies. They are very professional and polite, providing excellent quotes and always competing the work on schedule. Really impressed and happily recommend.

Whilst I was away on holiday I rang Ricky Stubbs (owner/ partner) he not only arranged the work to be done, he was there unbelievably quick and turned up when he said and completed the work to an excellent standard. The client even told me of her gratitude and was very glad to have the issues sorted so promptly. I will be using Chris Stubbs and son again for sure. Very reliable and friendly.

Dan responded to my enquiry really quickly and came out to us the next day, resolved part of the job we needed doing sooner and gave us a quote and organised dates for further work. Dan took the time to explain different options to us, advised on what was worth spending the extra money on and what wasn’t. Dan was friendly, great communication, top quality workmanship and reasonably priced. Can’t speak more highly of Dan and would recommend him to everybody for any electrical work needed.

Dan did a fantastic job. He replied to an enquiry within half an hour and managed to squeeze in our job that day. He was quick and efficient - completely fixing the problem we’d been struggling with for nearly a year. He also gave advice and helped with safety issues. Would highly recommend and will be using his service again.

Dan did a brilliant job at fitting a Type 2 EV charger for our home which also required a new fuse board fitting. Notably Dan took the time before installing to help advise a suitable charging unit and furthermore showed me the upgrades installed from our previous fuse board, which I am now glad we have done (regardless of if we had an EV car) as it is a great deal safer than the fuse board we inherited after buying the house recently. Dan did such a good job we also used him for jobs required around the home such as dimmers, electrical wiring of new television in the wall, outdoor lighting and more. Would recommend and will continue to use for all electrical jobs we need in the future.

Hi I was recommended to Dan by a friend who is also in the electrical profession he and his apprentice arrived on time and replaced our old wired fuse box and checked the entire installation finding a few faults and rectifying them, he was quick, tidy and very professional and knowledgeable I must say that I could recommend him to anyone, thank you again Dan for your help!!

We had our car charger fitted by the owner of the company, John. I have to say it is not often I have work done and can find no fault with it, but the installation is excellent. It is a very neat job and John was very courteous and professional and I will certainly look to use him again whether at home or for business.

Starting with a detailed and fair quote; he made great suggestions that I hadn't thought of; the works, and communications were done well and on time; he was flexible to changes in my plans....generally speaking, he has a great attitude, so all-in-all I could relax and trust that the job was in good hands.

Used Topsparks multiple times. Telephone always answered quickly. Plumber always sent next day if urgent. Plumber always shows up on time and stays to complete the job whether it is 2 hours or 8 hours. Mike and his apprentice are outstanding and did a thorough job and worked really hard. The whole team at Topsparks is ‘user-friendly’. They are very considerate towards my 94-year old father and his needs and provided full technical explanations. Good value and reasonable pricing.
