I’ve been using Unique since 2019 when they fitted my intruder alarm system and was really impressed with their work that they now undertake all my electrical work for my property. I was so impressed with them that I recommended them to both my dad and brother who’ve since had intruder alarms fitted by them! Unique are both professional and friendly whilst offering helpful advice along the way. Using a local company is always my philosophy as you build a relationship with them and they’re always happy to help whenever you need them. I had an electrical outage. My Internet, fridge, and all appliances were out. I called for the emergency call out service and the electrician offered to help me. I sent him a photo of my mains and he was able to walk me through the issue over the phone. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Excellent. Fast and efficient in an emergency. Husband was away and power tripped out. Couldn’t source problem but their electrician sourced it tonour heating/hotwater system and got straight to work to resolve and make safe and get out power back up and running. Highly recommended

We had our home EV charger fitted by D.E. Scott Electrical. Here's the summary if you don't want to read the rest: Good customer care, on time, polite and patient. Long story short, without anyone's fault, we had a frustrating problem that turned into a bit of a wait with a refund from their supplier as the main objective. John proved to be professional and patient, even when I was trowing a strop. From email responses to suppliers phone calls and home visits, he did it all. In the end, taking a leaf from his book, I decided to chill and let him deal with the situation for us as he's proven to be patient and capable so far. In other words: "Calm down, be patient, let us deal with this and we'll get it sorted" kind of vibe I got from their team. Great! Admittedly, it took a while for everything to be sorted out, but it's done now. Happy days! I'd rather deal with a company that willl work for me, even having to wait for a while, than with another that just takes my money with no customer care. I have John on several occasions now and in each case the work has been excellent even going beyond the original scope of work on one occasion making a bad installation safe. All of this for what I consider a very reasonable price,highly recommended.

John recently did a full rewire at my property where the electrics hadn't been touched since the 1960s. He was always polite, on time, and very neat and tidy. All work was performed to a high standard, and he really took the time to explain everything and suggest useful tips and tricks. We are extremely happy with the work and the little extras that John helped us with. The overall cost was very reasonable for the work that was put in. Highly recommended!

Faultless service from John. We wanted an extractor fan installed when we uncovered an old air vent when remodelling the bathroom. John used the vent and gave recommendations for the type of fan and relocated our light switch to include connection to the extractor fan. Clear quote and spec. of product given and plenty of advice, together with relevant documentation and final invoice for a good price. We have plenty more to do in our old house and will not hesitate to use his services again.

John did an EICR for insurance of my thatched house. He was thoroughly professional and helpful and his very detailed report was received by email late the same evening. I have no hesitation in recommending him for electrical work, and I plan to use him if and when I need any new installation.

Fabulous electrician, Great Friendly service and amazing attention to detail. Earlier this year (2024) Lawrence replaced my fuse board in my shop. He also cut down the amount of circuits that were in my shop from 8 to 4, as there was circuits that were not being used. So they got stripped out. Professionalism was outstanding. Thank you.

Starting with a detailed and fair quote; he made great suggestions that I hadn't thought of; the works, and communications were done well and on time; he was flexible to changes in my plans....generally speaking, he has a great attitude, so all-in-all I could relax and trust that the job was in good hands.
